This is not an essential part of my routine, I think I could live without it but it is good. It's basically a fine mist that is used to set your base to make it less cakey and more dewy or you can use it to apply your eyeshadows wet and make them look more vibrant. I prefer to use this for eyeshadows, it does an excellent job at making them more blenable and brighter. As for foundation, it makes it less cakey and more dewy however sometimes it can make it into a cakey, smeared mess if you apply too much or do it too close to your face (you are meant to do it about 20cm away.) It doesn't make my makeup last longer, I also use it as a base to make my foundation glide easier. When used correctly, it's great however if not then it just messes everything up. Would I repurchase? No, it's not essential at all.
I have the 24-hour formula in this, in the normal/dry type. I brought this to replace my Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation because the price was slowly rising and I heard this was similar. And, so far, I really like it! It lasts all day with no touch-ups, it doesn't get shiny and it's blendable. The coverage is excellent, I like full-coverage for scarring and blemishes and this does a great job. It hasn't broken me out, which is a bonus! The finish is quite matte and it dries quite fast too. If you are looking for a full-coverage, matte affordable foundation I would 100% recommend this.
Lip Gloss -BeneFit Cosmetics - Ultra Plush Lip Gloss

I was so excited when I heard Benefit were bringing out glosses to go with the boxed powders! My favorite powder is Bella Bamba so I brought the plush gloss of that. It is described as a 'sheer bright watermelon' and I agree - it's a medium pink but not too dark or too bright either - quite natural looking and sheer yet pigmented too. I really like the texture. They feel comfy on my lips, and I like that they’re non-sticky or too thick. It tastes like a watermelon slice, with a hint of vanilla, which is nice and isn't too strong. It stays for about two hours, which is pretty good too.
I love Montagne Jenusse face masks! This is is my go to brand for a face mask. They are SOOO relaxing and all smell beautiful. My favorites are - thermal clay, chocolate mask, fruit smoothie and the blemish clay. These all make my skin so smooth and they clear pores great. I leave them on for about 15-30 minutes and I can usually get about two applications out of the sachet. They are reasonably cheap, about £1 at Boots, Superdrug or Claires. I dislike the material, cloth toner masks (e.g the cherry one), I don't feel as if they do a great deal but the clay ones are brilliant.
Lotions/ Creams -L'Occitane - Rose Velvet Hand Cream

Only used this a few times but so far I adore it! THE BEST HAND CREAM HANDS DOWN ABOVE NIVEA AND SOAP AND GLORY.The smell is beautiful, a floral rose scent, which isn't too strong just light enough. It sinks into skin instantly and makes them supply and smooth.
This self tanner is..okay. I wouldn't repurchase due to the fact that it applied quite streaky and patchy. It took a while to get it to blend, after a few days of reapplying it looked decent but initially it didn't. The colour is good, quite a natural glow. The smell also isn't too offensive, a kind of citrus scent. However, I wouldn't repurchase as I prefer cream self tanners rather than sprays as I found it hard to know where was sprayed and where it wasn't.
This is one of my favourite hand creams. I bought it because a friend used it and her hands always looked so soft so I tried it. It immediately made my hands feel softer and evens the tone of them. It also makes them feel soft for a long time, I reapply this about twice a day. The fragrance is light, I don't know how to describe it..sort of floral? I really enjoy using this hand cream! Especially in winter!
Styling Products -TRESemme - Heat Defence Styling Spray

It protects hair from heat (GHDs and blow drying) aswell as making it smooth and managable, it also helps me style easier and holds it well.
I have been using this for years, and I love it. I use this everytime I wash my hair (about once ever two days); along with the Aussie shampoo. It makes my ends appear less frazzled and damaged and just smooths any split ends. There's no build up or greasy feeling afterwards and it just makes my hair feel so smooth and untangled, it also smells great!
Treatments -Desert Essence - Tea Tree Oil (100% Pure Australian)

Tea Tree is really helping the texture and appearance of my skin. It makes blemishes appear smoother and dries them out without any flaking or rashes appearing. I use about two drops to cover affected areas and I use it overnight because under makeup it would be useless obviously. It makes skin really smooth and fresh feeling.
I am NC15 (fair, pale) and this gives me a really natural, not orange looking glow. I mostly use this in summer, and I love the effect it gives. I use this over pressed powder and liquid and it blends perfectly over these two and isn't streaky. It has a LITTLE shimmer but it doesn't come across as frosty, glittery or unnatural looking so it's great. I really love this bronzer, it's the best I have used so far even above my Dior one as it isn't orange or too dark. Good price aswell, and a lot of product included inside.
A really unique colour, it's a sort of mix between bronze and gold with a teal/green shine with a frosty, shimmer finish. It's really beautiful. It applies nicely, I like the fact that it isn't too thick in consistency like other nail polishes I have which means it won't dry up as fast. It chips fairly easily but that's probably because I don't wear a top coat with it. I hate the fact that other brands are copying this colour though, it makes it less different, *COUGH COUGH* OPI SPIDERMAN COLLECTION! Apart from that, fabulous colour!
Recieved this with Naked 2 palette, and I love it! A really nude translucent pink with some shimmer. It smells and tastes like mint because of the plumping effect it gives. I would repurchse the full size definately!
This primer really smooths any lines or acne scarring, and creates a great base for liquid and powder foundation. It makes my foundation glide and smooth on much better and makes skin feel soft to touch. It's kind of a clear gel-like primer, it's not heavy and feels really light. I only use one pump to cover my face, concerntrating where scarring is the most prominent. I don't know if it makes my foundation last any longer throughout the day but for easier, smoother application it is excellent. I would recommend this to any skin type, I have combination skin and it works fine on me and doesn't clog my pores and it's never broken me out like most skin products do. It's similar to Lancome La Base primer, in fact they are almost identical products however this one is much cheaper but gives the same effect.
Lip Treatments -Soap and Glory - Sexy Motherpucker Lip Gloss
AllThatGlittters 9/13/2012 8:41:00 AM
I really like using this gloss, it's quite different compared to other ones I have used. I have this in the shade 'candy gloss' which is a nude, translucent pink with some subtle shimmer. It tastes sweet kind of like bubblegum, which is really cute and tastes great. It can be a little thick if you put too much on, you only really need a thin layer and this tends to last for around three hours. The 'plumping' effect is rather strange but I guess it works, it's a kind of initial tingling as you put it on. I'm not sure if this made my lips any bigger however fine lines seemed to be smoothed and kind of infilled. The price is also great and a lot of product is included in the tube. I would recommend this to anyone, it's great for layering over any lipstick aswell.
