Primer/ Corrector -Clinique - Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector

This product emphasized my pores. The colors available are pale and so everywhere there is a pore on my face is a new blemish, a pale dot (the corrector). I tried this under foundation hoping that the foundation would blend with the corrector but as the day went on I would still end up with a white dot where my pores are. I know what it is like to have visible pores and want them to look less obvious. I suggest that you ask Clinique for a sample of the product before buying it, or get them to demonstrate it on you and see how everything looks after a few hours of wearing it. Would not recommend buying this product.

It didn't take long for me to realize that this skin care regime was drying my face out really badly. I even bought the milder formation facial cleanser and clarifying lotion thinking that maybe that was the problem but I still had dry dehydrated looking skin, extremely dehydrated under my eyes. I was using Clinique creams also, Youth Surge, Repairwear eye cream, and disliked all except for the Super Rescue Antioxidant Night Moisturizer. I now use the Paula's Choice Resist products and in my opinion there is no comparison, Paula's Choice is great!

I like the Pore Refining peel off face mask and have repurchased it many times. I enjoy using this product and I think it does improve my skins appearance.

I followed the instructions on the back of the product which basically says to wet face, massage product on to face, then rinse off. I did this and my face felt oily and unclean so I scraped my nails against my face to see if my face was clean, it wasn't. Foundation was under my fingernails. I then repeated the instructions and the same thing happened. I then had to get my regular make up remover to remove the make up, which it did sucessfully. I think that this product does remove make up if you use a cotton pad to wipe the make up off your face but the instructions mislead you to believe that you can just put the product on, massage it in, and then rinse and the make up comes off. Maybe they just didn't explain it properly. I would never use this as a general face cleanser either, too greasy for a cleanser.
