Powder -Palladio - Wet/Dry foundation

I bought this in Cypress beige from Sally's after reading that it was a great MAC studio fix powder alternative and I've been using it for several weeks now. It's been great so far, which makes me happy since warmer weather is coming in my neck of the woods and I hate using liq foundation during the summer. This product takes away shine, doesn't break me out (MAC blot powder broke me out), and has pretty good coverage. It doesn't last the whole day, but long enough for my needs. I don't use the sponge it comes with and wish the packaging was a lil slimmer, but I just use an eco tools powder brush with it and deal with the size.

Lip Gloss -Bath and Body Works - Mentha Lip Tint

I got this at the semi annual sale for about $2 and I love it. I forget what tint mine is, but it's the bright red one. It comes out really natural on me ( i have rather pigmented lips tho). I love it for how it feels on the lips. I suppose it's like vaseline in terms of consistency. It's wonderful for if you have chapped lips. The minty tingle also helps. I will stock up on these next sale because I think they are rather pricey at regular price. I would still buy if I ran out though.

Blush -Victoria's Secret - Naughty Little Me Blushing Stick in So Flushed

I also got mine at the VS semi annual sale for about $3. I'm actually very happy with it. It's blends wonderfully after putting one liquid foundation. My boyfriend had even commented that I looked like I "did something naughty" without knowing I had used it. It's rather easy to overuse, so it has to be applied lightly and blended well. The packaging is also really cute. It fits nicely even in a small purse so I like to bring it with me when I need to do my makeup on th way. If I run out, I would still buy it without it being on sale. But it's so much better when you get it for a steal. I'll be stocking up on this next sale.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Deep Truth

I was looking for a more matte navy blue when I was swatching eye shadows at the mac store, but when I swatched this color, I just fell in love with it. I liked how it was more of a jewel tone than matte navy blue. It's a wonderful rich color and very versatile for my lifestyle. I either use it as just liner or as a bold smokey eye.

Blush -Revlon - Pinch Me Gel Blush - Peach Afterglow

I was quite disappointed how this didn't leave any color on me. I assume it probably would for girls who are on the fairer side, but for other girls who are medium like me this product will only make your cheeks look dewy. The cherry one has a better color payoff for those of us who are darker. I've found that the best use for this product is to have it topped over with the blush of your choice for a glowing dewy cheeks look.

I loved how nice of a sheen it had. It also felt really nice on the lips and didn't feel sticky when I smacked my lips together, which is something i can't say about most lipglosses.
