Concealers -Garnier - Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller
rated 4 of 5

Seriously, this is the product that never ends. I've been using this pretty much daily and it's been over a year now! I wouldn't say I have that bad of dark circles but it does work to cover up what little I do have. It feels moisturizing and nice when rolling it on. I would repurchase it again, but think I am going to try something new when this runs out.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - Medium

I honestly do not get the hype w/ this product. It does nothing for me. No oil control, no coverage, nada. You can spend a quarter of that amount on Maybelline's pressed powder, and that actually helps w/ oil control.

I heard great reviews about this product working for oily skin. Sadly that isn't the case. It makes my makeup look cakey and the lasting power of my foundation still isn't great w/ this product. I wouldn't repurchase it.

Blush -NARS - Madly

Love this blush! Def HG status for me. It actually works as a bronzer/blush on my skin which I love! Gives me a nice healthy sunkissed glow. Reminds me a little of Mac Warm Soul blush.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Clump Crusher Water Resistant
rated 3 of 5
CheekyBo 12/30/2012 9:46:00 PM

Just bought this yesterday at target and I have to say it's just like the cover girl lash blast (waterproof) for me. My lashes look the same if I were to use either product. Since this is water resistant, it is easier to get off than lash blast. I do get length but not a lot of volume and it does hold up my curl, once I curl them, of course. edit: I see a lot of reviews saying it doesn't hold a curl. The trick to applying this for me is to first apply a really thin layer (don't glob it on) Let it dry for about 1 min and then layer as many coats as you want. It does hold a curl w/ said technique

Liquid -MAC - Face and Body Foundation
rated 3 of 5

I got the 1.7 oz one and I like it so far. I have an oily t-zone and it doesn't do much for that. I would describe it as a light tinted moisturizer. I really like how this applies, it is very light weight and I don't feel it at all. It doesn't have that great of lasting power either, but idk I still gravitate towards this product.

Crème -Revlon - ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup

I got the color 200 and I am an NC 20-25. The color match is pretty good on me. I have a really oily T-Zone and this is the only drugstore foundation and works decently on my skin. The trick to applying it for me is using a beauty blender or any dampened sponge. When I use a stippling or foundation brush for some reason it always looks cakey. This is the closest to HG for me so far.

Liquid -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Treatment Makeup
rated 2 of 5
CheekyBo 11/15/2012 9:49:00 PM

I have combination skin and an NC 20-25 in Mac and I got the color 130. This foundation sucks if you have oily skin. A true test for a foundation for me is wearing it through a work day. I am usually running around alot so at the end of the day I can def get a feel if a foundation is going to work for me or not. Not even 2 hours in I was an oil-slick on my T Zone ( I set with Mac blot powder as well) I would return it but I already tossed the receipt.

Brows -Maybelline - Define-A-Brow
rated 4 of 5
CheekyBo 11/11/2012 6:59:00 PM

I have black hair and i have yet to find a HG eyebrow pencil. This one comes close though. My only complaint is how little product you get. I paid around $8 for this and it only lasted me about 2 months with not even using it everyday. It's like the same as buying a pricier eye pencil that will last me long since i would have to repurchase it every 2 months! With that said I think I would repurchase it again because it is very easy to use and the color is almost perfect for my black brows.

Polishes -Essie - French Affair, Spring 2011

This is my absolute favorite Nail color ever! It is a milky pink with a undertone of lavender. It takes about 2 coats for it to become opaque. I just LOVE this color so much.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paradisco (Frost)

Didn't really like it as an eyeshadow. But one day it popped into my head that I should try this as a blush! It is a gorgeous blush color. Kinda reminds me of Nars Orgasm but way better! It has a gold sheen to the cheeks. Def recommend trying it out as blush! LOVE

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer
rated 5 of 5
CheekyBo 8/24/2012 9:02:00 PM

I got the color in #6 and I am an NC20-25 in MAC. When I was in my teens I was stupid and didn't wear sunscreen while trying to get a tan, that left me with dark sunspots on my face that I am so insecure about now. So ALWAYS wear sunscreen! With that said I have tried many concealers to try and cover up my sunspots (Benefit Boing, MAC studio finish, Bobbi Brown) None really covered them up. The MUFE full cover concealer is the only concealer that almost covers them up completely! I can still see them faintly, but this has been the product that has done the best so far. It also lasts all day on me. I don't have a problem with cakeyness either. This so far is my HG concealer for sunspots and the occasional pimple.

Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free
rated 4 of 5
CheekyBo 4/13/2012 1:43:00 PM

Idk why I love this so much. I have the shade Nude and I am about a NC25 in Mac. I just love the way it makes my skin feel when applying it. However, it doesn't provide much coverage and oil control, but i think I would repurchase again because of how it makes my skin feel.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real
rated 3 of 5
CheekyBo 4/8/2012 4:18:00 PM

Bought the mini version at sephora couple weeks ago. Eh, it is okay. I still like Falsies and lashblast better. It does keep my straight lashes curled though, but it is def nothing special. I find that it does lengthen but doesn't give that much volume. Since I got the mini one, it is a bit harder to apply since the brush is kind of big. I find that it doesn't smudge throughout the day either. All in all, I wouldn't buy this again. OVERHYPED
