I am ridiculously picky when I comes to foundations/ tinted moisturizer/ bb creams. On a daily basis, I only use the bare minimum makeup since I find that most products dry out my skin or (slightly) irritate my eyes. That being said, I'm borderline obsessed with perfecting my skin (If you're skin looks flawless, and you're eyebrows are in good shape, you can get away with very little makeup and look fabulous) My skin is in decent shape. I have slight pigmentation around the nose and occasional breakouts, but mostly its just easily dried out. My biggest problem with tinted moisturizers and liquid foundation (I stay far far away from powder) is the settling into the fine lines around my eyes. Laura Mercier makes a pretty damn good tinted moisturizer though it does hurt my wallet. Being dry skinned means that I can never skip moisturizing after a shower, though I must say that this tinted moisturizer helps retain moisture. It's creamy and light, and spreads quite easily though (as others have mentioned) it does dry pretty fast. I find that so many tinted moisturizer are slightly waxy so I really love the creamy texture of this product. The coverage is quite minimal- it only works to even the skin and provide a bit of a glow, so if I have a blemish I have to bring out the concealer. It has a satin finish on dry skin, not overly dewy but not matte. On days I want flawless skin, I mix this tinted moisturizer with Mac face and body foundation and just a tiny drop of apricot oil (dry skinned ladies, you have to try this) then massage it into my skin like a regular moisturizer. It leaves skin glowing, even, and moisturized all day long. Last is the packaging, which I really not my favourite. I find the squeeze bottle to be quite cheap for the amount of money I'm coughing up. Perhaps something more luxurious, like a glass bottle with a pump, would make it easier to justify spending so much. Overall, this is a great product if you're willing to splurge a little. Definite repurchase.

I needed a concealer for my purple, tired-looking eyes and the makeup artist at Sephora quickly suggested this. Luckily they'd run out of my shade, because this concealer is so not worth the price. The fair shade is yellow, and it settled into the lines around my eyes making me look 10 years older. It's also weirdly thick and powdery for a liquid concealer. Not impressed.

Liquid -BeneFit Cosmetics - "Hello Flawless!" Oxygen Wow

Let me start off by saying that this foundation is not for oily skin or acne prone skin. The coverage is very sheer since this foundation is water based, so it won't cover up acne scars or blemishes. Also, the entire line has a yellow base (I assume it helps "brighten" the skin), so if you are very fair with pink undertones this is not for you. Having dry, sensitive skin with patchy redness here and there, this foundation works wonderfully. It doesn't settle into cracks or enhance dry patches. It evens out my skin tone and adds a healthy brightness. I use a foundation brush to blend it in, and one pump covers my entire face. It doesn't do much for blemishes(although it does soften them), so I have to go in with concealer to cover that up. Since I hate 'creamy' foundations (they enhance my dryness) the water based formula is light enough that I can't feel it on my skin. Also, I find that it becomes undetectable 5 minutes after application. This foundation is totally worth the price if it suits your skin type! Def give it a try you're on the dry/sensitive side with a yellow undertone.

Cleansers -BeneFit Cosmetics - B. Right Foamingly Clean Facial Wash

I have dry and sensitive skin, sometimes flaky and red around the nose area. I do get the random blemish, but its usually just red dots or tiny bumps under the skin. Most face washes dry out my face and increase the redness. That being said, this face wash does leave my skin feeling a bit tight, HOWEVER, after using toner and applying moisturizer it actually evens out my skin tone. It foams up nicely, removes all my makeup, and a little goes a long way. Although it is scented, it doesn't irritate my skin like so many other scented products do, just don't get it into your eyes because it does sting a bit! The packaging looks nice, just remember to cut open the bottle when you're running out, because theres always much more product in the cracks that gets left behind. Overall, a very good product although I do believe it is meant to be used with the rest of the Benefit B. Right skincare line to get the full result.
