Brows -Urban Decay - Brow Box

Absolute delight! I'm the queen of minimal makeup. Two minutes I'm done with shimmer foundation, mascara and lip gloss and out the door. Now that I have seen what a little contouring, polishing my eyebrows have done to my face, I will add this to my daily routine. I love the packaging and I have this in my gym bag for after lunch workout touch-ups. I use a different brush for daily but like the small one while traveling overnight. I also appreciate the tweezers for emergency when i discover that one hair I missed plucking. Not sure why some gripe about the cost at $30 usd. A little dab will do so I imagine this will last months and months. Pennies per day so well worth it. My only wish would be for colors to pop out of the case so I can change without buying a new box. My hair color changes every season, I will need every shade. I will cuz I love it!

Treatments -Clairol - Clairol Nice'n Easy ColorSeal Conditioning Gloss

Awesome for fizzy, curly, kinky hair. It will give you lushous locks and repair the damage. I recommend only using one or twice a week and alternating with another deep conditioner. I use Redken All Soft and only wash my hair everyother day. You'll love it if you have dry, or over proccessed hair but a little goes a long way....

Skincare - Body -Sally Hansen - Airbrush Legs in Medium Glow
Anniespy 5/12/2009 9:40:00 AM
This is my summer staple with skirts at work and sundresses on weekends. I've tried many brands from Sephora and this is very similar to the expensive brands. Last year, I found this on sale at Walgreens for 2 for 1 and i thought I had won the lottery. I stocked up for this summer so I'm happy. I have olive skin and the medium glow works well with my tone. Be careful not to spray too much or it will give you a fake look. Fortunately, i do not have any need for heavy cover up on my legs(yet) so I use it for even toned legs and arms. Best to keep the canister in an upright position to prevent clogging. I also with rinse the spray head if I see any build up after awhile. Otherwise, its a great product for a special glow without being a heavy cover up.

Cleansers -Murad - Renewing Cleansing Cream
Anniespy 5/6/2009 9:17:00 PM
One night I was sucked into an infomercial by Murad. I bought the kit and it was okay but nothing to write home about. Of course, the packaging looked great on tv but when it arrived its pint size. I was dedicated for three/four weeks with absolutely no change. I use the cleansing cream with my Clarsonic because its a light cleaner but I will not buy the eye cream again. Be careful if you order online because the will auto ship every month. I even requested NO AUTO SHIPPING! It was a pain to remove when I called them. Drives me crazy to have to explain why I don't want it anymore and I thought I was going to need to cancel my credit card. I'm giving it a 3 lippie because it doesnt dry my skin but there are others that are better.

Makeup Brushes -Laura Mercier - Blending Brush
Anniespy 5/6/2009 9:04:00 PM
Gosh, I'm usually with the review masses but I really like LM brushes. I have use BE, Sephora and cheap- think this is just as good,if not better. I wash them every other week with a brush shampoo and they keep their shape, no shedding. Not sure if that is key but I've had zero problems and will buy again.

Makeup Brushes -Laura Mercier - Mineral Primer Brush
Anniespy 3/24/2009 6:28:00 PM
I'm surprised with the bad press this primer brush is getting. I love the design and the flat bristles makes it easy to get in all the nooks and crannies on my face. It also helps me from using to much primer as I sometimes think, "a little is good so a lot must be better." Not the case for Laura Mercier primer or you'll end up chalky. I rarely had any lose bristles on my face nor any black marks. as mentioned by other reviewers. I'm guessing the company went back to the drawing board because it's awesome now. Highly recommend if you use the mineral primer by Laura.

Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Maxiglide iron
Anniespy 7/29/2008 3:16:00 PM
I have had my maxiglide for over a year with absolutely wonderful results for my fizzy, wild hair. I was flipping tv channels the other morning to discover maxiglide has a new and improved straighter that is smaller and lightweight. I ordered the new version that same day. I received it yesterday and used it this morning with high praise. It's less bulky than the original one.
