I got this because it's supposed to absorb oil. But it makes my skin look so dry. The coverage kinda sucks too. I have bad acne scars and this barely covers them. Sorry for the short review . I will update.

Concealers -Sephora - Buildable Cover Concealer

Okay so I bought this concealer on sale for $5 . I got it in tan. PROS -dries to a powdered finish -stays on oily skin -not cakey -buildable -amazing coverage CONS -I wish it came in a bigger size.... -I tend to go though this product fast, then again I do have a lot to cover. I get a couple of same zits now and then . I also have really dark acne scars. I really like this product because it doesn't break me out and it looks natural! Two days after I bought this concealer I went back to sephora and I got two more!!! It's such a steal! I love this concealer. Every time I go to sephora I buy one because I'm afraid that that will stop selling this concealer! I really love how easy it is to bleand!!

I have 3c curls and I'm black with relaxed hair Pros: easy to get -smells nice -can be air dried or you can use a diffuser -makes nice curls - curls last a couple of day -looks natural Cons -some don't like the smell -you need to use a little bit of trial and error I bought this for $19(CAN) . The first time Is used this my hair was damp and i used a really small amount . About the size of a quarter . I dried it a little bit with a diffuser and air dried the rest, it made my hair really poofy and frizzy. The second time I used more. About 1/3 of my palm worth. And I dried it completely with my diffuser. I also used an anti frizz serum. It was better but still poofy and frizzy.this was also with damp hair The next time.I squeezed enough to cover half of my palm.( I have long thick hair). And I spread it all throughout my hair. I also used some leave in conditioner . With my hair still wet I braided my hair into 12 braids , put them in a bun and went to sleep. The next morning my hair looked a lot better no frizz!!! Or poofy- ness!!! I was so happy and I looked so good!! Overall I have to remember to let it air dry overnight with braids because without them it would be really poofy and frizzy. Try it out!!

I really don't like this stuff. I thought it would help keep my skin matte. But it didn't ... Pros Gives good coverage Creamy Cons -Made me break out!!! -rubs off very easily -makes me look orange! -color is bad Overall this stuff isn't very good for me. Covergirl has let me down

Pressed Powders -Cover Girl - Clean Oil Control Pressed Powder

The first time I bought this powder was early last year. I got this makeup in "warm beige ". Its just the right shade for me! Pros & cons Pros: -Controls the oil on my combination for about 10 hours - looks natural -the color is just right on my skin - doesn't rub off -with concealer it gives full coverage -not shiny Cons - sometimes the package can be a bit hard To open but you get better at it over time Overall When I first tried this powder it did look cakey on my skin. I used my own powder brush because I thought it would work better. I tried 5 different brushes some high quality and some cheap ones! They all caked on this makeup. I was ready to return it until I tried using the little powder pad it came with. It looked flawless!!!! This powder stays on my skin until I want to wash it off! It's so great!! I gave it 4 lippies because it can't look cakey. Just remember to use a concealer first then set it with this powder!!

Foundations -GOSH - Cover Me Up Makeup Mousse

I got this product for $23 in Canada. This is a mousse foundation so I was a little bit scared since I have oily skin. It feels Like store bought icing! I must say that a little bit goes a long way .it feels so soft I love it! When you put it on you skin it turns into a powder form!( which is good for my oily skin) I just stared using this so I will come back to add any other details.

Concealers -Avon - Ideal Shade

I got this concealer in medium, I have olive toned skin so this was a bit light... The concealer come in a small tube. Kinda like a lipstick tube. When turn the concealer all the way up you will see that they give you about and inch of product.I this the price is about $7.99. Or it's a little expensive for the little amount you get. So get it on sale. Usually for my concealers I apply them on my skin then I just pat it in. I can't do that for this concealer, when I try to pat it in the coverage isn't great. So I just dab the concealer and leave it. Overall this is an average concealer. If it's on sale I might buy it again.

I love this! I'm fourteen ans I suffer from acne...it's not so bad now . But i did have bad acne scars! Olive oil has helped both. This is what I do! 1)Use olive oil as a makeup remover 2) wash my face with a cleanser 3) two times a week I use it in a homemade scrub 4) then I apply a thin layer of oil on my skin, the. I use my moisturizer! It's so much cheaper then any other thing out there! Try it!!!

Cleansers -Garnier - Fresh Cleansing Gel

I have been using this product for about a week. It doesn't dry out my skin. It's not really good to remove makeup. Shan I remove my makeup a put olive oil on my skin the wash it off then use my cleanser. My skin does not get dry this way. You can buy this produtlct under $10. I will update.

I really think that this is the best moisturizer for my combo skin. PROS:non greasy smells good but not too strong fights acne controls oil last a long time cheap CONS: none! this comes out a pretty blue color.I use it day and night it's also great under makeup.if you have oily skin you should try this

You can get this concealer for less than $10.it's so great I usally go for a sephora concealer...but now I know then don't work so well on my combo skin.I bought this in a hurry on my way to a Xmas party for work and wow I love this stuff since then I bought like 10(just to make sure I don't run out.but I'm on my second one.) I think this product is great for all skin types even oily!try it out!!!! UPDATE: I find that if you rub your finger on the concealer then apply the concealer with your finger you can get better coverage !

Powder -Sephora - Compact Foundation

I bought this compact on a budget but I have to say it is very good for $25 I'm glad I paid the money! I put it on in the moring using a power brush after my concealer for more coverage .it dosen't go on cakey at all and I'm really happy about that.it has SPF 22.this product also comes with a mirror that is pretty helpful.the sponge is ok ,I only use it for touch ups. Overall my skin does not get oily or sweaty thoughout the day.it is comfortable and it only take me two minutes to apply . Note:some people complain about the coverage a foundation gives them.if you need a lot of coverage use a concealer.

I think that this foundation would be better if I had normal or dry skin because mine is too oily. This would also be better for people that don't need so much coverage like me I had to use a lot of concealer to hide imperfections overall this product is ok...it's just not for me.

I like this foundation the coverage is good too if you wear concealer under the makeup.I only use the liquid foundation not the pressed powder.I wear a sephora pressed powder. I used to have problems with this makeup beacuse of the coverage so I started wearing concealer again. The new formula of this make up have a cute silver cap.the makeup will come out easy onc you shake it I use a liquid foundation brush to apply it.I let it dry the apply my finishing powder! I really like the oil control it helps alot.and it doesn't break me out! You can get this foundation for $5-$10 (in Canada ) the only thing to remeber about this foundation is wear concealer if you don't like the coverage!

Lip Gloss -Burt's Bees - Burts Bees Lip Shimmers

I bought this lip shimmer for $5.99 in canada,my shade is in guava. If you would like to go out and buy this product keep this in mind: find the colour that is like your lip shade if your don't IT WILL look weird.when you put it on it has a minty tingle that goes away after a few seconds,but overall it looks so good on your lips I will be buying more of this but in a darker shade
