if you want spiky, spidery lashes that clump together, get this! tiffanyd (youtube guru) persuaded me to give this a second chance after a few years between my first use and this one. however, her lashes are full and luscious. i'm not so lucky: mine are long, but sparse. hence, the spider leg-effect. i'll use this up by applying it over my falsies, but after that, it's back to benefit badgal and maybelline full and soft (both with big, bristle-y brushes) that actually WORK!

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 30

Amazing. Disappears into skin, dry to the touch (as it says) pretty much instantly, and does not make my skin greasy. Even after a full day of wear I forget that I'm wearing sunscreen. No reason not to wear SPF 45 every day now!

Masks -LUSH - Brazened Honey face mask

AMAZING. I have never had such smooth skin. It glows and feels softer than after any other scrub I've used (including the standby of St. Ives!). I waited until my second day of using it to post this. - I love the smell (it must be the "seven Ayurvedic herbs") which is not too spicy at all. I leave mine on for 15-30 mins (they recommend 10-15) because the ingredients are natural and I love the scent! then i gently buff it off with a wet washcloth. - my skin is combination and fair and I didn't react unpleasantly at all to this. however, I can see some could due to the ground up bits of walnut (almond?). - Price-wise, I got this for free as it was a tester (though not used at all) and it's a fresh product, meaning it needs to be refrigerated. so, next time you're buying something at Lush, ask for any of their time-sensitive stuff. - It's good for the environment = extra amazing. HIGHLY recommend.

Gels/Soaps -Aveeno - Active Naturals Hydrating Body Wash

Unlike the other reviews, I didn't find the scent overpowering at all. In fact, the scent is what drew me to the product to begin with. It is a delicious, rich fig scent, which I love. However, there is a huge problem with this so-called "moisturizing" product - it makes me itch like crazy! Especially around my thighs, I broke out in a few itchy spots which were so incredibly itchy. I chalked it up to shaving, but the next time I tried it, same thing happened. I don't ever have allergic reactions to products, so it was strange. I love the scent, but it's not worth it. So I'm going back to the delicious Softsoap's shea butter body wash, which actually does what it's supposed to.

I actually mistook this product for a regular base coat/clear nail polish. I was so disappointed to find that it has a TINY brush and dries on your nails producing a white appearance. of course this disappears after you paint your nails, but splurge on Nail Envy (nail strengthener) instead - it's amazing, and what I was actually looking for :)

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara

HG! Amazing brush and formula. I try a new mascara every season but keep coming back to this one. My lashes are golden, sparse, and short, even though I'm only 18, but it plumps and highlights my lashes nicely! What I love is that I can keep brushing it through and building layers of mascara without it clumping or looking overdone.
