Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Almond & Shea Butter

Granted, I only used it once, but it still made my fine, thin hair waxy and gave it that slick feeling. It didn't make my hair feel very clean, either. D: I don't get that slickness/oilness/waxyness from my Aussie moist, so that's my go-to moisture shampoo from now on. Also, after reading some alarming reviewers who have been using this product over long period of time and report hair loss, breakage, and nasty buildup, that also caused me to rethink my purchase.
This product didn't really cut it for me. I didn't realize it had the little exfoliators when I bought it (which I should have realized when it said 'Scrub' on it) but it really didn't do naything at all. It just caused minor irritation and my acne worsened a little. I won't be rebuying. >.<
I wish my body worked with this, but I started breaking out even more all over when I started using the product. Dx The smell was decent but it didn't work at all. I will not be repurchasing.
Scrubs -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash pink grapefruit foaming scrub

To be fair, I might have overwashed with this product, but it really did dry my face out. It does an okay-ish job with getting rid of pimples, but nothing spectacular. It really wasn't that good of a product. I really like the smell, but that's pretty much it. I don't like the exfoliators very much; they're not very good for your skin unless the exfoliators are beads. This doesn't surprise me, as most of Neutrogena's facial products don't work for my face. For such a small bottle that didn't give much results, it was a little pricey.
Cleansers -St. Ives - Naturally Clear Green Tea Cleanser

I think this is slightly different from what I got, but it wasn't the scrub so I'm assuming what I got and this are similar (I think I got the gel instead of the foamer). I love the smell a lot, but it really didn't do anything for my skin. It did reduce redness, but it also dried my skin out a little. I know it works for some people, but not for me.
Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control

This product did not to anything good for my skin. I think I actually broke out more when I started using this product. And a reviewer below commented how it's bad for your skin- I've read the same thing. Someone compared it to a pore being like a bowl, and the apricot pieces would be like bricks, and imagine filling the bowl with bricks- it's damaging. You should only get exfoliators with beads that won't tear your skin up and deform your pores. The smell was nice, but overall, I will not be touching this product again.
I love this soap! The other Dove Unscented actually dried my skin out, but this stuff is great; it doesn't make my skin feel tight and it smells so good. Like another reviewer said, it makes a really nice shaving cream for underarms/legs/feminine area. I might actually like this more than the shaving creams I've purchased. Anyway, I will continue to buy this!
Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Power Volume 24H (waterproof)

I love this mascara so much. I have what my friends call 'baby lashes', so I need mascaras with thick, bristle-y wands. I wasn't actually expecting much, but wow! It does a really nice job of coating every lash without clumping. I absolutely ove this brand, but I can't say I would recommend this, mainly because of the fact that everyone's lashes are different.
Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Drama Clean refreshing shampoo

I don't like this shampoo very much. It seems to do an okay job of cleansing, but it leaves my hair with that gross waxy slick feeling. I feel like I was having quite a bit of breakage when I used this shampoo, too. It dried out my scalp a little as well. And the smell....I usually love Herbal Essences smells but this one was just weird. I miss the old Herbal Essence. D:
Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Body Envy Shampoo
FallenWish 8/25/2012 12:41:00 PM
I would buy this product, if not only for the smell. Maybe I don't have the right kind of hair for this product, but it leaves it kind of grossly shiny and flat when I'm done washing. The weighed-down feeling leaves only if I blow dry my hair- then my hair gets pretty nice and fluffy. But I am pretty wary, because it gives my hair that kind of smooth waxy feel I'd rather avoid. I really do love the smell, though.
Shampoo -Head and Shoulders - Smooth and Silky shampoo
FallenWish 8/25/2012 12:37:00 PM
This stuff was horrible for my hair. It gave my hair this weird almost Barbie hair-like texture to it- like it was platsic-y and fake or something. My mom was the first to comment on it when she kissed my head to leave for work. She said, "Your hair feels really weird and oily. Are you using conditioner?" It also did not help with dandruff (if anything, it might have dried my hair out more.) It did not leave my hair silky nor smooth. It could be because I have very fine hair but either way, never using this again.
Yikes! This is one of the worst shampoos I've ever used! It gave my hair this awful straw-feel on top of drying it out and weighing it down! Blacch! My friend started to use it recently, and she started complaining about how her hair was always looking greasy. I put two and two together and I told her to switch her shampoo right away. She got some Aveeno shampoo and already her hair is looking much better. This product might be okay for those with really thick hair, but for those with fine hair, steer clear!
Moisturizers -Garnier - Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream
FallenWish 8/25/2012 12:22:00 PM
Goodness, I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from. This product was terrible. ): My skin did not absorb it at all and it just sat on top of my skin and did nothing but dried it out, it seemed. The bottle was totally cute and it smelled great, but it did not do anything for me. Overall, I'm not a big Garnier fan.
Cleansers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser
FallenWish 8/25/2012 12:19:00 PM
Meep! My sister recommended this to me awhile back, and it was not calming for my skin! I hate to bash Aveeno because the moisturizer that goes with this product works fantastically, but the cleanser falls short. I think this product made my acne even more red and irritated and my face was always feeling really itchy after I used it. It wasn't really doing anything at all, so I just stopped using it. Will not rebuy. I wouldn't say 'would not recommend' because it worked for my sister and her friend, so it depends on your skin, really.
Moisturizers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 15

I love this product so much. The smell is really nice, and it absorbs into the skin so well. It moisturizes completely without making my skin oily and it totally takes care of dry skin. And if I get sunburn on my cheeks, it gets rid of the redness ni a day! I love using this along with my facial cleansers. I actually bought a bottle almost a year ago and it's still lasting me! I only have to use a little bit for my skin, so a bottle for me goes a long way. Definitely will rebuy! I don't understand the other reviewers saying it has a harsh chemical smell. I have pretty good olfactory senses, and this smell didn't bother me at all. And you need less than a pea-sized amount to cover vital areas of your face. If you put too much on, it might get greasy, but I don't know as I'm careful with that....
