Mascara -Lancome - Hypnose

I was really excited to try this mascara. I've read a lot of good reviews about it and my friend used it and her lashes was really long and separated. So I thought I give it a shot. I have given this product 2 months before I reviewed it. I have pretty short messy lashes. I bought it for 27 dollars (Pricy!!) in number 01 "Noir hypnotic". It comes in a beautiful silver package, really like the packaging. On the back it sais "Intensify your look with each sweep of the brush and get up to x6 more volume" The brush is softer than any other mascara brush I've tried. When you had put it on it didn't dry directly, like some mascaras do. It gives you time to build up the volume which is good. It has a great lasting power and did not flake durring the day. It separates really well and it does not clump. On the lengthening and volume-building part it did'nt wow me. This mascara gives me beautifully dark, separated lashes but it did'nt give me much volume and it did not lengthen my lashes at all. Sure, It separated well and did not flake but if I spend 27 dollars on a mascara, I want it to give me some volume and length. I would not repurchase this product.

------------- This is an absolutely amazing product! I bought this for about 19 dollars, which is kind of pricy. But it was definitely worth it. ~REPURCHASE?: Yes ------------ I have honey-blonde hair and the "#02 soft Brown" is the perfect color for me! I have had a hard time finding the right color, often they are too red-ish or to dark. This color is perfect. It's a couple of shades darker than my haircolor, but it's still not too dark. It's a grey-ish brown color, not too brown or too grey. My eyebrows are very light, almost non-existing, if I dont fill them in. With this brownpencil + a little bit of brown eyeshadow my eyebrows look defined, yet natural. I absolutely love this product. I would recommend it to everyone. -------------- POSITIVE + Great lasting-power - I've worn it for 11 hours and it did'nt fade at all! + Very thin "pen" that makes it really easy to line and fill in brows + Does'nt flake + Great color-range + Buildable color NEGATIVE - Not so good at shaping brows, more for filling them in. It does'nt bother me, but it could bother others - Not alot of product - It's kind of pricy, even though I think it was worth it -------------

I got this around christmas, so I fairly gave this 6 weeks before I reviewed it. The packaging is fine, not a big fan but it works. When you open it (I had a hard time opening it at first) you're surprised that there are so small amount of product, the packaging makes it look alot more than it actually is. You don't need alot though, so that's a good thing. The product feels very dry and hard, which I did'nt like. I took a little bit on my finger and simply did circular movements on my cheeks. I have a fair skintone, 110 in most foundations, and the color looks very natural on me. Something I noticed about this product is that it's almost impossible to remove. If you use too much product and you want to remove some that can be a problem. I find it almost impossible to remove it. You have to use very little at a time to make sure you get just the right amount of product. After only 1 hour the product have started to fade, and after 2-3 hours it's all gone. Okay, over to why I mainly gave this product a 2/5. Before I almost never got redness on my cheeks, not even when I was sporting. And when I did, it was very very little. After using this product I have gotten REALLY red on my cheeks and the tip of my nose. And I mean REAL red. After using the product for about 2 weeks I noticed that when I was doing sports I got even more red. The redness was all over my nose, my cheeks and my chin. It looked absolutely horrible. The redness would go away after about 2 hours, but there was still alot of redness left. I really don't like this product, mainly because it caused me redness but even if it did'nt, it would still something I would'nt buy again. I don't recommend this to anyone.
