I used to like this but my skin has become very sensitive over the last few months (since using harsh acne creams I think). It now stings my eye area and makes it red. It is also REALLLLLY GREASY! -I can't wait to wash my face after using it, it feels so ick! You have to rub quite a lot to get rid of mascara (I don't even wear waterproof) -even after use I have to get tissue and pinch and pull at my lashes to get rid of last traces- not good. It smells quite unnaturally perfumed which I don't like- I don't think perfumes are good for facial skin- especially the delicate eye area. Overall I won't be buying this again.

Eye Makeup Remover -Avene - Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

I have super sensitive skin- even brands like Liz Earle make my skin skin and swell and go red so I have been raving about Avene since I discovered the line- as I love the products and they are so kind to my skin. I have been using L'Oreal Cashmere Milk eye makeup remover until now but I have found it very greasy and makes my eye area sting. I invested in this (a little expensive at £8 but I believe you get what you pay for where skincare is concerned.) A little bit of this clear gel on a cotton wool pad removed all my eye makeup (I wear mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner) in about 4-5 gentle strokes, it really dissolves the mascara well (usually I have to pinch and tug at my eyelashes with tissue to remove last traces, but not with this. No stinging, no redness. I think the little bottle will last a couple months too- you only need a lil blob for each eye.

Recently I have given up painting my nails as I am a perfectionist so it takes a whole evening and then the next day it chips and I have to take it all off again- waste of time! Until I found this beauty! I was in my local discount store and saw this for £2- worth a try I thought and I was right! I have tried many topcoats and none of them have ever lived up to the hype- they all chip within days. I painted my nails and applied a coat over the top (doesn't work so good as a base coat- went a little streaky when I painted of the top) and 4 days on my black manicure is as perfect as the night I painted them, and also as shiny. No chips, no peeling, no wearing off at the tips- just amazing! This has restored my faith in home manicures! I love it. Back to the store to stock up today! Try it, you will love it!

Scrubs -Avene - Gentle Exfoliating Scrub

I have loved every Avene product I have bought so far and wouldn't use anything else ever again, but this was a bit of a let down. Don't get me wrong, it does what it says on the tube- it is gentle, but as a few others have mentioned- maybe too gentle? I don't feel like it is doing anything. I like scrubs with smaller grains that you can feel working and sloughing off dead skin, but the larger orange grains in this just roll around on your face! It doesn't irritate my skin which is good (I have very sensitive skin that is irritated by almost everything!) but I wouldn't by it again. I find it works best on dry skin (as in towel dry it before applying) as you get a little more friction. I think I'll stick to my Asprin and Aloe Vera gel homemade scrub in future.

Toners -Avene - Cleanance - Anti-Shine Purifying Lotion

I have been using this as part of my regimine with Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser, the regulating lotion and the Cleanance K and it has completely cleared my acne. I am in love with the Avene line and will never use anything else ever again- my Holy Grail routine. I have the odd blemish like any one else now, but before my skin really was a mess. Within a week of using this and the other products I mentioned, my spots were gone and my skin was clear and smooth. It doesn't irritate my senstive skin at all- even the toner (I have had big problems with toners stinging- every one I have tried! Except Avene) It really does what it promises. Not too expensive as it lasts forever- like all Avene products (the Cleanance regulating lotion cream runs out faster I find, as you need to use more). Give it a go if you have senstive but spotty skin- or even if it's not sensitive. I am so pleased I tried this as like I said- my HG now!

I have very sensitive skin and when I use wipes to remove my makeup (I try not to but have to when I go swimming after work!) my skin gets so red and stingy. This soothes and cools and calms it instantly. My mother in law is just the same with regard to sensitive skin and I have got her hooked on this too! Fir just £2.99 for a little handbag sized spray can it is perfect and great value. Very refreshing in summertime as well. Worth a try for anyone with delicate, sensitive kind prone to redness.

A fresh, light, summery limited edition take on the original in a pretty pink and blue bottle that looks great on any dressing table! My Dad bought me this as a gift and I really like it. It makes me feel smiley and summery- even when I wear it in winter! A lovely, likeable scent.

I asked my brother for Green Delicious for Xmas but he got this by mistake- and I am glad he did!!! I love it even more than the Green. It is fresh, fruity and very likable. It did have an undertone of 'Pritt Stick' on my boss though- but maybe it just didn't agree with her skin PH, I hear that effects the result of a scent. Love the little apple bottle!

At first I was like 'eww!' because it is a weird smell but now it has grown on me I really like it. It kinda has 'Play-Dough' undertones but is also very fresh and summery. A great daytime scent. Very unique smell- so prepare to have it recognised by everyone you walk past! It's a bit like Marmite- as in love it or hate it- not the smell! Pretty bottle too!

This is gorgeous- so fresh, sophisticated and classy and instantly recognisable. I love it, and the box- so pretty. The only problem is that it fades so quickly- after an hour or two it's gone! One of my faves still none the less!

EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW! My Dad bought me this on the way back from holiday and although the bottle is absolutely gorgeous and looks lovely on my dresser the smell is disgusting! Sickly dewberry type smell (I hate dewberry- it smells like someone trying to cover up B.O!) that makes me feel physically sick! I haven't told my Dad though! Bless him!
