This is by far the worst shampoo I've ever tried. I was looking for a shampoo that didnt have sodium lauryl sulfate as it breaks me out and so tried this, hoping it would work well. It claimed to add shine and reduce frizz, which seemed like a bonus to my dry curly hair. this did not add shine, it added GREASE. It honestly felt and looked like i had poured a bottle of grease in my hair. My hair was so lank and felt heavy and disgusting, like i hadn't washed it in weeks. It lathers horribly (which i guess is expected since its sulfate free) and definately doesn't smell of mangoes (instead, this weird cheap citrus smell). Also, it made my scalp feel very itchy and not clean at all! All in all, i will not be using this ever again. Just annoyed I wasted £8 on a bottle of shampoo when i can buy one for half the price that works far better.
I got this product free from boots as a buy one get 1 free on nivea products. as it was originally so cheap my expectations werent too high, but i gave it a shot. I am SO glad I did as this has replaced all my expensive foundations. this gives a beautiful, natural, slightly glowy finish to the skin that lasts all day. It has surprisingly good coverage for a tinted moisturiser when buffed in using a flat top brush (manages to conceal most of my acne pigmentation) but can be sheered out if you apply it with fingers. i wear this over a thin layer of moiisturiser and also put powder through my tzone and i dont need to blot at all which is good as i tend to get oily on my nose when i use other foundations. i suppose the only downside is the limited colour range for paler girls. the 'natural' colour works perfectly on my nc35 skintone, but i expect it might look slightly orangy on very pale skin. highly reccomemded overall, its super cheap but id have been willing to pay more for a product as good as this!
can i start of saying, my skin is far from perfect and i still use this foundation. im fed up of hearing reviews about how apparently this foundation isnt suited for blemished skin. yes, it wont cover blemishes well, but foundation isnt made to cover up blemishes, its for evening out skintone. concealer is for blemishes! so dont feel that if youve got acne you must cover up your skin with a mask of heavy foundation. rant aside, this foundation is beautiful, very light but buildable coverage, and leaves a sheen to the skin. i find with this foundation i need to powder throught the day, but it lasts surprisingly well, considering its water based. oh, and it looks like your skin, but better. i know alot of foundations claim this, but f&b really does. plus it has great value for money, you get like triple the amount of a regular foundation and the price isnt bad at all. highly reccomended.
this colour is absolutely stunning, a shimmery yellowy gold that looks perfect as a wash over the lid with a highlighted tearduct and lashings of mascara. it also seems too look different colours, as on the lid its a yellow gold as swatched, but blendedn up to the crease it appears more as a warm brown. only thing i must point out though, is its not for every skintone. im an nc35 and i think with paler skintones, it comes off slightly orangy. so try it out first if youve got paler skin, but on tanned skin its lovely
one of my fave mac lipsticks. its a super bright, loud fuschia that suits so many skintones. it looks amazing on my nc35 skin and also on paler skins too, because it looked great on my much paler friend too. this lipstick isnt for the shy and retiring types, its loud and in your face and the perfect colour for hot summer nights. you can however, tone it down a notch by patting it on your lips and rubbing it in for a more subtle look. the formulation is superb, quite moisturising for a lipstick and goes on smoothly, unlike other amplified formulations (vegas volt!!) if you want a bright, hot pink, this is THE lipstick for you
i cant see why this would have bad reviews! i absolutely love this stain as it literally is what it is, a stain. it lasts for so long on the lips, even after a whole day of eating and drinking and talking ill find a slight shadow of colour remains, without reapplying. the colour itself was alot more red than i expected when i swatched it on my hand, but its no big deal cos i put it on lightly, apply the balm then blot, which removes alot of the colour and makes it look like ive not got anything on my lips and they are just naturally very red. yes this can be a taf drying, but all lip stains are! i personally dont find this a problem because i just apply the lip balm it comes with, which is pretty good i must say. the only negative i have is that on many occssions ive almost broken the balm when taking the lid off cos its so soft. a swivelling down thing would have been perfect to protect it. a must try!! dont listen to the bad reviews!

this product is just okay in my opinion. it gives the skin a nice flawless finish once applied, but be careful not to use too much as it can give a white cast. however it cant to mac prep and prime translucent finishing powder, which keeps the face less shiny for longer, looks much more flawless when applied, doesnt leave a white cast and photographs much better. i think if youre on a budget then this powder is amazing for the price, but i wont be repurchasing :( oh and another thing the packaging is an absolute nightmare, i salute anyone who can open this without powder spilling all on the sides! its also really big and bulky so not all practical to travel with
I have so much love for this product! i currently have a sample size which i asked for in a whim whilst purchasing catastrophe cosmetic facemask, so i didnt really know what to expect. The woman at lush advised me to leave it on for 10 mins, then as washing rub my face in circular motions to get the most out out of its exfoliating properties. i applied it only to my forehead as i have been experiencing a few whiteheads and oiliness there, and was amazed with the results! after just one use the whiteheads have gone down considerably and my skin looked glowing and matte, but not dry in the slightest. i hope with more uses it helps even more! its definately good for oily acne prone skin, and you can also apply it you your body, which i will be trying out once i purchase the full size product. the smell i think is really pleasent, like mint ice cream and not at all overpowering, and gives a lovely cooling tingling feeling when its on, so i think it would be perfect for summer as a way to soothe and cool skin. its a must try! much better value for money than the fresh face masks as you get more for less, and it has a longer expiry date too. get a sample first though; the people at lush are always happy to dish out samples :)
This is definitely my new hg foundation. I am nc35 and got matched to shade 10, which couldn't be a more perfect match for me. In fact when the mua swatched it and asked me what I thought, I couldn't even tell where he had put the foundation! The coverage on this is medium and unlike other foundations, manages to cover all the small blemishes on my face without having to use concealer, but it still feels so light that I feel like I'm not even wearing any makeup! This foundation doesn't really have a finish; it's neither dewy or matte, it just looks like skin. I'd compare this to mac face and body, but with more coverage and a more natural finish. I use a real techniques stippling brush to buff this in nicely. I tried using my fingers but found the product much harder to blend, as it is quite sticky and didn't leave as much of a seamless finish. I only powder my tzone with elf translucent powder as I tend to get oily there. I find the foundation lasts about 6 hours, it would last much longer if I used a primer and powder my entire face, but 6 hour coverage is enough for me Overall an amazing foundation, great colour matches and a lovely 'no makeup' finish
