This foundation is worth much more than what they're asking. I made the mistake of using my foundation brush, and while it did look glorious on my face, it used up about 10x as much product as it did when I just scooped a tiny bit out and used my fingers. I was absolutely amazed at how well this foundation blended and spread, and covered! I have marks on my skin from acne when I was a teenager and this covers them completely. It stays tacky long enough to blend perfectly and then like magic, it sets. I love the gorgeous silky finish. It stays on beautifully, even through my 8-9 hour bartending shifts I also sometimes use it at my eyeshadow primer when I'm in a rush and need to get out the door. It doesn't crease all day! I still prefer the Revlon Colorstay Mineral Mousse as my eyeshadow primer but this is the next best thing. I am warm golden, which is actually quite a bit lighter than you would think from the name. It's not too yellow and it's a really natural color. It strangely goes perfect on my neutral-tannish skin color. I do recommend setting this with a powder but it's not really necessary. Maybe later in the day use a powder. By far the best drugstore foundation I've ever used!! And the jar is gorgeous on your vanity!

Skincare - Body -Johnson & Johnson - Gel Baby Oil
rated 1 of 5

Wow... I bought the cocoa butter version to moisturize after the shower after reading a whole bunch of good reviews. What a huge mistake. I only used it from the knees down - THANK GOD! (I use firming lotion for my thighs and butt since having a baby changed all that) At first, my skin felt really soft and silky and nice. But.. then....My SHINS broke out. and I mean like REALLY broke out. I didn't even know that was possible. I now have these huge crazy deep blemishes all over my lower legs. It is so so gross. It looks like I got attacked by some sort of rodent. I have a wedding coming up, looks like I'll be wearing pants? LOL. Sucks! It is so bad for me that I can't believe this hasn't happened to anyone else!? Wtf!? Ladies, stick with something non-comedogenic! Or if you are determined to use this, try it well before any events coming up where you'll be showing off your legs. I'm so bummed!

Great bronzer. Love the color, its really natural but maybe just a tad too shimmery. I like it on my forehead, cheekbones and under my jaw. Highly pigmented and wears well.

Lotions/ Creams -Makeup Artist's Choice (MUAC) - 15% Glycolic Body Lotion
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/26/2011 7:52:00 PM

Omg! So, I am in my 9th month of pregnancy and all of a sudden I started getting these terrible dark purple stretch marks under my belly. SO GROSS. I was traumatized. Well after crying all night to my husband, yelling at him for not telling me, and then going back to sobbing because "I'll never wear a bikini again!" (I live directly on the beach in southern California so I basically LIVE in my bikini), he told me to go find whatever lotion I want to help the marks go away until I get laser treatment, if necessary. He just wanted to shut me up. Well now I can't stop talking about this lotion. Poor fella. After seeing all the mixed reviews on Strivectin and all the other lotions going for a hundred dollars or more, I decided to try this one from MUAC because it was brand new and going for 20% off, with a starting price of 20!. I figured I'd get a bottle of this, and then a bottle of high power Glycolic Acid Peel to do on my tummy later. Well, it showed up in my mailbox and I smothered my tummy in this stuff, 2x a day for the last 3 days, and my marks are already lightened by like, 50%!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like there is HOPE! THANK GOD! I Might actually be beach ready by next year!!!!!!!! It really smooths your skin out on other areas too. I used it on my bikini line to help with any little ingrown hairs and they're gone. I used it on my hubby's dry elbows and now they're soft. I used it on my feet and they feel great. I love this stuff! It has a nice Baby Powder scent, which some of you guys might not like, but to me it's light and very calming. The packaging is meh, but the product is so far really well worth it! You don't have to use very much, a little goes a long way, which I like. I can't wait to keep using this and see how much it works on the marks after a longer period of time. I'll definitely keep you guys posted on the results!

Pressed Powders -Cargo - blu_ray high definition pressed powder
rated 4 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/26/2011 7:35:00 PM

I like this powder. It mattifies without looking unnatural. I wish it had a littttttttttttle more mattifying properties to it, but I thought it made my skin look really nice. I went through it super quick and then dropped it so I'm all out. Not sure if I'll be buying again because it's so darn expensive, but if I had the money to blow I would!

Hair Removal -eos - Shave Cream Ultra Moisturizing Pomegranate Raspberry
rated 2 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/26/2011 7:28:00 PM

This stuff did absolutely nothing for my skin during the shave. It didn't foam up the way I like, and it really didn't feel like the razor had a silkier surface to glide on. Afterwards, I had not as close a shave as if I had used conditioner or another brand instead. I have had this bottle for about a year, and every time I try to go back and give it another shot, I'm disappointed. I wanted to love it since it's all natural and the bottle is great, but, alas, it just doesn't do the job. Like another member mentioned, though, the fact that it doesn't leave that rusty ring on your tub is great! I just wish what was inside was half as good!

