Treatments -Kinerase - Extreme Lift Face

Wow, I love this product! For me, it completely does what it says it will do, and totally smoothed out my fine lines on my forehead. I'm 40, and my skin is pretty good, but is definitely showing some signs of aging around my eyes and on my forehead. People used to always express surprise when I said how old I am, and then for the last year or two, no one was ever surprised. I am totally starting to look my age and was considering Botox. So I read some reviews and decided to try this first. I tried the Extreme Lift Eye first, and was so happy with the results that I tried the Face version when drugstore.com was running a 20% off sale. I am thrilled with it. I have had three separate people tell me how great my skin looks and a friend told me that I look 10 years younger and asked what I was doing! I don't literally look 10 years younger, but I definitely look younger with it and my makeup looks great again! It apparently doesn't work this well for everyone, there are some bad reviews mixed in, but for me, it's a must-have product now.

BB Cream -Smashbox - Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35
Cutee 1/1/2013 8:05:00 PM
I love this product! I have normal skin with some shine on my nose and chin. I use this and top it with BareMinerals Ready powder (the one in the compact). I love the finish, which looks fresh and lasts all day, and I have had a lot of people tell me that my skin looks great since I started using these two together. This is the only BB cream I have tried, and I do wish it was cheaper, but I am a big fan of it. You do need to spread it quickly once you put it on, it "sets" almost right away. I find it easiest to do a dot on my nose and spread that on my nose, cheeks and chin, and then to do another small dot on my forehead.

Moisturizers -Olay - Complete Defense Daily UV Moisturizer SPF 30 - Sensitive Skin

I really like this moisturizer. It's a very good, basic moisturizer with a high spf. It doesn't have a bunch of "treatment" ingredients in it, so I can use it everyday and not worry that its interfering with my retin-a, or that it's overkill on top of other treatments that I might use at night. It doesn't ball up under foundation, it gives my skin a nice glow, and it's moisturizing enough for my combo skin (those with drier skin may find that it's not moisturizing enough). I particularly like the packaging, which is small enough to travel easily, and the pump locks easily as well. I use a mix of high and low end skin care, but this is moisturizer is a constant for me.

Highlighters -Guerlain - Meteorites Illuminating Pressed Powder - Mythic Parfait 01

I really, really love this stuff! I use the meteorites loose powder as a highlighter but wan,ted an equivalent product for travel. I actually like this better than the meteorites! It's really more of a powder as opposed to a highlighter--it gives your skin a very nice, natural glow and provides a nice finish over foundation. It's less much shimmery on me than the loose meteorites, and in fact, I often use a highlighter over this at night. On weekends, I often just wear primer (Avon Magix) and this, and my skin looks great. I'm a NW20, and this color is good for me; I think for anyone darker than that, it would be more of a highlighter, less of a pressed powder. And it is heavily fragranced but that's a guerlain thing so I guess I'm used to it. As far as the packaging, I'd prefer a flip top compact with a mirror inside, but this one is really nice looking, just not the most practical thing in the world. But overall, it's a great product.
