Liquid -L'Oreal - True Match Super-Blendable Makeup SPF 17
BrigitteBardot 4/27/2013 11:57:00 PM
Pros: price, easy to find, feels light on skin. Cons: not enough coverage for me, prefer foundations without spf, and not the best color match. I actually read Dita Von Teese likes this in n1. She seems paler than me. I've got some olive undertones in my skin, whereas she's just white-white. Somehow, this is slightly dark and pink on me! It's not a bad foundation. If you're looking for a foundation that's cheap and has light coverage, it's great for you. I prefer more coverage and the closest color match possible. I seem to have better luck with MAC and Laura Mercier for color. (Tip, if any of you are fair-skinned but have more neutral/yellow undertones, check them out! Much better than Make Up For Ever, Loreal, etc., have been for me.)
Treatments -Clinique - Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil-Free

Not the worst acne treatment I've used-it's gentle and not too drying. But it didn't make a very noticeable difference. I won't repurchase.
This isn't bad, but I don't see anything about it so great to justify the price. Applied lightly, the coverage is not enough for me, and if I build it up, it's quite cakey, even with primer. Maybe if you have totally flawless skin and have the most perfect color match it will look good, but on me it looks kind of artificial. I might give it a try again one day if my skin gets in better shape, but for now I just can't see what all the hype is about. Surely there are cheaper, light coverage foundations for the lucky folks who don't have any blemishes to conceal. Pros: No SPF so I'm assuming it won't cause flashback (or lessen the effectiveness of your sunscreen), and it goes on easily unlike some thick cream and mineral foundations.
Mascara -L'Oreal - Waterproof Voluminous Carbon Black

I heard this mascara was really good (and think I used it or a similar product in the past), but this was impossible to even open! I thought about getting someone to open it for me, but who wants to go through that every few months? Back to Great Lash for me.
I got matched with Mont Blanc (lightest the store had). It is a little too peachy pink for me, but I was really impressed with the coverage and finish of the foundation. Because it's called sheer glow, I thought it might have minimal coverage or leave me looking kind of greasy (like Make Up For Ever HD), but it's more of a medium coverage foundation with a natural finish. Pretty! I will try it in the lightest color if I can find it next time I'm shopping.
This is a pretty color so I'm giving it a fair rating. It's not flattering on me though! I have dark hair, dark eyes, and light skin (neutral/golden undertones). This is just blah on me. My favorite NARS lipstick is still Belle de Jour.
I gave this another chance due to its popularity with some of my favorite makeup idols. Still not wowed, but after using it a few more times, I'm liking it more! Pros: Cheap, easy to find, cute pink tube. Cons: Does not particularly do much for my lashes in comparison to other mascaras, and I was hoping it would be a little more gentle on my lashes/easier to remove due to it being a more natural-looking mascara. My new thing is counting how many lashes I lose each day when reviewing mascaras! The first night I wore this mascara, I used Lancome Bi-Facil and very gently tried to remove the mascara (which I did not apply an excess amount of by any means), and I lost two lashes. The second time I wore it, I didn't lose any. Third and fourth times, I lost one lash. Fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth times, I don't think I lost any lashes! Ninth time I wore it, I lost one lash, and tenth time I wore it, I lost four lashes! Not good, but on average, it's not the worst mascara. However, I'm not sure if it's a HG or not, I want bigger lashes!

I bought the 3" large brush, and it really has helped me style me hair with more control. (I like to smooth out my curls but still have volume, think Pam Anderson.)
Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation

This isn't a terrible product (maybe good depending on your coloring/skin type), but for me personally it just isn't anything great at all. I can't get a color match that's perfect without mixing colors. The lightest color (110 Pink Porcelain) is too pink for me, and the lightest neutral color (117 Sable) is kind of dark. I would try the 115 Ivory that's in between, but to be honest, I need more coverage and the finish isn't flattering on me (greasy-looking!) if I try to build the coverage up. I prefer Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet. Strangely enough, the lightest color of that foundation, which is Alabaster, isn't as pink as the HD's Pink Porcelain.) If you have beautiful skin that is on the dry side and can get a good color match, I can see this being an awesome product.
Skincare - Body -Noxzema - Triple Blade Disposable Razors
BrigitteBardot 3/16/2013 2:51:00 PM
These suck! They really do get clogged easily. If you're trying to shave a body part that's hard to reach, it's easy to cut yourself with these razors. I will never purchase again.
I'm giving this an average rating because I don't know how else to review it fairly. I had no idea this has snakey packaging! I'm scared of snakes and don't want to see the tube each time I use mascara so I am returning the product without using it. Please change the packaging Tarte!
I tried the Burberry EDP at Ulta today. It smells GOOOD. I wish the bottle were prettier, but I still might just have to go out and buy this. It's one of the sexiest perfumes I've smelled in a long time.
This is not a HG product for me, but it's great for moisturizing the eye area (really plums it up, so it's great as a primer under concealer), does not irritate my eyes, and it's not crazy expensive. I'm still on the hunt for something that will reduce my dark circles.
I will update when I have used all the different features, but so far I like this. I think it really does help get my skin cleaner and clearer. Is it a miracle worker? I don't think so, but if you are very into skin care or can find a good deal on it, I recommend it.

This smells so fresh and tasty! I haven't seen it any stores near me recently, so I'm savoring what I've got left. I wish Sephora still sold it.
