This is way too sharp and woody for me. I think it's the absinthe that is sharp...almost acidic.

This is a nice light, woody sandalwood. Not something I would repurchase but I'm glad I have a bottle.

Notes from BeautyHabit: Top Notes: Bergamot, Cyste Esterel, Fruits, Galbanum and Bourgeons Cassis Middle Notes: Jasmin de Grasse, Ylang Ylang, Rose Centifolia, Narcisse and Encens Bottom Notes: Ambre, Patchouli and Vetyver I can't pick out a single note. It's just a pretty green/floral/soapy scent.

This smells exactly like baby powder on me. I tend to use this right after showering at night. It's nice but not something I will repurchase. Notes from Lucky Scent: powdery notes, white flowers, amber

Lasting power is better than the original #9. The difference between this and the original is that this one has more vanilla and the original has more blackberry.

I like this but not enough to purchase again. Lasting power is lacking. #9 is more blackberry than vanilla and Sexy #9 is more vanilla than blackberry.

Candles -Unlisted Brand - BURN RARE - Mahogany Palisander

Notes as listed on Beauty Habit: Palisander Rosewood, Brazilian Mahogany Wood, Aromatic Tobacco Leaf, Assam Black Tea, Ambergris Vegetal, Palmarosa Geranium, Malta Cistus Resin & Pimento Berries. I don't know what a lot of those notes smell like but this candle (to my nose) smells warm, woody, deeply resinous and slightly sweet. It's a beautiful smell with great throw. (For $95 it better have great throw!) I would love to have a perfume that smells like this! I took one lippie off because of the price.

"The salty breath of the breeze off the Mediterranean, driftwood, rocks covered with seaweed and the smell of old leather suitcases." This smells like driftwood that's been saturated with salty ocean water. I think it's beautiful.

Gels/Soaps -Molton Brown - Blu Maquis Fine Liquid Hand Wash

This hand soap has a fine lather and it feels luxurious. My gripe is with the scent. It's supposed to smell like Corsican fir, rosemary, nutmeg, patchouli and incense oil but the only thing I can smell is fir and rosemary. I also have the matching hand lotion (which is nice except for the scent.)

The lotion moisturizes fine and the bottle is very pretty. My gripe is with the scent. It's supposed to smell like Corsican fir, rosemary, nutmeg, patchouli and incense oil but the only thing I can smell is fir and rosemary. I also have the matching hand soap (which is nice except for the scent.)

Fragrances -Les Nereides - Impérial Opoponax

This is the first opoponax scent I've owned (that I know of) and I can't wait to try more. Imperial Opoponax is warm and cuddly like my favorite blanket. I can't imagine anyone not liking this. I've had my bottle less than a week and I've already bought a backup.

First spray: Bitter acidic green. After 10 minutes or so it mellows into a beautiful crushed rose. Petals, leaves, and stems.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Cristalle Gloss - Sorbet

I love both this and the Cafe Glace one. This color is a very sheer pinkish-red. I normally don't wear pink or red l/g but this color really looks good. I took one lippie off because the lasting power is very minimal. I don't expect lipglosses to last long but this seems to last maybe an hour before having to reapply. That won't stop me from buying it again though!
