I have found my Holy Grail skincare routine - the Decleor Ylang Ylang range! I am 20 years old, and before I had really bad breakouts. I didn't have particularly oily skin, but I definitely had problematic skin. It does feel oily, because its an oil, but it really does work, trust me! I am so pleased that I gave this a chance, because at first I was kind of weirded out at the fact I was rubbing oil on my face. Just WOW. My skin is perfect now. Thank you so much Decleor! The only disadvantage to this product would be that it's really expensive. That's it! :)

Polishes -Essie - Aruba Blue

What a gorgeous colour. It really is something that will give your nails some attention. Very glamorous royal blue with the most beautiful metallic shine! As soon as I saw this alongside the other essie polishes it immediately caught my eye, and I just had to get it. Really nice, very beautiful, quick drying, generally quite a nice product. :-)

Lips -Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain- Smitten

I decided to buy three of these after trying out this particular shade and falling head over heels in love with it. It's very similar to Clinique's chubby stick, except better and cheaper.. so it wasn't a difficult choice to make when selecting which brand to go with. They're not kidding when they say that it's a stain - this lasted all day on me, and the bright colour doesn't get all over the place, doesn't bleed all the time which annoyingly most lipsticks do.. it gives you the look of a lippy without the hassle and that's a massive bonus for me considering I find lipsticks to be very fiddly and simply annoying. It's buildable so you can apply a thin coat for minimum colour, like a lip balm or you can build it up for a more dramatic affect say if you're going out for the night or whatever. It tastes like mint, smells like mint which doesn't bother me at all, you don't have to sharpen it - just a simple twist action to get more product, so yet another bonus. They're cheap, they're easy to work with, and I'm just in love with the colour selection. :-) Too bad they only sell this in the USA at the moment! Glad that I stocked up on this before I left to go back to the UK.

Polishes -Butter London - Disco Biscuit

I really do like this colour of nailpolish and I hadn't seen it anything else like it with other brands, so I decided to purchase this polish despite the fact I thought the price was a little steep in comparison to some others. Absolutely gorgeous on your nails, it looks fantastic and it's sure to get you a lot of compliments. I wouldn't recommend that you wear it to work or to anything formal because it's generally a very fun, bright colour that's altogether very unique! The only problems I seem to have is with the texture on your nails without a top coat - it's quite gritty because of the fine glitters, but I don't think that should be a problem if you do decide to apply a top coat (which you probably should do anyway.) :-) Overall I'm very impressed and it was exactly the kind of eye catching shade I was searching for.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter

I love this product more than I love any other, and I've purchased a fair amount of expensive lip products in the past (and now regretting it terribly). These lip butters are exactly what I was looking for - colour that won't look too dramatic and unwearable in general, but still add something to my lips. For the past few years I've been put off wearing my bright red lipsticks, although I love them so much. The main reason behind this was the fact that I couldn't find one that wouldn't look like I had spent ages on my make up in the morning and went through too much effort for just walking around in my town. I bought this product in Cherry Red, Lollipop, Raspberry Pie, Sweet Tart and Tutti Fruity, so as you can see, I am completely in love with it. It moisturizes well, it looks gorgeous, the pigmentation is amazing for a lip butter and still doesn't look too over done for every day wear! The only down side of this product is that it wears easily, it scrapes against the lid and sometimes chunks become smeared on the tube - this doesn't bother me though, for the price. I'm so excited that I found this!

