I use this about 2x a week. It's a great scrub and I notice a difference every time. My face is noticeably smoother and softer. I absolutely love this scrub. You need very little each time so a tube lasts a long time. It's a great investment.

Cleansers -Mario Badescu - Orange Cleansing Soap

This is a great everyday cleanser. I use it at night and massage it on the face. It's gentle but cleanses well. I love it that it doesn't dry my skin out but doesn't leave my face greasy either. The packaging is great. There's no fuss with lid and squeezed out easily. I hate it when I find good products with lousy packaging. The price is very reasonable. will definitely buy this again.

Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Nivea Creme

This review is for the German version in metal tin. I strongly believe there's a difference between the one in plastic tin from Mexico and this German one. The Mexican version is not bad but nowhere as creamy and moisturizing than the German one. This cream is fabulous for anyone with dry skin. I use it on very cold/dry days. The trick is however your skin has to be completely pat dry before you put this cream on. I also use it as foot cream. I put on my feet then socks before bed. My feet are nice and soft in the morning. I pay just under $20 for a big tin that lasts forever!

Nice moisturizing body wash even with our cold and dry winter. The scent is fresh and not too strong at all. It's also very inexpensive. Will buy again.

Conditioner -Ojon - Damage Reverse Restorative Conditioner

Don't really know why there're so many negative reviews. I really like this conditioner. It moisturizes very nicely and it's not greasy. I'm only using the conditioner though so can't tell you anything about the shampoo. Only thing I don't like it's the price tag especially here in Canada. I'll wait till the next FF 20% off at Sephora.

This is an absolutely fantastic foundation and NOT a type. The foundation is super smooth. It's easy to apply with just fingers instead of foundation brush. It hides discolorations without being too heavy. It also stays on all day. I strayed away from GA for a while and this product brought me back. My husband was complimenting how great my skin looked when we were out for dinner one night. He asked what I did different to my skin. I said it was the new foundation. I will definitely buy again.

Lotions/ Creams -Palmers - Tummy Butter

I don't have particularly sensitive skin but this cream gave me bad rashes. I bought this for my pregnancy stretch marks on my belly. Now I have red blotchy rashes and it's itchy like crazy. Arrrgghhh. I've never had reaction to any body lotion/cream before this.

This is a great body scrub and comes in a convenient tube package. The problem is the smell is way too strong. It lingers even after my shower for a while. Unfortuntately I won't buy again because of the smell.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - 188 Small Duo Fibre Face brush

I saw so many good feedbacks on MAC make up brushes so I thought I'd try one. I asked an SA to recommend a brush for my cream bronzer. She was so confident this would work well. It turned out to be a big mistake. The brush doesn't pick up the product well. When I apply it on my face, either I'm getting no product or too much. So using it with my cream bronzer was out of the question, I then tried it with foundation, powder, blush and it didn't work well with any of the product. I have no idea how anyone would use this for. Also the brush shreds like heck and was leaving little hair all over my hair. I'll never buy it again!

Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15

This is not a bad lip balm. The problem is it melts easily. Once it melts it gets so messy. I put it in the freezer overnight. That seems to deal with the problem but what a hassle. The price is okay. My fave is still By Terry even though it costs a lot more. For cheaper comparison, I'd prefer Kiehl's. I do like the twist opening and the color of the tube. Unfortunately I don't think I'll buy it again.

I got a sample of this foundation. It's a very foundation for someone that likes heavier coverage, say from medium to full. When I put it on, instantly it gives me flawless skin. After a couple of mins, I looked at myself in natural light and thought it was too heavy for my liking. Mind you, I'm not into heavy foundation. I generally like something just a tad more than tinted moisturizer. I'd prefer a lighter foundation that I can layer if I want to.

Great day moisturizer for me. It moisturizes great but not too greasy. The scent is lovely. It has a little bit of herbal smell but is not over powering. I use it with balancing water in the am and I put on sunscreen on after. I just wish it had a pump bottle to make it easier to use. The price is not bad since you're getting 125 ml.

I'm surprised at the numbers of bad reviews. I'm on my 3rd tube. A couple of years I started using a separate sunscreen on top of my day time moisturizer. I use this sun screen everyday of the year. I find that my skin has gotten way better since I started doing that. I don't find it thick like some people say. In face I find it dries up pretty quickly. The tube package is very easy to use and travel with. I pay from $11-14 CAD and I think that's pretty reasonable for a face sunscreen. Also I like it that it doesn't have a strange smell like some some other sun blocks do. I don't have any problems with break out with this product. As I said I'm on my 3rd tube and I'll keep on buying this again.

I absolutely love this oil. I have long, dry and frizzy hair. I rub a little bit on and it makes my hair so smooth. I also use it on dry hair on days that I don't wash my hair. It works just as well. Will definitely buy again.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

I'm sort of a make up snob meaning I don't normally buy drug store stuff. Mascara is probably the only thing I don't see much difference between department stores and drug stores brands. This mascara proves me right. I have tried Diorshow, Lancome...and many pricey ones. They are definitely no better than this $8 mascara. It stays on all day, doesn't smudge. My Lancome was all over my eyelids and I hated it. The package is a little cheesy with the purple tube LOL but who cares? No one sees it anyways. I honestly think department stores brand mascara just have better packaging.
