I am always looking for very natural makeup stuff so this was on my wishlist and as soon as Burberry Beauty opened in Mexico City I ran for it! I am NC25 with dark brown eyes and dark blonde hair, and this is what I wanted Bare Escentuals Well Rested to be, a neutral buttery soft shade so my lids looked fresh. I've been using this on days I don't want to bother with eyeshadow combinations or when I use a bright lipstick. Would repurchase despite the very high pricetag (minus 1 lippie cause this is about 40 dollars in Mx).
This is my first (maybe last) Essie nailpolish; in the bottle it's a very pretty cool pastel baby pink, but I needed 4 coats (maybe 5) to get opacity otherwise it looked streaky and ugly, it's goopy and chipped on the second day so it's very high maintenance, the brush is a nightmare to work with... any cheap brand is way better than this...Will not repurchase.
Lip Gloss -Burberry - Lip Glow Natural Lip Gloss in No. 01 Rosewood
DEWW 5/14/2012 2:55:00 PM
I am obsessed with natural looking juicy pretty lips and this is it!!!! I love this gloss, it's really moisturizing, glossy but not over the top and not sticky, it's pink-brown and it matches perfectly my pigmented lips, for reference I have a scar from childhood on my lower lip and with this on this looks like I just have pretty hydrated lips with no scar, so it is pigmented enough to cover it, but looks really natural which is a look I am always looking; much better than dolce vita gloss for example. I am NC20-NC25 with dark blonde hair.
Misc Beauty Tools -Anastasia Of Beverly Hills - Anastasia Tweezers

Ok so I've had the same pair of Anastacia pink twezeers for over 4 years... our relationship began while on a trip to Chicago so I know exactly when I bought them and they are 95% as new, maybe a little less sharp but still in great shape. I forgot them when on a 3 week vacation and was in desperate need of some grooming so I bought a pair of Tweezerman but they didn't compare. So even though Anastacia's are really expensive (for me anyway) I was tempted to buy a new pair, but honestly I don't need to just yet, maybe in 6 months, so that would make them 5 years old, not bad ha?? :) Status: HG
Although I like this product, in my humbleeeee opinion it's way to expensive for the little amount given. I have full eyebrows so I reallyyyyyy don't need much color, meaning that I can achieve similar results from any waxy hair product applied in a mascara type brush. That said, I am fond of the matte finish, hold and tube presentation (so I don't have to use several tools to groom my eyebrows), but I am not sure if I would repurchase.
Makeup Brushes -Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman - Powder Brush
DEWW 3/29/2012 7:04:00 PM
Ok so I am a sucker for brushes (and lipstick, foundation, blush, mascara, eyeshadow, bronzer etc. et. etc), anyway, I wanted some inexpensive brushes to have in my desk at work so I bought this and i have to say I love it!!! I like this one better that my shu powder brush. It's dense, doesn't shed, doesn't smell, easy to wash, great quality and price. Would repurchase!
Concealers -Christian Dior - Diorskin Nude Skin Perfecting Hydrating Concealer
DEWW 3/29/2012 6:49:00 PM
I bought this in 002 beige cause I really like the matching fooundation. The concealer has a nice consistency but creases like crazy on my eyes and the color is a little brownish (001 was to pale and 003 too dark) for my NC25 skin tone, I like effacernes in 02 better.
Hair: Wavy, long, color treated, fine texture, thick ... I wanted this for air drying and it is nice buy not wow, I still have frizz; for blowdrying it's better. I like Moroccan oil or Redken heat glide better.
Lovely, it recreates the way ur lips look when u eat a red candy (without the calories). On the cheeks looks nice and natural, a lippie off because the brush if silly.
This is wayyyy too heavy!!! I have almost waist lenght fine in texture but thick wavy hair and I loved the idea of this comb for detangling in the shower, but it was to heavy and big and I kept hitting my head with it :(
I own more or less 60 fragances, when I smelled this I thought "blah" but then someone sprayed this on me in the mall and I fell in LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE, I even bought a second bottle to keep in my desk at work, to me it smells like soooooo different to other frangances! like black fruit (framboise, prune etc... ) but not sweet, I really adore this scent :) definitevly repurchase. Status: HG for fall
Ohhh I so wanted to like this and replace my oh so expensive Diorshow, but no, this clumps, does not volumizes, just an average mascara with mediocre results although my lashes are long and full, but this just makes them stick together in a way it looks I have only 3 super fat lashes, I'll give it another shot and update.Update: Not for me.
The closest to my HG, I have this in 7 and matches my skin perfectly, which no other foundation has achieved before, easy to blend, medium coverage, no breakouts but I have normalish skin most of the time and don't need a lot of coverage, just some redness, but I do break out real bad with some products. Mixed with the sheer fluid in 2 looks very nice, glowy, photographs really well too, the only bad thing is that u have to blot constantly (let´s say every 3 hours), and it does not lasts all day, but I don't need a heavy duty foundation, but looks really natural and enchances my skin intestead of mask it. Will repurchase when I finish it and I'll buy another color for when I am paler.
I am REALLY IMPRESSED! I am 27 with normal/combo skin and I have tried many many brands of skin care (guerlain, dior, biotherm, darphin, chanel, clarins, helena rubinstein, givenchy etc.) I have good skin with the ocassional break out, well i had ... now I don't have good skin but perfect skin!!!! my pores are invisible, the redness of my cheeks is gone, the dehydration is gone!!!! I don't even need to use foundation! I honestly do not need it! will repurchase of course, I use this as a night cream, the preventive as a day cream and the gel activator,HUGE RAVE!
I hate to like this because it´s so expensive, but my lashes look so full and long that it's worth the price, I have repurchased this 3 times and will buy more in the future unless I find a cheaper substitute. The first time I saw the brush I thought what the heck, but I am really liking it now. To be fair already have pretty decent lashes (long, full and curvy) but this makes them look really good without trying too hard (not really dramatic on me) so unfortunately I guess this may not work as well for girls with shorter, sparse lashes :(
