For reference NC 43, for those thinking this won`t show up on dark tan skin, you are wrong! This is a beautiful mauve/purple/pink it pulls warm on my skin and I´ve read that it works great on cooler skins too so I guess it`s universal. If Mac Coygirl did not show up on you, this surely will. Love Jordana!

Loose Powders -Cover FX - Cover Fx Setting Fx

I got a rather large sample as a gift from Sephora and everything is perfect about it. The sifter opens and closes so you control how much product comes out and when! It leaves a beautiful luminance and it's tinted which means no white cast for photos. Definitely will repurchase once I run out! This is way better than banana powder which I purchased around the same time. Banana powder dulls me out and makes me look chalky but this is divine perfection! NC: 43

I fell into the trap of buying these blushes by the many good reviews on youtube by all the makeup gurus. I bought the 12 customizable blush palette and out of the 12, only 2 worked for me.Pigmentation is on par with Nars blushes, but the difference is that Nars blushes are finely milled and soft to the touch, these are rough and very powdery. While you do get 12 blushes in a palette for the price of a Nars bronzer, I say save your money and get yourself two blushes from Mac or one from Nars or Tarte. When swatched these blushes stain your hands and cheeks for hours, but that'`s exactly how they go on, as stains not as a blendable cheek color. I am a NC 43 Mac, and the colors I recommend are Naturelle and Heather. Cinnabar, and Apricot are nice colors but they look rather red and muddy on my skintone. Mandarin Red and the other pink color GossMakeup said was a dupe for Orgasm, Is NOT even close. I have Orgasm and I was literally appalled by how not even close they were.

Blush -E.L.F. - Studio Blush Mellow Mauve

This blush is crap. On my NC43. Since my skin is very warmed tone, this blush comes off blue! At first glance you can`t tell until you swatch it. On my skin it doesn`t even show up, only the blue tint. Horrible! Elf blushes really haven`t worked for me, with the exception of candid coral and blushing rose:D

Blush -NARS - Blush in Oasis

This is just as described , for the first time Nars nails it as far as color discription. Its a pink champagne with gold shimmer, sounds beautiful well it is, except there is only one reason why I wouldn't repurchase. I have an exact dupe in my collection already and it is COVERGIRL Cheekers 170 Golden Pink. I can't believe I overlooked this blush many times only because it didn't have the Nars packaging. I'm so dumbbb! but Yeah it's an exact dupe so save yourself some money.

Lipstick -Maybelline - Shine Sensational Pop Sticks in Fruit Punch 130

This had been sitting in my makeup collection for the last 6 months and had only swatched it once on my hand. At first impressions it doesn`t give much color, but when you apply at least 3 layers of it on your lips it is magnificent! It`s such a lovely cherry lip stain, smells super yummy. I prefer this over my Nivea Kiss of Moisture only because it adds a tint. It`s nothing like the Revlon lip butters which to me seem very glossy. Love This

Blush -Milani - Baked Blush - Bellissimo Bronze

Reference: NC 43, Nars Syracuse, Revlon Colorstay Golden Caramel Amazing orangey bronzed blush:) If you are a fan of orange blushes this is perfect. It makes you glow like Spring Break beach babe! The shimmer is a little overwhelming not going to lie, but it passes. To clarify, the shimmer is more like Glitter, I like shimmer but I'm not a fan of glitter, matter of fact I hate glitter on my face but this one blush is the exception because it is so beautiful. Also the glitter in this is chunky as opposed to super fine shimmer in Nars Taj Mahal. It is definetely a toned down version to Taj Mahal, and at a much more affordable price too. It also reminds me of NYX Terracota and Pecan in consistancy and closer to NYX Copper in color. Totally recommend this shade, out of all the Milani Baked Blushes, this one is my FAVORITE!

Blush -E.L.F. - Studio Blush Peachy Keen
rated 1 of 5
Gandhilama 9/3/2012 11:36:00 PM

For Reference: Mac NC 43, Nars Syracuse ***Sorry but this went straight into the garbage can.*** This is s not pigmented enough, I can only use this during the winter, and it looks pretty but I already have Nars Luster so this just looks like a dupe without the quality nor pigmentation. There are much prettier similar to Luster blushes to even give this a try. If you are around my skintone just grab Candid Coral by Elf, it almost looks identical on my skin except this one actually shows up without much effort as opposed to Peachy Keen.

Blush -MAC - Style
rated 3 of 5

Mac NC:40-42 Revlon Colorstay: Golden Caramel Mac style is a Frost. This is an orangey/coral color with a whole lot of Gold Frost over it. The color is hardly visible on the skin because the Sheen is way too overpowering. I guess it's just way too light for my skin tone so I use it over other Coral blushes and it works great that way. Worn over Nars Gilda or Nars Gina and it looks beautiful, but if I wanted it to be a highlight then I would have purchased a highlight. In a way it's prettier than most highlights because it's warm and is not just a flat sheen, it has duo chrome reflections of gold and peach so I guess it's a good highlighter but not a good blush.

Blush -Jordana - Blush- Stardust
rated 5 of 5
Gandhilama 8/31/2012 2:21:00 AM

Skin Reference NC 40-42 This blush is the perfect color for me! Recently I've been getting really into nude/natural blushes, but honestly the ones that I have found either look too chalky, turn pink on me, or just simply don`t show up. This one gives me the natural glow I get when I`m out and around in a hot day. If your around my skin tone then you know we don't blush naturally. lol. This looks like the lightest glowy peach on my cheeks. For reference, Mac's Coppertone looks too muddy orange /red on me, Mac's BlushBaby looks too pink, Nars Gina is way too peach, this is purrrfecttt!

Highlighters -NARS - Highlighting Blush Powder in Albatross
rated 2 of 5
Gandhilama 8/31/2012 2:11:00 AM

I bought this highlighter thinking it would suit me well since I have a warm skintone but heck no. This would only work during the night because the sheen is so heavily gold reflected. I`ve had mine for 8 months and have only used it 3 times max. It was a waste of money. I bought the ELF Gotta Glow dupe just to see how it compared. Honestly, for $3 you can get the same exaggerated look so might as well... Overall: Overpriced, not worth the money, not worth my time. It sits in the makeup drawer collecting dust. I prefer to use my Hard Candy blush in Honeymoon over this any day.
