Lips -Sephora - aquatint
GlamouretteGirl28 5/25/2003 6:05:00 PM
I bought this in rose. Personally, I like it a lot better than BeneTint (I use it on cheeks mostly, and sometimes on lips). It goes on nicely and looks completely natural. Plus it's cheaper than any of the other alternatives!

Eyeliner -Prestige - Liquid Eyeliner
GlamouretteGirl28 5/19/2003 6:32:00 PM

I previously used Nars liquid liner which was a way overpriced at $27 a pop, and I must say that I much prefer Prestige! I have the black one and it goes on nicely with the sponge applicator and creates the pefect winged eye (with a steady hand of course)! The bottle is adorable. This is my new HG of liquid liner.

Lip Treatments -Smith's Rosebud Salve - Smith's Rosebud Salve
GlamouretteGirl28 5/19/2003 6:29:00 PM
This is an average lip balm- goes on smooth like Vaseline and has a very nice rose smell. The tin is very cute as well. Yet I still prefer good old Kiehl's #1!

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:55:00 PM
This moisturizer has a very strange consistency... too liquid-y. It does do a nice job of softening skin though. I much prefer Kiehl's or Clean & Clear though, but I do keep a GWP bottle of this as a backup. It's a HG product to my mom though!

Moisturizers -Clean & Clear - Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:46:00 PM
This is a nice moisturizer for teenage skin. It goes on with a cooling effect that is not too overpowering and helps with pimples. I like to mix it with MAC Select sometimes for my own tinted moisturizer. This is my 2nd favorite (next to Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer), but more worth it becase it's cheaper!

Toners -Clean & Clear - Deep Cleaning Astringent-Sensitive Skin (blue)
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:40:00 PM
I'm now on my second bottle of this stuff. This astringent and is EXTREMELY strong (and used to make my eyes tear when I first started using it) but it cleans like no other. I'm 16, so astringent is a must in my skincare regimen. I highly reccommend this (just keep it out of the eye area)!

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:35:00 PM
I'm 16-years-old, so I am prone to break out (but not badly) so I decided I need a stronger cleanser. That aside, this cleanser is very nice for older people. It does make your skin feel softer and is extremely gentle. My mom loves it!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Swimming
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:28:00 PM
This eyeshadow, a very pretty vibrant green with sparkle, is part of the Aquadisiac collection. I have greenish-turquoise eyes so I new I had to have this one. It goes on very sheer and the glittery effect is nice. If you can pull off the drama, you definitely need this color!

Bronzers -Urban Decay - Baked Bronzer
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:24:00 PM
I had previously tried Lancome's Star Bronzer, but that one was way too shimmery. I finally went out and bought Baked after hearing so many raves... and I absolutely love it! I have NW 20/25 skin and it looked completely natural on me and gave me a healthy glow. The packaging is a very cute compact, which would be better with a mirror, but what can you do? And since I bought this at Sephora, I got the beach bag with it! Overall, this is a great bronzer that looks natural- not orange at all!

Foundations -Maybelline - 3-1 Express Makeup [DISCONTINUED]
GlamouretteGirl28 5/10/2003 4:21:00 PM
This is a nice, inexpensive stick foundation. I have this in the shine control formula. It gives minimal coverage, but that's all I really need on my teenage skin. It didn't break me out, and keeps my face from getting too oily. The only problem is I bought this in a shade a little too light for my skintone... but if i can get it a little darker, it would be an excellent foundation!

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm
GlamouretteGirl28 4/5/2003 5:26:00 PM
I bought this in the pot form and I like it a lot. It's waxy, yet not greasy. It doesn't moisturize that great but the peppermint really wakes you up. Overall this is a really nice lip balm, though I much prefer Kiehl's.

Accessories -Urban Decay - To-Go Bag
GlamouretteGirl28 3/30/2003 2:24:00 PM
This is one of my favorite makeup bags. It's only $12 and a gorgeous metallic lavendar color with a silver zipper. The inside lining is plastic with "fun, feminine, dangerous" on one side and a purple star with "urban decay" on the other side. Perfect to pop in a backpack or a beach/tote bag!

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Tickled Pink Glossimer
GlamouretteGirl28 3/28/2003 8:36:00 PM
Ah! This was my first Glossimer (i got a mini in the Chance gift set). Such a pretty color... true pink with sparkle! I love the consistency and it's just one of my favorite pinks. Resembles MAC's Cultured put pinker with less mauve and more sparkle. Lovely! ***i am a NW20, PPP, brown hair, turquoise eyes***

Lip Gloss -MAC - Lip Lacquer in Varneesh
GlamouretteGirl28 3/28/2003 8:33:00 PM
I love this! It's like a liquid lipstick and the perfect pinkish brown color. I use Spice lipliner with this and blend really way. Glossy with great staying power! ***i am a NW20, PPP, brown hair, turquoise eyes***
