My dermatologist prescribed this to me for psoriasis that was no longer responding to steroid creams and it's really worked wonders. I had a terrible flare recently and within 10 days of starting it was almost completely cleared up. Spots have flattened out and are a normal skin color again. I did experience some itching to treated areas at first, but that's all cleared up now. I'm glad this has worked so well since it is beneficial to the skin as opposed to steroid creams which caused thinning of the skin. Very happy with this product and plan to make sure I always have it on hand.

I've been using this as a spot treatment for a few years and have repurchased many times. For a 5% product I have gotten very little irritation from it and it works fairly quickly at clearing up jawline clogs and cysts that pop up around that time of the month. It's a gel consistency that spreads and absorbs quickly. It's not sticky or flaky which is a big bonus, since it wears well under MU. I wouldn't recommend for very dry or sensitive skin, but for combo oily skin like mine, this stuff is a good purchase.

Eye Primer -NARS - Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base

I absolutely adore this stuff. My eye makeup stays on ALL day. No creasing, smudging and it just stays perfect until I take it off. I work out during my lunch hour at work and as such, I don't have time to remove and reapply my makeup. The first time I used this, I was really just amazed when I got back to the locker room...perfect makeup! No joke, my eyes looked exactly the same as they had in the morning when I first did my eyes. The same goes for a night out clubbing. Even if it gets really hot in the club, my eye makeup stays pristine. The only con for me is the applicator, I wish this came in a pump instead of a tube with a lipgloss like applicator, as that would be more hygienic, but overall, this is an amazing product that I will continue to buy, over and over again.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real

I got this as a sample from sephora and have been using it for about a week. I really like it so far. I use careprost so my lashes are already really long, but I have tons of small ones on the inner and outer corners that are harder to pick up. The brush really does make my lashes look like falsies and the little ball at the end is great for picking up the small lashes at the inner and outer corners of my eyes. It wears really well, no flaking or smudging. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have any trouble taking it off at night, but that's most likely because I use an oil cleanser nightly to remove makeup and sunscreen. Overall, I think this is a great product...but I do agree that the price is quite ridiculous.

Fragrances -Giorgio Armani - Armani Mania pour femme

I love this perfume. It's a nice soft fragrance and I mostly wear it for the office. I don't find that there are any real "stand out" notes in this, but I do enjoy it from first spritz until the end of the day. I have gotten more compliments wearing this fragrance than any other, and after 5 years have still not gotten tired of it. I would say this is probably the most understated fragrance I own, but it will always have a place in my collection.

Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner

I really love this stuff. For reference, I have fine but lots of it bra strap length hair that is dry from bleaching and toning. It cleans my hair well and I get a good amount of lather if I add enough water. It has good slip when rinsing out and I don't need a separate conditioner when I use it.I absolutely LOVE the scent as well. I CAN see it building up, but that isn't a problem for me since I use Joico violet and k-pak color therapy shampoo once a week along with the reconstructor. I took one lippy off because the pump is a PITA, really doesn't dispense enough product.

I did not like this product. While it didn't leave a white cast, it quickly felt really greasy and made my face look very oily. Because this stuff gets so much love, I dusted some powder and gave it a few more days. Big mistake. Not only did I have a serious breakout, BUT after spending a day outside (diligently reapplying) I still got a sunburn and a bunch of freckles I'd been working on fading got some serious color. Big thumbs down.

Gels/Soaps -Aveeno - Moisturizing Body Wash

I tried this for the first time after my dermatologist recommended it. My skin is on the dry side and is sensitive, and most soaps and body washes make my psoriasis flare up. I LOVE this stuff. Tons of lather, very gentle scent. It's very moisturising and is the only stuff that I've been able to use for this long that didn't eventually cause irritation or dryness. HG for me. I will repurchase over and over.
