Shampoo -Oscar Blandi - Pronto Dry Shampoo Spray

I used this once. ONCE. Seriously, like one short, short press on the spray, and after that, it's like the can evaporated. Could hear liquid shaking around the bottom, but nothing would come out, even after declogging the spray. For $21!!! I'm going to return this ASAP to Sephora. Utterly ridiculous. Not like the one spray did all that much for my hair, anyway.

Powder -Everyday Minerals - Foundation - Intensive formula [DISCONTINUED]

love it! Used BM for a year and couldn't seem to stop it from melting off of my face within a couple of hours. Searched around and found Everyday Minerals. Tried the free sample. I thought I'd need the Matte formula, but it was a little too pasty. Tried the Intensive formula, and i love it. It covers really well but doesn't make me look ashy. Tons of shades and the free samples are hard to beat. Try it!

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals ALL
rated 4 of 5

I actually liked bare minerals for the most part. Many of my friends raved about it, so i decided to try it. The color was perfect and blended well without looking unnatural. The only reason i wouldn't buy it again is because it did nothing to control oil. I would use the mineral veil over it, but it didn't help at all. Within 2 hours my face was super shiny again.

Powder -Make Up For Ever - Duo Mat Powder foundation
rated 4 of 5

I actually really liked this, although there were limited color shades. It was not too drying and controlled my oilies fairly well. My only complaint is that it was over $30 and lasted me only a few months, and i really don't think i was even using that much at a time. Light coverage. Says it's buildable, but it didn't seem all that buildable to me. I tried it wet, but it sort of gooped up on my face. I probably wouldn't buy it again, just because it's so expensive and doesn't last that long.

Liquid -LORAC - Oil-free foundation
rated 2 of 5
Atari 1/17/2008 6:23:00 PM

I bought this foundation because I was looking for a foundation that wasn't too pink or orange for my skin and the Sephora salesgirl said Lorac had good shades with just a hint of yellow in them. I think a previous reviewed says it smells like Elmer's Glue, and that I will have to agree with. Coverage is actually decent if you build it up, which surprised me. I did try the foundation over Cover Girl's TM, and the reaction was horrible.. i looked like i had a spray tan overdose. Overall, I'll keep using it. Kind of expensive at $30, but it's so hard for me to find a good shade. EDIT: wound up returning it..decided i hated it!

Powder -Sephora - Matifying Powder Foundation
rated 3 of 5

I was looking for a powder foundation after using MUFE. Generally, I really liked the Sephora shade choices. And when they say "matifying", they aren't kidding... it's a typical dry eastern winter right now and the product was so matifying that my oily skin wound up dry and flaking. I suspect, though, that the foundation will be great once the weather is warm and humidity sets in. Until then, i'll keep using it as a light powder over a light foundation.
