Skincare - Body -Weleda - Birch Cellulite Oil

I just recently got hooked on the Weleda Rosemary hair oil. I went to Target to stock up on some, but they were all sold out. there was one bottle left of the Birch Cellulite Oil. I figured, oil is oil and it was on sale, so I bought it. THANK GOODNESS I DID!!!! Not only are there more good for your skin oils in this, but there is a lot more product. I use this on everything! My thighs, my face, my scalp, everything! I really love the lemony woodsy scent of this oil. I really like face oils, but to me they always smell so..... oily. This has a zingy energizing smell that does not linger unlike the others. Now, to the cellulite, I haven't used this long enough, but I have great results so far. The backs of my legs look smoother and more taut. Getting rid of cellulite is nearly impossible without exercise and diet, but the trick is to exfoliate in the shower and really massage the backs of your legs. Dry off, then rub in the oil deeply to keep stimulating your trouble spots. Afterwards, apply a self tanner. Obviously the self tanner visually covers up the lumps, but the oil helps the color go on even making your legs look absolutely smooth and flawless. To the face! I figured, since this oil is evening and toning my thighs, why not my face?? So far, so good! This has toned my face more than any of the expensive creams that I have ever bought. I also didn't find any of the oils to be irritating to my sensitive skin. I pour a little oil in my palm and then first massage into my eye areas, then move up to my forehead, down to my cheeks, jawline, and neck. Perhaps the actual massaging of my face is helping the circulation in my face and giving it a nice glow. I follow with Borba eye cream and every other night I'll put on a retinol cream. So far I haven't had any break-outs and it's summer. However, if I notice my face getting dull, I put on the Borba gel serum with salicylic acid. It's a great gentle exfoliator. Hope some of these tips help! Good luck with the cellulite. If I had to choose one beauty product this would be it because it is so multi-tasking. Also, it's hard to come by because it's always sold out. I wish it was cheaper, since I use so much!

This is by far the best leave in hair mist I have ever tried!!!! Simple ingredients, but very nurturing. Your hair feels full, light, and soft. The smell is clean. It's expensive for a Sally's product, but much cheaper than a salon product that's not as good. I highly recommend this! UPDATE: I am still using this, and the fragrance gets more compliments than any of my high end perfumes...by far! I would say Fresh Green Apples is too simple to relate it to because it has a little more depth to it. I put it in damp/wet hair and then let air dry! I usually come in to work with damp/freshly showered hair, and when I walk by coworkers they always follow me and smell me: girls and guys alike love this. By the way, this product is almost misleading because it's in a spray pump bottle, but the consistency is almost like a light weight lotion. So for those who treat it like a spray, try spraying in your hand first so that you can see how much exactly is going into your hair. I rub the lotion together in my hands to liquify more and then distribute through my hair. Some people might be spraying directly on their hair and with this consistency, it's harder to spread out. Now I get the best results when I let air dry as opposed to blow dry. For some reason my hair is bouncier and softer when I let air dry. Blow drying with this in gives a different effect. It makes my hair sleeker and the scent disappears. I imagine curly haired girls would like the use of this to straighten or defrizz when they blow dry. The only way that I don't really use this product is in dry hair. For those who are not impressed with this product...please try it in wet/damp hair!!! You'll be amazed at how the result is so different. I think when your hair is wet, it must absorb the product differently. It doesn't smell as good in the hair when dry. Take it from me, when you get so many compliments from one single product, you know that it's a keeper. I have so many hair products, but this is the only bottle that I consistently go through (on a monthly basis). Whenever I go to Sally's I buy a couple as I'm afraid they are going to discontinue it! Miracle 7 only has the Leave In and that's it! I would love to try the shampoo and conditioner if it ever comes out. I would say, sprint, don't walk to your Sally's store to try this out. I usually NEVER divulge my Beauty Secret Weapons, but this one is worth sharing.

