Liquid -Lancome - Color Ideal

Lancôme offers good various shades for people with different skin tones. However this foundation was not really nothing for me, I simply bought it to try it (I'm a teint idole ultra-fan) Its nothing special for that price, then you can look for something cheaper from lets say Lumene (Finnish brand, good, cheap products) This is not so covering (though thats good if your'e looking for that kind of product of course) but the problem was that after you wear it for a while it disappears (at least I felt so) and also I get wierd lines from it. I don't have any blemishes or what so ever and not any wrinkles, I have tried to use different skin creams under the foundation but nothing really changes anyway, also I have tried primer but no magic wonders there either. Nope, so for the same price I would say buy the Teint Idole Ultra, thats 100 times better! (and also what I've heard, they are discontinuing Color Ideal so maybe the reason might be that not too many likes this one?)

Liquid -Lancome - Teint Idole ULTRA [DISCONTINUED]

Very good foundation if you ask me, covers well (even though I don't have anything special to cover) but it gives you a doll face! What I love with Lancômes foundations is the tones/colors. It gives more or less everyone a possibility to wear them, even if you have a bit red-ish skintone (like me, pale, red-ish, scandinavian living in the cold climate almost 12 months of the year :P) I have tried a few other foundations, mostly cheaper ones like L'oreal but I turned out orange with those (inside you looked normal in the light but outside in the sun omg!) :/ Now I've been using Lancômes Teint Idôle Ultra for 2,5-3 yrs and its the best so far! I have the shade 01, Porcelain and that is very light shade with a bit of yellow so it is perfect to neutralize my red toned skin! Sometimes a bit of powder and sun powder is needed to fix it but most foundations needs that. Especially if you work in front of a computer screen. I think this is very good for people who has scars, blemishes etc. that they want to magically disappear because its quite covering. Anyhow it does not feel thick when you have it on! This covers more than Color Ideal from Lancôme wich I have tried also, and I also feel that Teint Idole stays longer without any "touch-ups"! A bit pricey though thats the minus (465SEK = 73$) and not too smart bottle (I usually take the top of and try to shake the rest out because at least 10-20% is left in the bottle when the "pump" doesnt give you any more) But as I said the product is amazing otherwise! Ciao!!

Mascara -Max Factor - Xperience Volumising Mascara

Very good mascara! I used to have YSL false lash in brown, Lancome hypnôse, HR lash queen and many other "quality" brands but I started to feel I paid for more than I actually got in the end. I have also tried L'oreal Volume collagene but I would say this one from Max Factor beats em' all! I have quite short lashes, not too thick but not so thin either but I'm looking for both thickness and length and this provides me with both! I also usually use a primer under (clinique) as I find this is making them even longer :) Ok price, I pay apr. 27$ for this, It could be a bit cheaper i think but its totally worth it compared to other more expensive brands as mentioned on top.

Tinted Moisturizer -Clinique - Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer SPF15

Simple basic tinted moisturizer. Feels good when you apply it at first, it last for a few hours but not a complete day, and it covers quite well. I have been experimenting with foundations and I would say this TM feels more like a foundation though. I was looking for something not too heavy but still a bit covering and bought this one, but as said its quite similar to a foundation, I was expecting something else. :/ The good thing is that its very moisturizing, so perhaps it fits people with very dry skin (I have dry/normal depending on climate) and it covers very well, so people who wants good cover but not a foundation can buy this as well. The price is also good (if you compare the prices with other quality products were I live) Something to think about: I ended up looking like I had my face full of butter after 2-3 hours working in front of a computer. So a powder might be good to apply on the t-zone if needed. I do not think I will buy it again, but instead try other brands :)
