Eye Shadow -Bobbi Brown - Shimmer Wash Eye Shadow - Snow

This is my go-to highlighter for the brow bone. I have been using this for so many years and absolutely love it. I've even had compliments from men on this…need I say more! It really brightens my face and looks great with any look.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Liner
Cestsibon 12/30/2012 10:14:00 PM
The pen started to dry after only the second usage, which only made matters worse (skipping, caking, etc., you get the idea) and makes this a very expensive product. I did not find this much easier to use than liquid eye liner since you have to really pull your eyelid taught. I will stick to a long lasting pencil in the future and gladly pay a few more dollars for a product I can test. The price was a little steep for Maybelline (11.49 @ CVS).

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow

The "shimmer particles" (I don't know the technical term for them) are too large for my taste. It lasted well through a work out and did not crease, but I was disappointed with the overall look which was undeniably glitter-like. I will experiment with it a little more but don't think you should have to work hard for eye shadow to look nice. I have a few other cream eye shadows I like (Benefit, Bobbi Brown, Rimmel, MAC); I doubt this will be added to the list

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express One by One
Cestsibon 12/23/2012 6:43:00 PM
This is a really nice mascara I started using when Define-a-lash Volume was discontinued. I find that it stands up against or performs even better than some department store mascaras (Bobbi Brown, Clinque, Dior, Lancome) especially when you consider the price. Best of all it builds volume without clumping. The wand is a soft rubber so you can press into upper lash line with no pain and it's tapered well so I can get in the corners very easily. The trouble I have with some mascara wands is that they are so large (Cover Girl Lashblast) and dense I end up not getting enough product on my lashes. The only cons are I find that when the tube is new it can be a little wet and takes a few uses to look its very best.

Liquid -Chanel - Perfection Lumiere
Cestsibon 12/22/2012 11:11:00 PM
This foundation really does "perfect" my complexion and makes my pores look smaller. Many products claim to make pores appear smaller, but don't deliver, so much praise to Chanel. I tend to be a little oily (mostly TZone & pores clog easily) so I avoid a lot of moisture, but I use moisturizer underneath of this. I would give 5 stars, however the color range could be a little better, and had I not been assertive at the counter would have ended up with the wrong color. It has a beautiful floral scent, so if you like florals this is an added bonus of mini aromatherapy. I also use Vitalumiere Aqua and truly love that product as well. Perfection Lumiere provides more coverage, and is longer lasting. I like this for a different look; a little less casual.

Mascara -Bobbi Brown - Lash Glamour Extreme Lengthening Mascara
Cestsibon 12/22/2012 10:13:00 PM
I wanted to like this masacara since this is the type of wand that works best for my lashes and I've been a loyal Bobbi fan since day one, but...it left my lashes with little volume and when I tried to apply more I got some clumping. I checked in with it later and it looked like I needed to curl my lashes again which I never need to do with other mascaras that work for me. I am very sorry to say, but I've found drugstore masacaras which look much better. On the plus side, it does have a nice, natural look. This might work for you if your lashes don't need much curl or volume and you don't press wand too hard into your lash line as the wand is very hard.

Treatments -Peter Thomas Roth - Dragon's Blood laser free resurfacing treatment

First let me say I love the serum in this line. The regenerator gel is a different story. I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the texture and it being like a heavy primer. I tried once under foundation and that was it! I am using around my eyes only now. I got this as part of a set with the serum, so I'm glad I did not spend money on this product alone. My skin does not lack for moisture, so maybe on a drier complextion it has a different effect.

Liquid -Chanel - Vitalumiere Aqua
Cestsibon 9/3/2012 6:45:00 PM
I bought this after reading postive reviews about 6 months ago and have been using it ever since. I'm on my second purchase. The coverage is slightly more than a tinted moisturized, but less than full coverage. It blends into skin instantly and has a *pore minimizing effect (*does not last all day, darn!, but coverage lasts). It is designed for oily complextions, so depending on your skin/routine you may need to use with a moisturizer. It has a definite floral scent which if you like florals, is very lovely. The colors could be a little better in terms of skin match for me compared to some other brands I've tried, however I still think it's a fantastic product because of the level of coverage, how it blends into the skin, and the finish it leaves which is natural, but enhanced with a very subtle glow.

Nice smell, if you like florals. Non-greasy and leaves skin with a nice, very sutble natural looking pearl radiance. No breakouts or sensitivity. I liked this product, but sadly I did not see any improvement after 8 weeks of use.
