I have been using this foundation for quite a while now so I think it's time I review it. I'm about NC20 in mac and I got the shade cream ivory. It's a bit too yellow but it's wearable. The texture isn't really creamy but more liquidy. The coverage is medium on me since I have a lot of acne scars but it's really buildable. I have combination skin leaning more on the dry side. On me, this foundation is the most natural looking and less cakey, even if it's layered on. But when my skin is flakey the flakes become more obvious in a few hours of wear. Much better than most foundations though where the flakes are obvious upon first application. I don't think this would last on oily skin since it doesn't really dry. As with any foundation, how you prep your skin determines how well the foundation will look. On days when I wear my aha/bha toner this foundation looks matte and without the toner it looks dewey. I use my fingers to apply then blend with a sponge. I used to apply with a damp sponge alone but I realized that it wasted a lot of product. It's really blendable but it looks more natural when pressed (not rubbed) in with a sponge. I always set my foundation with a light dusting of pressed powder. Right now, I'm loving PF talc free air brushing pressed powder to set silk creme. Silk creme's staying power isn't that great since it transfers to clothing, phone, tissue, etc. so easily. But it doesn't separate or sit in my pores on my face. When I first tried SC though, it just sat in any lines and pores and made it look obvious. When used on top of LM radiance primer it didn't settle in any lines and pores. Bottom line, I really love this foundation. It might even be my HG since no other foundation can compare. I'll definitely repurchase!

This was my first shot at dry shampoos. I bought it after reading reviews on Sephora. I never learn, I've bought many failed products after reading raving reviews on Sephora before discovering MUA. I wash my hair everyday because it's thin and gets oily after a day but I do use a gentle sulfate-free shampoo. I thought this dry shampoo would be perfect for lazy days when I just don't want to wash my hair. It just didn't work for me. It didn't really absorb oil and didn't feel clean at all. It also didn't volumize my hair the way dry shampoos are supposed to. It just felt like I had a lot of product in my hair and it weighed it down. Good thing Sephora has great return service otherwise I would be completely disappointed.
I love softlips! They really do give me softlips ;). It doesn't give a waxy thick feeling like chapstick did. Softlips absorbs well and I like the tingly feeling when first applied. The packaging is cute but I use them up quick because it's a thin stick. I don't mind though because they are so inexpensive.

Like the hairspray, this smells amazing!! I have fine shoulder length hair and this serum does a great job at taming flyaways. I use it on towel dried, slightly damp hair. I only use one pump so this has lasted me a long time. As with all serums, be careful not to use too much product or it'll look greasy. It also had cute packaging. HG for me!

I absolutely LOVE this hairspray!!!!!! The scent is amazing and I wish they could make a perfume of it. It holds well for me since I have thin hair. I could use a lot of it without it having the crunchy sticky feeling most hairspray leaves. I don't remember how much I paid for it because I've had it for a long time and I'm not even half way. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. I hope it never gets discontinued!!

I bought this after reading about sulfates. I got it from amazon. Received a soaked box and the shampoo was leaking. There was still a decent amount of shampoo left and since I was too lazy to call amazon and ask for a replacement, I transferred what was left into an empty shampoo bottle. I'm not a fan of the scent but it does disappear. Used with the conditioner, it made my fair soft and shiny but was just flat . I don't like the products enough to repurchase but it was just ok.
I prefer this over BE's mineral veil. I've only used three different types of finishing powder, this, mineral veil and the one from garden botanika. It's too sheer in coverage for me to use it as a foundation but works for me over clinique's continuous coverage foundation/concealer. I have combination/dry skin so it wears long enough for me but won't last through the pouring rain. The continuous coverage doesn't seem to dry so this does a wonderful job as setting it. It has a matte finish but not so much to tell I'm wearing MU. I use the sponge that comes with the compact in a press n roll method and it leaves a nice finish. I really like that it's compact so I can travel without worrying about it getting messy like the MV.
This is the perfect mascara! It gets every little lash because of the tiny brush. Sometimes I use it for my top lashes. It doesn't smudge but just flakes really little, sometimes not at all. For just $10, you have nothing to lose.
Moisturizers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF15

This moisturizer works for me since I have combination/dry skin. It moisturizes better than the clinique dramatically different lotion. I also use it as sunscreen since I don't like the super greasy feeling of most ss. It absorbs well but it does sting a bit after exfoliating. I don't have super sensitive skin so it hasn't broken me out. The packaging is awesome too. I'm almost out and I will repurchase.
After reading reviews saying this was medium to full coverage, I gave in and bought this. Now I just have another foundation that didn't work for me and just added to the pile of wasted $. This didn't cover anything and the color was way off. I only wore it twice so I didn't see the "even better" results. I did like that it didn't dry my dry skin...but that's all.
The shade "light" is the only face makeup to match me perfectly!! Too bad this bb cream isn't for my dry skin. It isn't moisturizing at all and has a thick consistency. Still on the hunt for the perfect face MU :(
Misc Beauty Tools -Sephora - Professionnel Platinum Lash & Eyebrow Comb #21

Love the eyelash comb!!! It really makes a difference than the plastic combs. Combs through clumps and separates lashes beautifully. Totally worth the $10!
This covers blemishes really well and the lightest shade matches my skin closer than any fdtn I've tried although it is a bit too pink. It doesn't break me out. The only thing that bother me is the staying power, it transfers everywhere! I do use a good primer and powder, even added a finishing spray but nothing helps. If it were long wearing and had a better shade range it would be perfect!
I received a catalog from DHC not really caring about it because I was satisfied with my skin care routine. I threw it away but took the samples and I'm soo glad I did! This cleansing oil removes makeup wonderfully and also moisturizes my dry skin. It doesn't leave an oily residue but also doesn't strip the skin's natural oil. Purchased the full size and also the travel size. Will buy again and again.
After reading so many reviews on sephora (before discovering MUA) I gave into the hype thinking it would be the foundation for me since it has been the best selling in the foundation category for a while. Well big mistake! It doesn't cover anything but just makes pores and dry patches more visible. It also makes my face itch like crazy. Looks very powdery and doesn't look natural at all. If you have nearly perfect skin that's not dry it might be for you.
