I always have one back-up bottle at the back of my cabinet. this is great stuff. non-stinging formula takes off ALL waterproof mascara/eyeliner/cream shadow+ in just one sweep. I would soak a cotton pad with this remover, cover it on my lid for 10 secs, that alone takes off most of the make up already. Fold the cotton into a smaller triangle, use the corner to take off makeup closer to the lashes. However the oil in the product might leave greasy residue your lids, so must use foam cleanser to give it a final rinse in the end.

Eye Shadow -NARS - Cream - Nomad

This is a beautiful highly pigmented shimmery moss green color with gold undertone. a cream-to-powder formula makes it a great base for layering. I wouldn't use it alone as cream based shadow tend to crease easily. Pair this up with gold/chestnut/olive eyeshadow like NARS Sea, Sex and Sun or Earth Angel for a fresh summer look. At night I use this with NARS Night Porter or Misfit to creative more dramatic eyes.

Eye Shadow -NARS - Galapagos single

Intense chocolate brown with gold sparkles, this color would work on everybody. I use a smudging brush to layer for a dramatic look, this can also be used as a liner with an angled brush. The medium sized gold bits are visible but doesn't scream look-at-me and they stay on my lids pretty well.

Perfect for fall/winter. I use this on its own during day time and at night I mix it up with Eurydice to get sultry purple smokey eyes. Super blendable as always, and the staying power is just wonderful.

Cleansers -Fresh - Soy Cleanser/ Makeup remover

On my third tube already! A definite keeper. Lovely scent, cleanse gently and won't sting my sensitive eyes! *EDIT* I still love this but the price is just outrageous. I have found a much cheaper substitute Neutrogena DEEP CLEAN cleaning lotion. Same result minus the lovely floral scent but a quarter of the price!

Removes ALL my eye makeup without stinging my sensitive eyes. Am on my 3rd bottle already. A definite keeper. *EDIT* switched to L'oreal GENTLE eye and lip makeup remover (waterproof formula). a fraction of the price, same result!

Packaging sleek and compact. Smells lovely. Non-sticky. Enhances my natural lip color very well. My lips look healthy and not overly 'made-up'. Great stuff. By far the best EL gloss.

Mascara -Paul & Joe - Mascara Duo

I am loving this. (it makes the lashes sooooo long and natural but don't get this if you're looking to add volume). Bought this about 4 months ago, applied it again this morning, 12 hours later my lashes still looked fresh, seperated, non-smudged, curled and fake-lashes long! the trick is really to wipe off the excess on the 'volume' comb before applying and then use the 'long' wand to sepereate the lashes immediately. wait till the lashes are almost dry and then apply another coat of 'long' mascara just to the tip of the lashes. I will definitely buy this again.

Luv the velvety texture, a shame that it just does not provide enough moisture on the cold windy days and the summer nights with air-conditioning constantly drying out my skin. Even tho winter in Hong Kong is not that harsh, this product still doesn't cut it and gives me a few dry patches on the cheeks and on both sides of the chin area. Creme de La Mer is still my HG so far.

Just an average product. Not providing enough hydration and it stung my eyes. Use this on my laugh lines and neck area, as I don't wanna throw this quite expensive product into the bin just yet.

Primer/ Corrector -Lola Cosmetics - Refine Prime Foundation Primer

This works great for me. I didn't the typical silicone slip feeling from most other primers out there. Very moisturizing and holds my foundation well, I prefer to use this during winter and a more oil-absorbing base in the summer. All-in-all a fair deal given its reasonable price. The pump works wonderfully and I don't need to worry about germs cultivating in the bottle.

Scrubs -Fresh - Sugar Face Polish with Strawberries

I find most of Fresh products are just plain average, normally I would fall for the beautiful packaging and lovely scent. This Sugar Face Polish is the ONLY item that I keep coming back to. Use this every other night and it gives me glowing and well moisturized complexion! scrub and mask in one that can be used all year'round. I always carry a mini version of this when I'm travelling.

Hm... other than the wierd scent, i actually find this a quite good hand cream for summer in Hong Kong. it absorbs quickly meaning no slippery hands and greasy fingerprints on doorknobs. however this really isn't moisturizing enough for night time. i'd use Jurlique lavender handcream just beofore i go to bed.

Natural pick-me-up colors, by itself give me brighter eyes with minimal effort. if I had time i'd use this duo as a base color and smudge NARS Sarabaya duo on top for smoky eyes effect. a great investment! UPDATE: looked at myself in the mirror in the office under natural daylight and discovered that the peach/pinkish undertone of this duo made me looked weary... and a bit ashy... might work on ladies with lighter complexion