Lotions/ Creams -Fresh - Sugar Acai Age Delay Body Cream

THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT OF ALL BEAUTY PRODUCTS! I can't stress how much of a mood enhancer this product is. The scent of this lotion is beautiful and addicting. If you are familiar with the Sugar perfume, this smells a hundred times better and the scent stays on way longer. I never used to put on body lotion (as it was too greasy and time consuming), but now after I shower, I look forward to inhaling this intoxicating FRESH scent! It does make your skin softer and even gently exfoliates it, but again, that's not the reason why I use it. When I go to bed at night, my sheets linger with this fresh scent. I don't know if I can describe the scent, it's sugar, lemon, green tea, acai fruit, and bergamot--oh yeah and caramel. I am only hyping this product so that people go out and buy it and then perhaps FRESH will smarten up and come out with the matching PERFUME. The perfume bottle would last much longer than a 6 oz tube of body lotion. I go through a bottle every 2 weeks. At $65, it is robbery, however, worth every cent because this is the only beauty product that I ever use to the last drop. All of my other products get used a couple times and then go to waste. I hope everyone who reads this, goes out to at least Sephora or Fresh and tries a sample of this. You'll understand what I mean when you try it one night and then go to bed the next day and smell the most refreshing scent left in your sheets. Believe me, you'll go back and buy it.

I agree with the review below. I am the biggest FRESH fan and have tried almost all of their products (although extremely overpriced). Just so you know, the Sugar ACAI anti-aging body cream is the absolute best--try it once and you will have to have it! On that note, the only reason why I shelled out $85 multiple times for this product was because of the heavenly peach smell. It honestly calms me at night and I think the anticipation of the scent is what keeps me using it consistently. We all shell over lots of bucks for products, but if it's not luxurious to use, or doesn't give you results, it's easy to let it go to waste. I love this because I definitely will use every drop of this. The cons are that $85 for a light weight moisturizer that only weighs 1 oz is almost robbery. Don't know if I see any improvement in wrinkles, but because this is so light, it's a great addition to a skin care routine. That said, you will find more results with Neutrogena deep wrinkle retinol cream @ $17, but it's just does not feel like a pampering treatment like Fresh products.

Eye Shadow -Rimmel - underground eye glistener - stand out

Wow, I think this is the best glitter eye pencil thingy ever! I love how it glides on so that it doesn't pull at your eye. My advice is to put on top of a smokey/dark matte eyeshadow. Then rub some of the pencil on your finger and gentley pat over your shadow. It creates such a glistening effect! I don't have problems with it creasing either. Anyways, I think this color is fab for brown eyes. It does give off a greenish gold, but you can use a dark emerald or forest green underneath if you're going for a cooler effect. Oh yeah, WAY CHEAP!

Bronzers -NARS - Orgasm-Laguna Blush-Bronzer Duo

So I tried Orgasm for the first time at Sephora. I can understand the hype, but it's kind of expensive for what it is. I then saw Orgasm paired with a bronzer and gave it a try. I don't use bronzer very much, but as the review said below, it's so nice to have it there in case you need it. Well, I was sold. I bought not 1, but 2! Here's the reason why. The duo blush comes with 0.35oz (10g---that means each pot of color is 0.18oz while the single comes with only 0.16oz (4.5g). So you're basically paying $18 instead of $25 for each. The duo packaging is much better than the single blush, because it's sturdier and you have more mirror space. If only for convenience they could add a small fan brush for those quick touch ups. Anyways, pairing Laguna and Orgasm give a great glow.

Conditioner -Nexxus - Phyto-Organics Nectaress Conditioner

I saw the Liter bottle at Marshall's for 10 bucks. I didn't think much of it until I smelled it. It was heaven! It totally reminded me of something sweet and simple from childhood. So I took it home and tried it. To my surprise, the conditioner was more than I thought it would be. It has a wonderful slip and detangles my hair instantly! When my hair finally dries, it feels perfectly moisturized, detangled, and bouncy. The scent still lingers in my hair long after it dries. Anyways, I have bleached hair, so I definitely need to alternate this conditioner with a heavier one every other day. Other than that, all I have to say is that they better not change the scent of this stuff, otherwise, it will go unnoticed like all the other hair care products out there.

