Interesting looking product- pretty green bottle- but after two months of use, there was absolutely no difference in my skin. It has a faint citrusy smell and the silicones make my skin feel smooth, but the redness, and pores are still there, and even though my skin does feel smooth, it sure doesn't look that way. Another rather overpriced bomb from Estee Lauder. *sigh*
The smell was interesting- it started off very gingery, and then settled into chai. :) I can't use this lip balm any more, though. Despite the pretty shine, this formula evaporates off of my lips too quickly, making my already tortured lips drier. After a couple days of trying to use this, my lips started to crack and bleed. It seems that nothing will work on my lips.
A friend of mine carries around the 99 cent jar of this for her lips and other dry spots. Her lips are always so glossy and pretty because of this. Unfortunately, I am one of the people here who hates this stuff now. I tried Vaseline for two days and my lips started to crack, then, peel, and then bleed. My lips swelled up and it took a week for them to go back to normal. Oh, well.

I'm writing this one on behalf of my beloved boyfriend, who has (English/German) rather oily-but-sensitive skin with medium sized pores. If he uses this once every other day, his skin just glows- silky smooth, fewer breakouts, and much smaller pores. It's an amazing product- for him. :) The fragrance is almost unnoticeable. The amount of the blue stuff per usage is teeny, so a whole bottle will probably last him about a year. That's totally worth the $34+ something dollars from Sephora (I've been lurking around on eBay for this, though- score one for me so far). My combination (Asian) skin found this a little bit too drying, but since his skin laps it up, I will repurchase. ^_^
While this isn't an HG for me like Natalie, it is a pretty color that I reach for on the days when I think my lips look too red for the way that I feel. Luce tones my lip color down into a mod pink, which I find rather interesting now and then. I would always choose Natalie over this one, but if I happened to have enough money when my Luce sample ran out and I already had a full container of Natalie, I'd most likely get this one again. :)
I got this in a swap, so I'm not really sure how much it costs. This is a neat little lip gloss in a basic wand packaging. The color is a very pretty pink shimmer that makes me look more awake. It doesn't try my lips out but doesn't seem to moisturize very much, either, and I haven't noticed any scent. I have other lipcolors/glosses that are more multi-tasking, but I reach for this one often enough to want to buy it again when this one runs out. :) It's worth what an average department store lipgloss is worth, in my opinion, and it fits in my purse without spillage. ^_^ Yay!

Smells and tastes exactly like Pink Lemonade, only a teeny bit more synthetic. It is quite moisturizing, and it has very cute packaging. I would buy it again because it is just what I need from a lipgloss- shine, moisture, small container, great price. :) Try it, you'll like it. It's good for your lips.
Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Colour Juice - Pink Grapefruit

This lip gloss dried my lips out and made them bleed. At best it was an average, tacky lip gloss with a lot of shine and some shimmer. The smell isn't too bad- just like pink grapefruit, and that scent goes away after about half an hour. I wouldn't repurchase but others like it quite a bit. :)
*blush* I actually got this Vanity Fair set for the bag, but when I opened it up, I discovered that the e/s colors were the same as the Winter Blues Trio that I've been wanting to get my hands on for quite some time. I don't normally wear eye makeup, but these colors make my skintone superfair by some magical light-catching trick. The darkest shade is great for liner, not too dark, and kind of matte, the medium shade can be used with every piece of clothing I own, and the lightest one is simply wonderful as a highlighter or just in the corners of my eyes to brighten. The lipstick in Becky is just this side of being a little too bright for my taste. The key for me here is to go lightly, and it comes off as more of a stain. It feels more moisturizing than any other Stila lipstick I've had the pleasure to try. The allover shimmer powder- well, after the first half hour I can't tell that I've got it on, but honestly, the bag, the e/s and the lipstick alone make this LE so very worth the cost.
I eagerly awaited this one, and in terms of color I was not disappointed. On me this was a sheer orange with sparklies that made me look like a firecracker. ^_^ I would be buying this again, but the smell is a little bit too cinnamony and flowery (taking a note from a previous reviewer) for me. I tried it once and was completely overwhelmed by the fragrance. I wish I didn't have to let this go- it's a beautiful color that's just so neat to have on. But unless I magically happen to have a cold on the days I want to wear this- you get the picture. *sigh*...
I don't have many HGs any more, but this one is making the top of my list. The color is absolutely beautiful and sheer. When I don't feel good or I feel extra sallow in the morning looking in the mirror, I just swipe a coat of this on- instant health. :) It stays put fairly well on me, although I found through the days that this lip color is so close to my natural shade, I can't always tell when it's worn off or not. Once again, a lipstick that turns my skin a couple of shades paler, but in that wonderful way, not the washed out pallor. I will be buying this one for many years to come.
I have the Peach and Orange lipglaze in a duo, so I'm loving the packaging for both of 'em, that double-sided thing. I find these colors work perfectly for me if I apply the Peach first and then the Orange in the center of my lower lip. Stila lipglazes tend to be a little bit too sticky for me, but I'll be using this one up and then we'll see if I can actually find any more out in the world to acquire. :) EDIT: An HG lipgloss for sure- it goes on a little sticky-looking at first, then within a couple of seconds kind of- settles- into a wet, supersmooth pout for me. The staying power is kinda cool, and after the gloss has worn off, my lips are velvety soft. I can't wait to try some more of these! ^_^
Typical Lancome Juicy Tube, kind of tacky, but man, the smell and the color just blow me away. In a perfect sort of way. :) The color has been fairly well laid out in previous reviews, so I won't say much more, but I believe that this will be my HG lipgloss forever and ever and ever, etc. Makes me look like a faerie just in from making mischief. *twink*
I have this Demi Creme in Demi Garnet, and I must say that I wasn't disappointed. I got this from a simply lovely swapper that I've had the fortune to swap with a few times. This lipstick is in one of those newfangled clicky pen packages, something which I don't buy as a rule, generally. This is because I don't want to walk 'round all day, trying to touch up my lipstick in echoey restrooms with a "CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK". However, I might just change my mind about this color. I'm a kind of neutral NC35 with black hair and brown eyes. The Demi Garnet turns a very matte cinnamony reddish brown on me and while it sure doesn't brighten my teeth (blue-based shade this is not), it turns my skin a couple shades paler, brings out the reddish highlights in my eyes and just generally makes me look a little more alive. It doesn't feel drying or particularly moisturizing, just super comfortable on my lips. The more I look in the mirror with this on, the more I feel my feet walking towards the door to get more of this one. :)
This is a wonderful little lip gloss that imparts a better (read: less painful) tingle than DuWop's Lip Venom. In terms of colour, shine and staying power, I'd rate it at least a six but sadly, there are only five lipsticks available to me. The gloss isn't sticky and for some reason is able to last all day long on me, even after I've been drinking water all day long. The colour in the vial is a pretty rose colour and it does pump my lips up nicely. An HG lip gloss for me!
