Cleansers -The Body Shop - Moisture White Cleansing Powder

I don't know if this product is too blame or not, but my mildly dry facial skin became so dry and flaky that I would show up to work and my face would look a mess. No amount of facial cream would relieve the dryness. I think I will return this product.
I got this with a Sephora order. I used it and I am not clear what it did or was suppose to do. I would not purchase it again.
I have been on the hunt for a new floral fragrance for years. I would find one and then a month later I would be disappointed. This is why I am not going to write a glowing review, just the facts.
Wear time: All day and into the night
Smell during the 1st few hours: strong floral
Smell during the 2nd few hours: aquatic florals
Smell during the last hours: sweet, yet faint musk
Recommended wearing time: during the day; it is not really sexy (it is very pretty)
Recommended age: any age; it smells young to me though; old women tend to like to smell like powder puffs and this smells nothing like that
What the scent mostly reminds me of: Honey suckles or a flower garden
How do I feel when I wear the fragrance? I feel like I smell very pretty; not sexy, not whorish, but just very pretty and it also caused me to be in a good mood all day. Some florals start to turn on you at the end of the day and you start to smell like a dirty whor!, but this doesn't do that--you smell pretty from the beginning to the end.
Would I buy it again? Yes, unless I decide I hate it like I have every other fragrance I have ever purchased in the last 5 years. LOL!
The only problem with this item is that the bottle is from the 1980's and, as a result, you feel like you are purchasing a cheap outlet perfume.
This is a pretty floral fragrance, but it starts to fade immediately. It is strong the first hour and then fades to nothing by the 3rd or 4th hour.
This fragrance smells like rank candy.
I love smelling like Dove Nutrium Soap and this smells just like it, but it only lasts about 3 hours. It's just not worth the time and effort.
I don't know if I would buy this again. I bought the miniature bottle and it smells cheap. I expected something unique and different from a perfume called GLOW. In any case, it smells clean and fresh and, although, I only placed it on my wrists, it wafts up which means it will have good lasting power. If you want to smell clean and fresh and not soapy, this is the scent you want to purchase and wear.
I asked the SEPHORA lady for a microdermabrasion sample. I ended up with this product, which is clearly not medical grade microdermabrasion, but, if you use this scrub on your dry face, it will scrub off all the dead skin and make your face feel like a baby's bottom. The product doesn't work with water. Water melts this scrub (WHICH IS GREAT) so don't wet your face first.
If your skin is unusually sensitive, use a little water, but remember the more water you use the less scrubbing the product will do. The saleslady told me that this was heavy duty and not to use it every; she lied. This can be used often if you use water to melt the crystals.
It does create an oil slick, but you should wash your face after a scrub anyway.
I ordered this perfume after smelling it in a magazine insert. Before it arrived, I went to Sephora to spray and wear it. These are the results:
1 hour - purely floral honeysuckle
3 hours - sweet sort of light peony scent
5 hours - musk
This sent is UNremarkable and, as a result, I would not purchase it again and plan to return it when it arrives in the mail.
Styling Products -Frederic Fekkai - Glossing Sheer Shine Mist

I concur with this review
"This is THE best shine spray. I have tried so many shine sprays and serums, high and low end. I think this one is just perfect. It DOES NOT leave hair greasy. It wont weigh down my curls. And it gives hair instant, brilliant shine. I use it as a last step in my styling. And in the morning as a pick me up to bring my hair back to life. It is so light and fresh and best of all its not greasy. I know I said that already, but I want to emphasize that. I also like the spray bottle it comes in. And though it is expensive, its definitely worth it. If you're looking for a great shine product, this is it!"
I used Noxema in high school because I was poor. I went to college and stepped up to Clinique. I got compliments on my skin, but the products are expensive. Anyway, the steps kept getting more expensive and then I decided to try Noxema again and, guess what, my skin looks beautiful. Money definitely doesn't make facial cleansers any better; quality does and Noxema is a basic product that does what it needs to do--clean the face.
Toners -Arbonne - NutriMinC RE9 REstoring Mist Balancing Toner

I bought a bottle of witch hazel after loving this toner. The toner by ARBONNE is witch hazel. Witch hazel costs about $3.00. I would recommend buying the witch hazel instead of buying the Arbonne bottle (which accounts for the $11.00 difference).
This is the PERFECT smell (clean and fresh), but this fragrance fades too quickly to cost $76.00. If I could find something that smelled like this that didn't fade so quickly, I would purchase it in a heartbeat.
An Arbonne rep gave me the body wash to try. I fell in love with it and won it off Ebay. As long as I can get the body wash for a discount somewhere, I plan to buy it. I actually am feigning for the body wash. I used it first on October 25 and I miss it. I look forward to its arrival next week. I didn't try the lotion or serum, but I couldn't imagine paying the expensive price for those add'l products. The body wash is the BOMB though.
I didn't know I was suppose to use this the night before so I would showere in morning, as I usually do, and put it on then. It kept me dry the whole day, but I had to stop using it that the skin became so dry and irritated that it itched. The skin up under my arm started to look a mess. I now use Arrid Extra Dry and I am pleased.
