I find this way more natural that pencils. Doesn't tug or look harsh. Took a while to get the hang of how to apply but, once you get it..you'll love it. The wax is great too, keeps brows neat. Brunette is a perfect match for me.
I like this primer. I have oily skin and I didn't notice I was any more oily that usual. I like the way my foundation went on over; it's very smooth and silky; it's pricey but, I got it from QVC with a TSV and I'd buy again.
I have a terrible time finding a good foundation and one that actually matches my skin tone is even harder to match! Anyway, I stumbled on this line and asked for a sample of two foundation colors..wow..Kalahari is my match and it really does match. I like the coverage and the way it goes on. It's not cakey or heavy feeling at all. It is very worth it in my opinion!
Lotions/ Creams -Calgon - Hawaiian Ginger Body Lotion

I normally would never buy anything "Hawaiian scented". But, I just happened to grab the tester at Walmart and tried it on my hand. I was really impressed. It's sweet at first but then a while later, it's just clean smelling and not overpowering. My SO smelled my arm today and said he loved it! I think it's more of a spring/summer scent and maybe I'll try the body mist.
I have the hardest time finding the perfect foundation..one with enough yellow in it. Other foundations make me look washed out, pink and dead. Anyway, though I have to agree, this foundation is hard to blend but, it's the only one that matches my skin beautifully. I use Bamboo and I do have to mix a tad of another foundation with it just to be able to "glide" it on my face. I've tried so so many and I just placed another order with Zhen. I give it 5 lippies just for matching my skintone.
Thought I already reviewed this. Anyway, I bought this in Buff and at first, it worked really well or so I thought. Indoors, it looked like the perfect match; outside, my face was pink and my neck was yellow. WHAT!? The coverage is average, I have super oily skin and this just looked as though I had no coverage; it surely didn't last all day. Then, to top it off, I bought the matching powder..what was I thinking? Pink face topped with chalky powder!!! Yuck, Yuck, Yuck. Won't buy this stuff ever again.

I used to think that Biosilk would be my HG. I went to my cousins house and she had a bottle of this, so I tried a bit on my frizzy, dry, thick hair! OMG..this is 100 times better than Biosilk; plus it's a lot less greasy, not heavy at all, and does not smell. My hair literally felt and looked like GLASS! I looked all over my dinky little town and couldn't find it, so, I went to a bigger town and found it at Regis Hair Salon for 19.95-didn't mind paying it though b/c I now know that it's truly my HG..at least for now!
Bought this in Natural and it's great for me. I'm an LLL/FFF with med-light brown hair and yellow undertones. I tried it on my hand at the store and it is in fact natural. It's like a YLBB type. On me, it's beautiful, goes on even, lasts a long time, has no taste or scent..and moisturizes my lips. This is just my experience with it though. It doesn't look muddy on me at all, it does in fact look like my lips. I'd buy this again if I could find a color I liked.
I bought this today b/c I fell in love with the beautiful coppery/gold shimmer! But, I swiped it once and the pretty silvery, shimmer overspray came off. Bummer! My only gripe is that I wish the silvery color was all the way through the eyeshadow. Since I"m a LLL/PPP, this shows up on my quite a bit but, I'll bet when I start tanning (Out of a bottle), that it'll be gorgeous. Milani makes really great colors!!
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - French Connection United Kingdom

I was at the mall fragrance kiosk and tried several fragrances all of which were too sweet, too powdery, too heavy etc. I glanced up and saw those "four letters" that stood for French Connection United Kingdom and had to see what it was about. I didn't expect to like it but, was really impressed. On me, it's not sweet at all and it's not powdery. It's actually very light and fresh; not bothersome to my nose; it's different from my other perfumes though. I only got a small bottle so, I think I'll be able to finish it. As for the name, I don't care..I'll just say it's French Connection UK. The End.

Hmm, thought I reviewed this already. Anyway, I drove all over town in search of this product and could not find it anywhere-until I went to Rite Aid drugstore and there was only ONE left. First off, I have a natural wave (no curlies), it's thick and below the shoulder, gets frizzy and poufy. I applied this to damp hair and scrunched it. It left my hair wavy, silky, and swervy!! I can't wait to use this before I blow dry and use the round brush!! 5 lippies!!
I bought this in "Little Color" which is a a super sheer pink tint. I first use the SH Cuticle Defense, then wait about 10 mins and then apply the polish. My nails look great and don't feel dry. I love these polishes; I'd buy again for sure.

I really love this stuff. My cuticles were so dry! It comes w/ a dropper but, I don't use it, I just put my finger over the opening and tilt the bottle over once and that's enough for all 10 fingers. It's not greasy and absorbs quickly; there's no crazy smell and it does what it says. Also, the price is right!
Styling Products -John Frieda - Frizz-Ease Dream Curls
Cassandra079 1/19/2004 1:25:00 PM
I have thick, long hair with a natural wave to it, and unless I use something to "tame my hair", it will do whatever it wants! The bottle says that it'll "transform wilted waves and curls into sexy swerves, curves and spirals". Who wouldn't want that?! For me, it works somewhat. I mean, I want something to keep my hair from getting frizzy while enhancing my wave. It feels kinda dry on my hair and if I put too much in one spot then, that end does get kinda "crunchy". So, no..I won't buy this again.

I used this in the Original and Extra strength formulas. I have thick, below the shoulder, naturally wavy (not curly) hair-which also get frizzy easily. At first I tried this and thought it was great but, then I noticed that it tends to be too "heavy" or thick. I've used several serums for my hair but, nothing worked until I used Biosilk and I've really done well in using that product. It's light and does in fact work for me. UPDATE: I now use Graham Webb Reparative Shine and love this to death!
