Cleansers -Oxy - Oxy 10 Balance Maximum Strength Acne Wash

After reading reviews, I decided to pick this up to try on my neck/back area acne that has flared-up due to the warmer weather. After using it for a week, I could actually tell it was working. It's now a part of my morning shower routine: First, I wash and rinse my hair, clip it up, and apply a palm size amount of Oxy to the back of my neck and shoulder area. I leave it on for a minute or so before I scrub/rinse it off while using my Salux cloth. It's strong enough to make a big difference, but not irritate.

I keep a tube of this in my purse for my 'go to' lip gloss for everyday wear. It gives my lips just enough of a hint of color to make me look a little more pulled together...even when I'm without any facial make-up on. I love the smell, taste, and consistency of it. Not thick and gloppy!
Lotions/ Creams -Jergens - Shea Butter Skin Enriching Moisturiser

My new HG hand lotion! I absolutely adore this stuff. It keeps my hands and cuticles in such good shape. I use it after most every hand washing. Smells wonderful and it spreads great. It takes a minute to fully absorb, but it leaves my skin looking so very nice. I love that shea butter is the second ingrediant - really makes a difference for my nails/cuticles. I also use it on my legs in summer....awesome stuff!
Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Intensive Care Healthy Hand and Nail Lotion

I had picked-up a small tube of this at my local CVS with a coupon that was set to expire. I had been looking for a good, daily hand lotion that was not too greasy or heavy. Found it! This product is perfect for after washing your hands to rejuvenate the moisture lost. It absorbs quickly and has fairly decent staying power. Perfect for at work - I keep a tube on my desk. I enjoy the smell and find it very light. I had been using the Curel brand hand and cuticle lotion, but noticed it was starting to dry-out my cuticles instead of helping them....my guess was because of the alcohol content. The Vaseline brand is so much better. Such a great find!
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Body Butter- Wild Honeysuckle

I don't know if I got a bad tub or what, but this stuff smelled terrible! My fault for not checking it before purchase. I had tried (and liked!) the regular lotion, but went with the butter for winter. Not the same smell at all, which is dissapointing for me. I usually love honeysuckle scents. I have a friend who had the same experience with this product. I wonder if the addition of the shea is the culprit? I did give it a fair rating because the product itself works well on super dry skin. I'd probably buy again, but NOT in this scent.
I must have smelled this in Sephora a million times before actually buying it. I received the firming body lotion as a sample....and really liked it. SO, I went out and spent $50 on the lotion/perfume spray set. While I like the perfume smell very much, it has zero staying power. I spray it before I leave for work and 20 minutes later I can barely smell anything on my wrist. I really wish it lasted longer.
Mascara -Maybelline - Define A Lash Volume Mascara

I'm not impressed at all with this. The wand is cheap and flimsy, plus hard to pull-out of the tube. I also hate the huge glop of liquid that stays at the end of the wand, where there are no bristles. A waste of $8 that could have gone toward a new Clinique tube instead.
My favorite mascara EVER. I use it everyday for work, and sometimes load-up a second coat for nightime fun. It doesn't flake and is easy to wash-off. One tube at $12 usually lasts me at least 4 or 5 months. I can always tell when it's nearing time to replace the tube by the increase in clumps, which are easily seperated with a brush. I have creamy white skin, and the jet black makes my eyes pop so nicely!
Samples -Everyday Minerals - Free Sample Makeup Kit [DISCONTINUED/REPLACED]

I heard about this companies great sample pack and decided to give it a try. I've never used mineral make-up before, but have wanted to for a while. Granted, it's not totally free ($4 shipping cost), but it is much cheaper than trying what could end-up being a full sized mineral make-up mistake. After using the products for 2 weeks, I'm hooked! For a sample size, there is lots to use. Out of the 3 foundation powders I tried, there were 2 that match my fair skin great. I liked the concealer powder for my under eye area, but I still have to use my liquid stick type (CG) for pimples. The blush is good quality, but I picked a terrible color for my skin tone. All in all, I really like this product and will definately be ordering more when my sample pots start to run low.
