Conditioner -Live Clean - Professional Damage Therapy Conditioner

This conditioner really did make my hair less frizzy. I liked it for a few weeks, until I felt that it was leaving a buildup on my hair. When I read the ingredients, I noticed it has a wax in it. This wax is similar to the ones in hair pomaedes. Sooo..that explains why it cut the frizz. I was using the LC shampoo with the conditioner, and I think that the sulfate-free shampoo maybe doesn't remove the build-up like a regular shampoo does. I am looking for another conditioner that reduces frizz and doesn't leave a build-up. If I can't find a suitable replacement, I will return to using this conditioner. I will just have to use a regular sulfate-containing shampoo with it!

I absolutely love this product. I have repurchased it for almost two years. I love the smell and the gentleness of this product. It is by far the best baby wash I have ever used, and it is reassuring to know that it is free of the chemical crap that is in the other brands.

Conditioner -Burt's Bees - Super Shiny Conditioner with Mango
rated 3 of 5

This conditioner is so-so. It did reduce the frizziness in my thick, coarse hair. I think the bottle should specify that this conditioner works best for thick, coarse hair. I think it would be too heavy and weigh down fine or thin hair. The conditioner seemed to leave a slight film on my hair. It seemed to work best if I only left it on for less than a minute; any longer, and it seemed to make my hair stiff (i.e., hard to run my fingers through). I might purchase it again, but only if I can't find another conditioner that reduces frizz this well.

Liquid -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Serum Absolute Advanced Age-Reversing Makeup

I think this foundation would work well for someone who does not have oily skin. It went on great, but disappeared within hours. I was left with an oilslick on my face. I might try it again in 30 years when my face is less oily.

Liquid -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Mineral Foundation

I so wanted this to work. But it didn't...this foundation did not sit well on my skin. It went on ok, but after few hours, it was separating and cakey. It was very noticable and not attractive. It also made my skin look dry in areas; odd, since I have oily skin. I am glad that I bought this foundation on a major sale, otherwise I would be really annoyed!

Liquid -Maybelline - Dream Liquid Mousse
rated 5 of 5

I went back to this foundation after trying the Dream Mousse and having a major acne reaction! I tried a few other foundation brands with no success. I am happy to be back using the Dream Liquid Mousse. It doesn't cause me to break-out, and the coverage is perfect. It doesn't cake and separate on my oily skin the way some foundations do. It also does a good job of controlling my oily skin...my face still looks matte at the end of the day.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

My first reaction to this product was that it provided good coverage of my acne scars and made my face less shiny. I would have kept using it, except it made me breakout in areas I have never broken out in before in my 36 years!!! The skin along my jawline and chin became infecsted with whiteheads, blackheads, and cystic acne! I researched the product ingredients and discovered that Jojaba oil is not recommended for acne prone skin. Why it is an ingredient in an oily skin makeup, I can only guess. I am really disappointed, as I have had no previous bad experiences with Maybelline products. In fact, the foundation I was using before I tried the mousse was the regular Maybelline Dream foundation. Update: Oxy Naturals Acne Treatment with tee-tree oil cleared up the acne! Nothing else came close...
