I like to use this on an easy m/u day when I'm not using bronzer. I find that if I used this in conjuction with a bronzer or blush its too much sparkle. My compact stopped smelling after a few days, which is ok with me as I'm not a fan of super-scented products. I use a flat kabuki brush for application and it works great. Be careful getting the compact out of the cardboard packaging, I almost broke it getting out!
Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Mega Shine Top Coat

After trying Poshe, SV, Out the Door and Essie 3 way glaze, this has become my HG topcoat, Fast drying, and extremely shiny, while applying easy. My only complaint is that it does not cooperate at all with Zoya polishes-I get massive shrinkage around the cuticles, sides of nails and tips when I use it, so opt for the Insta-Dri for Zoya only. I do wish the bottle was see-thru just so getting the right amount on the brush would be easier, and to know when you are running low
I like the consistency of this and the applicator brush, but unfortunately this smudges more that I would like. In the TX humidity we've had lately, this has been smudging on my upper lid and under my lower lid, even when I don't put it on the bottom lashes. Also, not very buildable, but it doesn't claim to be either. If I didn't have the smudging issues, I would have little to complain about.
Bronzers -Bobbi Brown - Illuminating Bronzing Powder in Antigua

My first Bobbi Brown purchase and I love it. Been using this for about a year now, and it gives me a great, natural color that works with my fair skin in the middle of winter or in the summer when I have a bit of color. I wouldn't call in a bronzer, but I apply it as such and its great.
Oh my gosh, one of the worst shampoos I have ever used. I have long, fine hair, and have been interested in trying a "natural" shampoo, but wow, this stuff was terrible. After 3 days my hair became an unmanageable, sticky, clumpy mess that looked like I hadn't washed my hair in days. Garnier products have never worked for me, but I wanted to give this a shot since it was a different approach, but NEVER again.
Shampoo -John Frieda - Root Awakening Strength Restoring Shampoo

Wow, I really liked this shampoo at first, but after a few weeks, this stuff made my hair like straw, just terrible. Had to stop using it, although the conditioner is halfway decent. Switched to Herbal Essence Long Term Relationship and it got my hair back to normal after a week or so.
I went through about 5 different lip balms until I got to this one, and it's definitely a keeper. No funky white residue line, no goopey, I'm hooked on this stuff.
Lipstick -Clinique - Almost Lipstick - Black Honey

Got this in a Sephora kit with my Almost Powder foundation and an Almost Makeup. Love this stuff. I would have never bought this on it's own just by the way it looks, but the color is fantastic and goes on great.
Hmmmm, this one was weird for me. I'm pretty fair, but not the fairest by any means, but went ahead and purchased the lightest shade in this. Yellowed terribly, even if I used a very thin layer. The consistency was great, just wish the color was a better match.
Cleansers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power - Cream Wash

Wow! I didn't expect anything from this product, just purchased it since my face is reeling from the high stress load in my life right now. Within 2 days my chronic redness that I've had for probably 10+ years disappeared and what pimples are coming up are smaller and don't hurt as bad as they have recently. I have never had good results with acne lines, but I've found a miracle worker with this one.
Concealers -Neutrogena - 3-in-1 Concealer for Eyes

This is the first product that I've bought in a while that I could not get to work for me whatsoever. It was way too chalky, would not blend, and the smell of it drove my eyes nuts. I gave it 3 days to see if I could get it to work or get used to the scent, but ended up throwing it out.
I bought this randomly just so I could get a GWP, and wow it's great. I now have the nude sparkle and the pink sheen and love them both, mostly as a shadow base but on light m/u days alone and they are great. I use BE eye shadows and liners and this helps them not crease and keeps my liner in place. I do wish they had more colors, but that is my only complaint.
I've been a faithful user of BE for 5 years, but recently decided a change was needed in my foundation. I'm a medium in BE, but actually needed the Fair in the Almost Powder. Cannot rave about this product enough. Feels great on the skin and made me realize how not great my BE looked. I have a lot of redness and this covered it all pretty well with only a light application. I never thought I would have liked this product so much as I do.
