Blush -New York Color - Sutton Place Peach 656A

Best 2 bucks ever spent. It's insanely *great* for being so cheap man. I can't believe it. The color is awesome... I am tan and this gives a nice peachy fresh glow on me. Perfect, and lasts on me... doesn't make me greasy as I would expect from something that costs $2. But, the packaging sucks so bad, the brush feels like sandpaper sometimes... but who cares, just whip this color out and it's all uphill from there. I find myself reaching for this just as much as I reach for my $20-$40 Department Store blushes. A definite repurchase... at 2 dollars, c'mon! You have nothing to lose if you try it... literally. It's 2 bucks?!?!

Mascara -Chanel - Drama Lash mascara
BHSeurogrl 4/10/2004 1:35:00 AM
Now mascara is not a big thing for me. I was lucky enough to get a good set of dark lush lashes already (thanks dad!) :) and so... I don't need anything miraculous. Which is why I like this... and I can understand why so many don't. But this just adds a touch of oomph. But I don't care about mascara as I do other products, so I'll stick to this CHANEL... lasts forever on me w/no smudging or flaking, my lashes remain soft, and comes off easily for me. I just wish they had Onyx in Waterproof version.

Lips -Cover Girl - Lipslicks - Shimmering Sandstone
BHSeurogrl 4/9/2004 11:59:00 PM
I actually like this a lot, and I am not a fan of CG at all. I have 2 other colors of these and I never use those. But this one is my FAVE!!! However I could never wear this on its own sadly, but I can put it over any lip color and it looks sooo pretty and yummy. I also like how it is creamy and slightly glossy, not full on gloss. On my lips it looks very pouty, so that's a big plus in my book. And, surprisingly enough at the end of a full day w/out re-applying this, I still find it lasts (minus the moisture... but that's all right with me) I don't like the packaging (the paper stuff is still stuck on the cap in some places) and also, as someone noted- the smell... ugh. BUT despite those complaints, I will continue to repurchase this.

Eye Shadow -NARS - Night Porter

I looovvveee this. I have deep brown eyes with a lot of amber red and this just makes them pop! I just bought this last night along with Lancome's Colour Dose Eye in Cape Ivy. I paired the two when I got home and WHOA. I don't think I've ever seen my eyes so sultry and sexy. LOVE IT! No Question... I will repurchase if needed!!

Eye Shadow -Chanel - eyeshadow in Venus

I got this when I went to my Chanel counter, which one of my best friends works at... and she tried this on me along with Vega as a beautiful contouring shade. I was apprehensive since I am pretty tan and never use frosty shadows seeing as they wash me out and look weird... but this one worked and is so versitale I think. WOW, it's georgeous, classy, and simple and clean. I can't use it alone though... but I also found that this is a perfect base for almost any color... or to soften up really dramatic colors... love it. (Also love Vega too :D) I would buy again, however I don't think I will need to because Chanel gives you a pretty good amount in all their shadows in my opinion!!
