Eye Shadow -TheBalm - Shady Lady Eyeshadow Palette

This is the best eye shadow palette I have seen so far! Granted, I am a makeup novice (yes, quite sad as I'm in my mid-thirties), but I'm trying to catch up quickly. I bought random shadows from Jane Iredale, Urban decay, Lancome, and Physician's Formula, and the Balm. This is by far the greatest. I would have done well with only this palette. The pigmentation is lovely and rich, the powder is soft, and there is minimal fallout. Heh, heh... learning the lingo! :) I love this one.

Palettes -Urban Decay - Feminine Palette

I love Urban Decay, but I can't get any use out of this product! The pigmentation is great, as usual with the company, but there is so much glitter--everywhere. It is so bad it seems to just jump right out of the palette without even getting disrupted in some way. Once the glitter touches me, it sticks around forever. The light pink color (not on me right now, so I can't recall the color name) is atrocious. It is like buying pink glitter flecks (sans powder) from Michaels.

Styling Products -Moroccanoil - Intense Curl Cream

I bought this product on a recommendation from my hairdresser, after LOVING the scent. She said it would work well on my curly, thick, often frizzy hair. It certainly has. The product lasts forever even though it is very expensive. I took off a lippie for the nasty parabens.

Polishes -OPI - Melon of Troy

I bought Melon of Troy on eBay, from a reputable seller, and was not disappointed. This color is so yummy! It's a bright and cheerful coral, but not garish at all. It has a little bit of a frosty look to it. The consistency is great, OPI brush is great, and it dries fast. What more could you ask for?

This polish is the greatest! I absolutely love the color. It is so richly pigmented and has quite the "wow" factor. The formula is pretty thin in consistency, but I prefer thin over goopy. I get great control with the brush, too. Overall one of my faves.

I love this color!!! It reminds me a lot of OPI Rumples Wiggin. Actually, I purchased this before I could find RW. It certainly did the job! The color is a little pinker and muddier than RW, but I think the formula of LAA is even better! I'm surprised more people haven't reviewed this.

I'm not a huge pink fan, because there aren't many I find that don't make my hands look red and just odd. This pink works well with my warm skin tone. It is a soft light pink, opaque,feminine....though it doesn't make me feel like I'm impersonating a Barbie doll.

This formula seems to be good. Easy to apply and great coverage. I could get away with one coat if I wanted to. I have only worn this polish twice, though, as the color is horrendous on me! For some reason the color on my nails looks much different than the color in the bottle. It doesn't give me "granny nails", but awfully close.

This sandy neutral works well with my warm skin tone. The formula is a little thick for my preferences, but still applies cleanly. I think of this as a great interview color.

I'm so glad I bought this polish! It is the greatest color: very unique and fun, but also work-appropriate. Formula is a little on the thin side, but opaque after two coats. I wouldn't change a thing about it. If you have warm-toned skin and are looking for a soft green, this for you.

I love to wear this polish. It is a great neutral without being boring. This gray works better for me than any others as I have found, as it is lacking the blue undertones. I have warm-toned skin and this seems to brighten my complexion. It is silky smooth to apply and two coats give great opacity.

This is my favorite nude polish. It works so well with my warm skin tone, and doesn't make me look like I'm all one color, if you know what I mean! It is a creamy toffee color, I would say. OPI brush is perfect, formula is perfect, and the polishes are all Big 3-Free now.

I can't get enough of this polish! I own so many, that I try not to repeat my selection often. However, I drool over this each and every time I open my polish drawer! The color is decadent and shiny, application is absolutely perfect, and nails look professionally done. This is my go-to dark polish. I love to wear it to work.

This color is lovely! It is a rich, deep purple that never looks black. It applies easily, and is opaque with one coat. I always use two to ensure even application. This polish dries extremely quickly,as well.