It's so sad that they always discontinue the good stuff. I'll have to say this though, the reason why they discontinued the product is because you could use it sparingly and get a lot of uses out of it. The actual directions say that one application lasts five shampoos. A product that truly does work like that is a miracle, and Redken wants to put "just above average" products out there, so you keep trying to find the absolute best product from them. Sorry guys, but if you didn't try this one, you lost out. I'm still looking for them.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST EYE CREAM I HAVE USED! I like the notion of Borba's to-go vitamin powder. But I have tried the cleansers and creams and nothing is worth the cost. I actually bought all of my creams and cleansers when it was a lot more expensive than it is now at Sephora. I remember that this eye cream used to be $73. At least it's somewhat more affordable. Anyways, I think the packaging should be a pump for sanitary reasons, but I can't get over how silky this cream makes my eyes feel. I still feel the silkiness even after I wash my face. If you have a problem with it being too heavy, just use it every other day....or use less! You'll save money in the long run. Everything in the Borba line smells really yummy and fruity, but the only drawback to this eyecream is that it smells like Soy. However, the scent vanishes after application. You have to try this. Really!

For the reviewer below, brace yourself----the Dream Hair for Charles Worthington was on sale at RITE AID for $6.99. It was NOT the Results line. This actually smells heavy to me, but it does go away when your hair dries. I LOVE the pump type bottle. I think the packaging is the best part of the product. When you read the ingredients though, everything is a bunch of chemicals. My hair feels really soft, BUT it also feels really flat after it dries. To me, it's a one time thrill.

This product is great for a drugstore product (although a tad bit expensive for such). Actually, I think it rivals a lot of department store brands. I have the smoothest and most radiant skin after using it daily. I don't even have to wear a foundation or any other make-up for that matter since my skin looks luminous and even. I have immediate results, but will update in a month or two. I would try it at rite-aid or a store that will let you return it if you don't like it.

THIS IS AN UNDER-RATED PRODUCT!!!! I ALSO AGREE WITH DOWN BELOW. THIS CONDITIONER IS AWESOME ON COLOR TREATED AND DAMAGED HAIR. IT'S LIKE THE THICKENING AGENTS FILL IN THE DAMAGE! SO IT SHOULD BE MARKETED TO THE DRY AND DAMAGED HAIR, BUT SINCE IT'S NOT, NO ONE IS FINDING OUT HOW GREAT THIS IS! WELL, I WISH IT CAME IN THE BIG LITER SIZES, CUZ I'D BUY A LOT! YOU'LL FIND THAT IT'S WEIRDLY LUMPY, BUT IT MELTS RIGHT INTO YOUR HAIR. LOVE IT!

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Japanese Cherry Blossom EDT

I just had to have this because of the packaging! The box is beautiful and it matches my Asian themed house. The smell is actually very developed for Bath and Body Works. It doesn't smell cheap and generic like the other scents. However, as everyone says, the staying power is one hour at most. But, because it's cheaper than most, I bought two. One for decoration and one to tote around since the bottles are fairly small and sturdy. Would love it if they made a roll-on version of this. Anyways, I'm just so proud Bath and Body Works realizes that not everyone likes fruity and sweet.

Mascara -Talika - Lipocils

CAN THIS STUFF GET ANY BETTER? Yes this stuff really works. But only if you use it regularly. I even started to notice a nice natural curl in my lashes. Trust me, I have the tiniest Asian lashes, but this makes a noticeable difference. I use the eyelash lipocils (mascara wand applicator) in the day. I then take the eyebrow lipocils applicater (which gives heavier application to the lashes) and dip it into the eyelash cream. The eyebrow and eyelash lipocils have the exact same ingredients, so buy on price or preferance of applicator. I put the combination all over my brows and lashes at night. I honestley can say that my eyelashes have never looked better. I know this works. It is an investment though. I bought two of each kind. The shelf life is long too. My products expire in May 2010, so you don't have to worry about it going to waste. Oh YEAH. I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I AM USING THIS BECAUSE WHEN I GOT FAKE EYELASHES PUT ON, THEY PULLED MY REAL ONES OUT. SO WATCH OUT FOR THOSE EYELASH EXTENSIONS. UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP REDOING YOUR LASHES EVERY MONTH, DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF YOUR LASHES AND THEY GROW BACK IN FUNKY DIRECTIONS. GO TO SEPHORA AND GET THIS MUST HAVE PRODUCT!