Blush -Cargo - BeachBlush - Tenerife
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/23/2011 10:15:00 PM

I really love the natural color of this blush/bronzer. I use it across my nose and cheekbones and also on my forehead. When used alone, it gives your skin a great flush, and when used in conjunction with a bronzer all over, it's the perfect color blush too. It stays well, finishes well, and looks great on all my friends' skin tones too. I love it and I will definitely be buying again when I run out! : )

Treatments -Sally Hansen - Cream Hair Bleach
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/22/2011 9:32:00 AM

This stuff works awesome. I used it on my eyebrows when I went super blonde, and it had them really really really light in just a few minutes. I have coarse hair too! I wouldn't recommend leaving it on longer than they say to, on your brows especially, and I definitely suggest keeping your eye on it. It could turn your brows white in a heartbeat. But definitely a great product! No irritation, and no lingering smell afterwards.

Moisturizers -Cellex-C - Sea Silk Oil-Free Moisturizer
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/18/2011 8:36:00 PM

This product is amazing if you have DRY yet somehow STILL OILY skin. I tend to use alot of benzoyl peroxide/glycolic acid products and sometimes I can be left with dry, shiny skin. This product hydrates without leaving me oily. It leaves my skin petal soft, smelling great, and seems to have helped balance my skin out over the period I've been using it. Love it!

Liquid -Revlon - ColorStay Makeup
rated 4 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/17/2011 9:35:00 PM

Great everyday foundation! I use this pretty much every day, its great for when I don't want to use my more expensive brands like MUFE or Smashbox. I save those for date night ;) I have it in the oily/combo version and it definitely mattifies without leaving me looking too chalky. It covers well, and there's a ton of shades to choose from. Removing it can be a little tricky, but I like that because I know it's not going anywhere during the day. I wish, like others said, it would come in a pump or something because I don't like having to put my fingers all up on the rim, but I do it anyway. :) I just hate how sponges soak up so much foundation, and it never blends right so I end up doing it with my fingers anyway. Annnnyways, this stuff's great, especially for the price!

Makeup Brushes -Christian Dior - Eyeliner Brush
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/17/2011 9:24:00 PM

Best eyeliner brush ever! I've had this for about 3 years now and as far as the bristles are concerned, you'd think I bought it yesterday. Like the others said, it doesn't splay out at all. I've used it for all different types of liners as well. It works great for a cat eye. Like another reviewer said, it definitely shaves minutes off my morning routine because this brush gets it done the first time around. It makes lining your eyes way easy. The fine, stiff bristles allow you to get right to the base of your lashes, so you can go natural or smokey, or do any kind of crazy cat eye you like. It makes blending a breeze. It was a little spendy but I'll have this brush for years and years. I'm totally satisfied with it and don't have to look around for something better, which is not something I can say about alot of other products! Definitely worth the money!

Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)
rated 5 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/17/2011 3:10:00 PM

Love this stuff! No other shadow primer has, for me, worked as well as UD Primer Potion. It has lasted through the ULTIMATE test of durability: I have gone out ALL night long, partied my butt off, laughed and laughed til the wee hours of the morning, romped around in the sheets with my husband, and then woke up the next day thinking omg I look like HELL..... but my shadow is PERFECT! It absolutely lasts through a good night of partying, and then some. You only need to use the tiniest amount! One bottle lasts seriously a really long time. Months and months. Definitely worth it!

Concealers -E.L.F. - Tone Correcting Concealer
rated 2 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/17/2011 2:34:00 PM

This stuff is just ok. It is not very pigmented, so it doesn't do a geat job on hiding any imperfections. It is creamy and I like the consistency, but when I apply it I just end up wanting to add more. I use it right under my nose to hide redness since that area seems to show makeup more than other places, but really thats just stretching it. I won't be buying this again.

Palettes -E.L.F. - 32 Piece Eyeshadow Collection
rated 3 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/16/2011 8:53:00 PM

I have this in the Everyday Basics version. Without primer, these shadows don't do all that much. With primer or/and a wet brush, they work just fine! Definitely not worth buying if you don't use primer on your lids, because this shadow will not stay. It WILL crease and it WILL NOT be very pigmented. For me, I use primer whenever I use shadow and I use these shadows just about every day. I like the color selection in the version I got. For the first time, I found a palette with colors that I would actually use all of. Kinda nice for travelling too, since you won't have to deal with bringing a bunch of little pots. Try it out!

Pressed Powders -E.L.F. - Complexion Perfection
rated 4 of 5
BeachBunnieXO 8/16/2011 8:49:00 PM

I like this powder. I use it every day, once after applying all my makeup to set it all in and blend out any blush if needed. Then, I'll use it throughout the day to mattify. I have oily skin, and to be honest I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone with dry skin. It has a chalky consistency at first that is naturally absorbed by the oils on my face, which balances it out and makes it even. It doesn't do any crazy wonders for my skin tone, but I wasn't really expecting a miracle out of this 4$ powder. If I were expecting something to make my complexion look "perfect," I'd be in a doctor's chair, not on the ELF website. Although I do love their products! This powder takes away the shine without leaving my face looking all dusty and powdery. It's not a High Def powder, but it works fine for me for every day. Worth a try!
