My skin tone is medium and I usually wear makeup and powder with yellow undertones bc if I wear anything matching my pinkish undertones I look lke Miss Piggy. Both formulas have a pinkish undertone and neither looked right on me. The light medium gave me an ashy appearance and the dark made me look like I rolled around in cinnamon . It moisturizes well but my skin is sensitive and a tad dry. I used the medium with a True Match cream compact foundation in a shade too light for me (w4) and they balanced out pretty good. I can see it being a good base if you can't match your tone exaxtly. It covers well and if used w concealer and powder it gives good coverage and staying power

Mascara -Clinique - Bottom Lash Mascara

I was dying to try this and when one of my good friends who happens to work for clinique gave me this for my birthday I tried it immediately. The mascara is small in size but packs a punch. I HAVE to wear mascara everyday of not my almond shaped eyes look more like a chickens blank expression. The brush is doll sized but works great and really grabs every last little lash. It gave my puny lashes length, lots of color and volume all with out liking like Tamy Faye Baker. Its staying power its decent and comes off easily with no build up. It helped open my eyes and can be used for day and night looks. The only downside is that it dried out a little sooner than usual

Eyeliner -Lancome - Le Crayon Kohl

I purchased the noir in non waterproof andts a large pencil but very over priced ($25) It looks and goes on great but smears almost immedietly and makes my eyes water like crazy when used on my water line. But...buuuuut I must say using this over an eyeshadow base or alone to do any smokey eyes as a base works amazing! Since its a a soft pencil it glides and blends effortlessly and greatly increasrs the color intensity and helps it stay super dark. I now use a pencil from ulta w the same intensity and super blendable but at less than half the price n double the staying power n no watery eyes allergic reaction
