Fragrances -Demeter - Green Tea

I bought this one hoping for a scent like a plain cup of hot green tea with nothing in it, but this is more like a cup of iced tea with lots of sugar and lemon in it. It's nice and I do wear it. It's a lite refreshing lemony scent, good for summer, but Demeter should rename this one "Ice Tea" then come out with a new green tea that smells like plain green tea/green tea leaves :) Of course like most Demeter's it disappears on skin pretty fast, but if you spray it on your clothes it will last for hours.

Lips -Burt's Bees - Lip Shimmer - Watermelon

I bought thing after reading good reviews. This is more of what I was looking for. Guava was too pink and shimmery, Watermelon is more natural, not too dark, not too pink, and the shimmer is more subtle. It feels really nice too, I love the mint. It's also moisturizing. Would buy again

I bought this for the light color, since I'm pretty pale I thought I should go with pale colors, but this is just was too pink going on. I was hoping for a dusty pale purplish pink (like the cap) with a little shimmer, but it's a brighter pink pink with tons of shimmer! It's way to much! It's ok if you put it on very very light, but even then you might want to wipe a little off. It feels great though! I love mint, it makes lips feel cool and tingly.

Fragrances -Demeter - Rain Pick Me Up Spray

I don't have this one, but I think I got enough sniffs of it in Ulta to do a review. I really wanted to like this one so I kept going back to it in the store and spraying it on to sniff again and see if I smelled it right the first time (people must have thought I was nuts lol). I too love the smell of rain, but this doesn't smell anything like rain. It smells like candy and soap, particularly a candy I used to eat as a kid that tasted like soap, can't remember what candy it was, but it might of been blue PEZ (I'll have too buy a pack to see), but anyway thats not the point, the point is it doesn't smell like rain. I think I'll stick with Firefly which makes a better rain scent.

Fragrances -Demeter - Dirt Pick Me Up Spray

Smells EXACTLY like moist potting soil! You would not know the differences between the two if you smelled them both with your eyes shut! If you like earthy scents you can't get much earthier then this (well maybe Earthworm). I've heard some people say it smells like patchouli, and I could see what they mean, but this is definitely potting soil. It too, along with Earthworm reminds me of gardening. This would be great for men, and could be worn any time of the year. Like most Demeter's it disappears on the skin in 5 seconds, but if you spray it on your clothes it lasts hours.

Fragrances -Demeter - Fireplace PMU

Fireplace is similar too Bonfire, but not exactly the same. Fireplace is less sweet, probably because it's the smell of wood burning, rather then the smell of maple leaves burning that Bonfire has. It's something thats hard to describe, one way of describing the differences between the two is, Fireplace is "wintery" and Bonfire is "fallish". Neither one of them have a meat scent, I think people who say that only think they smell meat because they are reminded of meat because of Barbecuing or smoked meat, but for anyone who enjoys fireplaces and bonfire just for the fires them selves will smell just what they are meant to be :).Of course like most Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast but if you spray your clothes it will stay for hours. I said I wouldn't buy this one again, but only because I like Bonfire better.

Fragrances -Demeter - Earthworm

Earthworm is another (and there's lots of them) Demeter that is completely spot on. Some people say it's dirtier than Dirt, but I think it's more like a different kind of dirt. Dirt is more like potting soil, Earthworm smells like if you dig deeper in the dirt to where the worms are (why it's called Earthworm). It's a cold moist deep earth scent. It reminds me of gardening. Anyone who loves earthy scents (like me) should try this (and Dirt) you won't be disappointed :) Like most Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast, but if you spray your clothes it stays for hours.

Firefly smells just like summer nights after it rains. It's a wet dewy and earthy mix of dirt, grass and summer air and after it dries down there's a vegetable scent in there too. I think it makes a better rain scent then Rain. This is another of many Demeter's that are amazingly accurate. It smells EXACTLY like it's meant too with absolutely nothing "perfumey" in there, that so many other perfumes have. It really reminds me of when I was a kid and we would go to the mountains and stay in a cabin in the woods, and it would rain a lot :) Like most Demeter's it fade off the skin pretty fast, but if you spray your clothes it stays for hours.

Fragrances -Demeter - grass PMU

This is a pretty accurate grass scent. It's a sweet and heavy, like that sticky sap that comes out of cut grass or some other plants. There's something metallic in there too that reminds me of cold winter air for some reason, but that might just be me. It's pretty strong too, most Demeter's are pretty lite and need to be sprayed a lot but this one only need one or two sprays one your clothes to stay on all day.

This smells just like if you were to sniff a jar of raw honey. It's the only thing that I've smelled so far that actually smells like honey. Other companies seem to go for what I think is more of a caramel scent. It's nice to finally have a real true too life honey. I think it would be good for any time of the year, and would probably be great for layering (I'll have too try that). Like all Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast, but if you spray your clothes it lasts for hours.

I also love almond scents. When I first sniffed this I thought it was great, like almond extract, but after wearing it I fond that it's a little too sweet, it actually starts to get a little sickening. Like the person said before me, it does turn in to a basic sweet scent after awhile. The sweetness definitely needs to be brought down on this one. I might try to layer it with something that would level the sweetness out.

This does smell like a wet garden, a garden with mostly flowers with a little green, after it rains, or when it's dewy in the real early morning. It's a light green flowery scent like new spring plants, and some how clean smelling. I don't usually go for too many flowery scents but I like this one, it's a comforting scent. Like all Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast, but if you spray your clothes it lasts for hours.

This smell EXACTLY like tomato leaves!! You wouldn't know the different between the two if you smelled them right next to each other, it's that good. I'm one of those people who gets winter depression really bad, and the only thing that would pull me out of it was the smell of tomato leaves, I know that sounds weird but it is the only thing that works. For me it has a feel of HUGE relief, when everyday of winter packs on more of a strain and more stress that by the time you get towards the end you feel like you might go insane, then you smell the new little tomato plants growing and it takes every little bit of that away in one second! Now I don't have to wait till March for this! This is one of the first Demeter's I've sniffed in a store years and years ago, and was amazed by, but I didn't buy it because I was a teenager with no money, then I forgot what they were called. Years later I fond them again at the Renaissance Fair. So after that I was able to look them up online and of course Tomato was in my first order :) It's a great spring and summer scent, and of course great for sniffing in the middle of the winter to cheer you up. It's also the one that has the most people asking me about when I wear it, they know it smells familiar but can't place it. Like all Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast, but if you spray it on your clothes it will last all day.

Fragrances -Demeter - Honeysuckle

No other honeysuckle scented product smell as accurate as this one! I never smell anything that got honeysuckle right, but this one smell so true to life!! It smell EXACTLY like real honeysuckle and nothing else! I didn't even think anyone could get honeysuckle right, but they did. It's a great spring scent, either for wearing in the spring or for sniffing in the middle of the winter when you're depressed and need to be reminded of spring. Like all Demeter's it disappears on the skin pretty fast but if you spray you're clothes it lasts all day. Would buy again.

Fragrances -Demeter - Gingerale Pick Me Up Spray

Like everyone else said this is a fun and happy scent! It actually can cheer you up when you're depressed. This is one of those Demeter's that are amazingly accurate. Smells just like ginger ale, sweet but not too sweet and gingery, it even smells fizzy. Every time I smell it it makes me crave ginger ale (actually when I brought it I had to go across the street to the supermarket to get some). It's a great summer scent, it's pretty lite so you might have to spray it a couple times, and like all Demeter's it disappears on skin pretty fast, but if you spray it on your clothes it lasts all day. I will definitely buy this one again, if fact when my 1oz. bottle runs out I will be buying a 4 oz. bottle.
