Skincare - Body -LUSH - Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar

Hated this massage bar. I was really looking forward to using it as my legs had been killing me from gymnastics, but I found it to be awful. My main qualm with it is the smell. I like the cola-ish part of it, but the cinnamon or whatever else is in there made me want to puke. This didn't help when I put it on just before bed, and trying to sleep this was all I could smell. However, I gave this two lippies rather than one because it did heat up my muscles, like it says it would. But, I didn't really get to try the massaging properties of the bar to their full extent, because I found the smell to be too revolting.

Lotions/ Creams -LUSH - Creme Anglaise

The general review I have given (rating, proce, packaging etc.) is based on buying this from a lush store or online. To buy it in store is some ridiculous price like €40 for 250g, which is quite steep. However, I would and have repurchased from eBay, due to the much cheaper price. I would never even have considered buying this at €40. So from here in, I shall review the 100g pot I got for €9. I personally love the scent! Difficult to describe, it's almost a musky floral smell, which makes me feel very luxurious! If you like the scent then this is a great product, as it stays until the next time you shower. As for moisturising, it does a fab job. I have dry legs, tummy and forearms, and a somewhat oilier neck and chest, and this evens out my skin very well. Even with how much I love this product, it is by no means a miracle and thus I would not pay as much as Lush charge.

Bath Treatments -LUSH - Dragon's Egg Bath Ballistic

Another product I like to stock up on, just to be sure I always have one at home! This is my favourite bath bomb, there's just so much it has going for it. First off, the layers colour the bath water beautifully. It starts off with a creamy layer of white, then orange which swirls into the white, making it look like fire. Then there's plenty of gold glitter to add to the fire look, and pieces of soluble confetti floating around. So for the €3.95 you pay, you're really getting quite a lot aesthetically. Then the smell is divine. It's a zesty orange with a hint of lemon, but really not overpowering at all once it hits the water. The scent lingers on my skin all day and the next day, and I'm sure it'd stay in my bathroom all week if the shower wasn't used. As for the effect it has on my skin, it's very moisturising in a creamy way, not an oily way. The only con I have with this bomb is that the glitter sticks to my skin, and then gets scattered all over my clothes and bed! However, I still give this 5 lippies, as I feel the benefits greatly outweigh the glitter problem.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Rock Star

Gorgeous soap! Really lovely, candy-sweet smell which isn't too overpowering, but still lingers on the skin for a couple of hours. Lathers up nicely, doesn't dry my skin but doesn't moisturise either. If I'm in a Snow Fairy mood I'll use this (I always have one stored somehwere at home) rather than Godmother, as I find it lathers up way better and isn't near as drying. This soap is definitely a strong contender for my favourite lush soap!

Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Body Butter Duo in Sweet Pea
rated 4 of 5

Really lovey, true to life sweet pea scent, reminds me of my granny! The butter half is so luxurious, great for after a bath just before you go to bed. The lotion half is also very thick, it almost sticks to your skin as you try to spread it, which I like. However, I wouldn't put this on right before I leave the house; I get dressed and sit aroud for about an hour to be sure it's all dry. It's expensive enough, but if you consider you're getting 300ml and TBS always have offers on, it's worth it!
