Dear Make-Up Friends: Anastasia Lash Genius Waterproof Top Coat is my favorite #1 beauty item of all time. My eyes tear all the time due to allergies and being super sensitive. Which means you should at least buy one because it will probably be discontinued soon. Everything I love is discontinued, yes, including my relationships. Which leads me back to why waterproof makeup is key. ;-)

Lips -Revlon - Just Bitten Lipstain + Balm

First I tried the color "Mystical" and then I tried the color "Instinct." I am not at happy with how dark they look on me, I look like a goth chick and I thought I was picking the lighter colors. The color on the tube is not the same color on my lips. I wonder if I could return it somewhere? Does Rite Aid buy back bad makeup still? It was on sale and I still feel like I wasted my money.

Mascara -Neutrogena - Healthy Volume Waterproof

This is a good everyday mascara. When I opened the package the cap on the mascara tube was not shut tightly, that made me worry about it being dried out. I used it yesterday and it was a little bit clumpy, but with all new mascara's, you have to wipe them off with a napkin. It made my lashes look thick, long and pretty. I totally skipped out on other eye makeup because my lashes looked so dramatic that I thought they looked like wings. I would buy this again, but kind of hope they will improve on the brush. The mascara is so thick that I almost think that they should use a similar brush to Bare Escentuals' Buxom mascara. I also loved that my sensitive eyes were not at all irritated or itchy.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Featherlash waterproof [DISCONTINUED]

My bathroom is a product cemetery. Every material item that I have loved has been discontinued & now L'Oreal's FeatherLash. My heart is broken. I cheated & tried other kinds of mascaras & forgot to return to my old favorite. It looked natural, lengthened, made them appear teddy bear thick & it did not smudge! I'm going on a treasure hunt in every single local store to buy every last one! Actually, I won't do that, because I am unemployed, but I'll buy one of these babies, if they still exist. Sheesh, this mascara was like the Mother Mary of Mascaras. You wear this mascara to weddings, funerals, tearjerking movies & when you're boyfriend is breaking up with you (if you have a head's up). It's my karma for straying.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Length Water Resistant

It doesn't lengthen, but my lashes are long to begin with, I just need to darken them because they're very light brown, almost invisible. It smudged and I don't know how this is water resistant? It gave me dark circles under my eyes. I wish I read the reviews before buying this. My only consolation is that I bought it on sale. I am so disappointed. The only thing I loved about it was that it came in a yellow tube that is easy to find in my dark pocketbook. Yes, i said pocketbook like a septuagenarian!

I'm returning this as soon as possible. I paid $4.00 for it, but because I had a $10.00 free card. It's just not worth it. It's a great idea, but it is sticky and I don't want to tug on my eyes! I was born with dark circles and a cigar! Ok, no cigar, but I need to wear under eye concealer daily and it has to be terrific quality. It's what I depend on to look alive. Although, I hear that dark under eye circles are considered sexy in France. Until I can afford a ticket to Paris, I need industrial strength concealer like Benefit's Boi-ing. Save your money, I foresee this palette being discontinued from being returned by every customer that falls for it.

Tinted Moisturizer -Stila - Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer

I would buy this again because it moisturizes, illuminates my skin and it has SPF 15 which is a nice touch. The texture is nice and light. After awhile it feels like you have nothing on.

Eyes -Stila - Lash Visor

I used the waterproof one and it doesn't irritate, doesn't clump, doesn't smudge, doesn't flake. It defines, long wearing, and my lashes look curled and long. I don't think it is being sold at Sephora anymore? I have no complaints about this product.

It didn't smudge until many,many hours later and it's not even waterproof! It's great alone or just to enhance the ends of my lashes when I use other mascaras. Not clumpy, but yet makes my lashes look full. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes too.

Mascara -Tarte - Four Day Stay Lash Stain

My only complaint is that it makes my lashes stick together and it's difficult to do if it dries. And it dries quickly. Also I have to use makeup remover and it doesn't stain my lashes. What I do like about it is that my eyes are defined beautifully, it doesn't smudge and my lashes look super long and healthy. Also I have sensitive eyes and it doesn't irritate them.

I don't get it? It looks great when I first apply it, but after 30 minutes it disappears! The texture isn't even easy to blend. I don't know what the big deal is?

It looks like nothing is going on my eyes. It's so light. It doesn't smudge either which makes me think it's an empty tube, but it's not. It gives very little definition. I'm not impressed. I can get bigger tubes for the same amount of money that actually do more for me.

YUCK! My skin did not feel soft or smooth, but instead it felt like I put on egg whites on my body. It was tight and I can't even explain the feeling on my skin. Nice smell though.

Fragrances -Crazylibellule and The Poppies - Blue Orchidee

WOW! Orchid, Jasmine, rose and ylang notes, revealed after a bergamot and tangerine start. I have been approached by men when I wear it. They want to buy it for their girlfriends and wives. The smell is so pretty in a daydreamy way. There is a warmth to it. My only complaint is that it is so small and I run out of it quickly. I like that it is a solid perfume and that I can throw it in my purse without worry of spillage. I highly recommend it!

I bought this for three reasons. 1. I was born with dark circles under my eyes and always in search of improving my concealing methods. 2. I wanted to try out Erase Paste, those brushes, and read the little booklet that came with it. 3. I could never have enough of the other products, That Girl, Boi-ing, Lemon Aid & Eye Bright. It is definitely worth the money. I wouldn't buy it again because now I know that Boi-ing & Eye Bright are the only products that will properly hide my circles. Erase Paste was a disappointment. I don't feel like it really hid my dark circles. It is was a nice texture, but not powerful enough. I wish Boi-ing had a more creamy texture because it's too touch to apply on the eye areas.
