I think this has to be my FAVORITE nail polish color EVER. I have brown skin and the color just pops on my skin tone. The consistency is great and it is mostly opaque but I still put 2 coats to ensure its opacity. I can wear it year round and people always ask me what color it is. This is the only nail polish I have bought multiple times. I will definitely stock up if it becomes discontinued. Also, I only get it for $4 instead of $8 at those Asian nail supply places that have EVERYTHING for way less than the regular retail price. Go buy it!
I wanted to know what all the hype was about the Cle de Peau concealer so I marched over to the counter at Saks and tried some on underneath my eyes. I have really dark circles from stress and lack of sleep so I look a little ill if I do not cover it up. I am Toast in Revlon ColorStay, #8 in GA Luminous Silk, #5 in MAC Matchmaster and Warm Honey 5.5 in Bobbi Brown. I was hesitant because I am brown skinned and there wasn't a large selection of colors. The formula goes on VERY smooth. It's like warm, velvety, butter, to say the least. It is best for my undereye circles and any dark blemish spots I have. I can only use it on the darker areas of my face. I melt some on my fingertip and apply it on my face. The warmth of my skin melts it a little so it goes on better. I use this everyday and I see it will last me a long time. I just wish it wasn't $70!! It's the most expensive makeup item I own! If something better (and less expensive) comes along, I'll jump on it, but for now this is the best concealer for me. 1 lippie off for price.
I bought this item in Toast. ( I am an NC45, #8 in Armani Luminous Silk, Ultime Honey in Chanel). One layer has medium coverage for me. Two layers provided full coverage without looking cakey. I have dark under eye circles and hyper pigmentation on certain areas. I've been on the hunt for an alternative foundation versus my expensive ones. I really like this one. I apply it with the BeautyBlender or Sigma flat top brush. It stays very well and my oily skin doesn't shine through for about 6-8 hours depending on what primer and powder I use. Sometimes I can't because I'm in a hurry. I wish it had a pump because it can get a bit messy. Overall, I'd definitely buy this again.
What can I say? This brush really packs on the shadow to my lid without much fallout. Great for dark shadows and loose pigments mixed wth Fix+. The color really comes off the brush when you wash it. I'm planning on buying a few more of these.
I am an NC45 and this color is FABULOUS on me! Some people say that it is too shimmery but it didn't come out that way on me. I used a 129 brush and layered it ever so lightly on my cheekbones. The seahorse is so pretty I didn't even want to use it just to keep it looking pretty! I think I am going to purchase another one soon.
Let me start off by saying, I have tried A LOT of foundations from drugstore to department store. This is a GREAT foundation. It covers my post acne spots well and gives my face a nice and even glow. I layer MUFE HD powder over it and it stays in place for at least 8 hours.I don't have to touch up throughout the day and it looks superbly natural. It would be better with a pump.
