I bought this in butter pecan, as just about everyone else, and overall I think it's good. It doesn't have a very dramatic effect, so I use it for everyday wear when I need something very quick and easy. It also suits my skin tone very well. I would direct to a tone, but honestly I haven't found a tone yet that's as pale as me. I just use it with my fingers, and it works just fine. No matter what, this isn't a product you need great precision with, so I feel no need to use a brush. The two colours blend very well, and both have a light amount a shimmer, nothing to over the top. Their website states that it's crease proof.. Now that's a down right lie. I always end up re-smoothing the surface about 3 times, and then there basically isn't any product left to crease, just a light indication of what was there before. But honestly, for the price, I have absolutely no problem with reapplying ever so often. I love the packaging, considering that it has a screw on lid, instead of those god awful click tops, that most products has. They get undone in your bag, and can leave a mess. This is much more nifty. I guess I would buy again, as it can be a great Solution when I don't have any time, and don't want something dramatic. But no, it doesn't work wonders.

Fragrances -The Body Shop - Japanese Cherry Blossom EDT

I really love this scent range!! I think we all have a "personal" fragrance, one that just kind of defines us. Well this is mine. The smell is nice, fresh, light, and very girly. It's sweet, but because of it being a flowery smell, it's not nauseating. It does however have a very sharp alcohol-like feel at first, but it fades quickly. I gave the packaging a 3 cause, well, it didn't come in a package. So I based it on the bottle, which is a bit dissapointing. Just a square with a pretty sticker. But it does have a special feel to it. Overall I am in love with this smell!

Liquid -MAC - Pro Longwear Foundation

I bought this when the weather was still warm, and it worked okay. It was a bit drying, but since I'm already using olive oil to moisturize every other day, it was okay. But then came winter. Even though I started applying olive oil every night (yes, my skin is THAT dry), the foundation just dried out my skin to the point, where if you looked a little close, my skin was spotted. The foundation had laid itself in little patches all over my face, instead of one layer. I tried mixing it with some extra moisturizing serum, applying it with a sponge, nothing worked. So now I'm saving it for summer. Probably wont be repurchasing.

Liquid -MAC - Mineralize Satinfinish SPF 15 Foundation [DISCONTINUED]

I have to say that i am extremely disappointed with this product! I asked for a foundation that would work good with dry skin, and while it doesn't dry out or anything, its not woohoo-moisturizing. Besides that, the coverage is horrible. Its really fluid, so i automatically end up putting on a lot of product, without any result. And then the worst thing: It glitters! I know its minerals, but no foundation should sparkle that much! I didn't notice this in the store, but when i tried putting some on my hand in the sunlight, damn, you'd think i was half vampire. It was however much lighter than other NC15 foundations, which is great, but it doesn't make up for the fact that it left me uncovered, sparkling like someone had poured glitter over me.