First impressions of this foundation have been amazing. It feels just wonderful when you're putting it on your skin very light and cooling, and I actually suffer from dry patches / blemishes on my nose, cheeks and chin area so finding a foundation that doesn't cling onto these patches is fairly difficult. I know most foundations will make dry patches look more evident but this foundation seems to work best with dry patches on my skin and doesn't seem to cake easily around them! Very impressed sofar as it reduces redness and gives me a nice coverage while still being very light. Hopefully this good first impression lasts. :-)

Skincare - Body -Avon - Skin So Soft Moisturizing Hand Cream

I'm not a massive fan of hand creams, because I usually just put on some of my body moisturizer if they're feeling particularly dry, but I really like this product. I work in a massive warehouse and I'm constantly abusing my hands 5 days out of 7. It's a nice product to keep in my handbag for whenever I need it. It keeps my hands smelling lovely, moisturized and it definitely just does the job for less. I would recommend to anyone suffering with hard worked hands. It's just a nice thing to have but I wouldn't repurchase it simply because I don't feel the urge to buy hand creams in general. ( I received this as a gift. )

Fragrances -Revlon - Charlie Red

I received this as a gift a while ago and still haven't really used up the entire bottle. For a lot of people this may be their cup of tea and it's the same with all fragrances - some people like it some people don't. I just don't like it. It's too strong for me, and it kind of reminds me of the smell in an old folks home for some reason? (I'm sure that's just me though.) If you're into really strong womanly smells then I'm sure this will be a nice perfume for you! It's just that it's too strong for my taste. :-)

Lip Gloss -Urban Decay - Lip Junkie

I got this in the Naked Pallet in a mini sample size, and I love it. I definitely will be repurchasing it in a bigger size. Normally I'm not a lip gloss type of person but the feeling of this on my lips - very cool and fresh - feels great! It looks amazing too. The only con is that it doesn't last very long, but which lip gloss does without re applying?

So far I really like this product, because it does brighten your under eye area and I have really bad dark circles. The only thing that I would recommend would be to use very, very little of the product or you'll end up looking really cakey. The spatula is a nice add on as well because I don't like tubs of product, since they can contain bacteria from your fingers.

I hope I'm not speaking too soon as I received this in the post this morning, but oh my god does it make my pores look smaller! It does what it promises and to me that's all that matters with any product. No complaints (so far anyway) and I hope this continues to make my skin look as good as it did this morning.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real

I'd be very careful with this mascara if I were you. You can't build and build like you do with most mascaras without making yourself look like an absolute idiot with dangly spider leg eyes. One coat is more than enough! I'm giving it four lippies because I really don't like the fact that it clumps so easily. **EDIT** I actually really like this product now that I've experimented with it for a few days. At first I was getting really clumpy horrible looking eyelashes, and as time went on I realized where I was going wrong - I was using an eyelash curler before hand. Now my eyelashes are quite long anyway and I guess using this mascara and an eyelash curler was just far too much. I found using just the mascara on it's own gave me a really nice natural looking lash which is what I was looking for to begin with. So it's a very nice mascara after all. Oops!

I really do hate this product. I wanted to like it SO badly but as soon as I applied it it felt cakey, un natural and quite disgusting on my skin. As quick as I purchased it, I threw it into a drawer and never looked back except only to experiment and realize why I put it there in the first place. The packaging is horrible, it's just a glass tube that you have to literally pour the product out of. No squeeze pump, nothing. Horrible messy product. Will. Not. Repurchase.

I really like this product, mainly because it seperates my eyelashes unlike most standard mascara brushes do. I love the packaging, because I think it looks really nice. It definitely won me over and I decided to try it out. I don't think that it's any different in comparison to other mascaras when it comes to lengthening and volumising, I just think it's really helpful for people who don't want to be walking around with clumps all over their eyelashes!

Foundations -Rimmel - Wake Me Up

Absolutely horrified when I tried this foundation and realized that for the past few years I've been paying too much for high brand foundations when this cheapy does the exact same thing, if not more! I'm in LOVE with this foundation. I'm very pale, and I feel that the lightest shade actually really suits me. The application is easy, pump action makes it even better and the packaging is gorgeous. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and I'm already almost out. I'll definitely be repurchasing as I can't get enough of how awake and even toned my skin looks! And if that isn't enough it has SPF 15 in it too! Congrats Rimmel for making such a perfect product! I liked it so much that I purchased the concealer too. (I hope that it affects me in the same way!)
