I was really excited to purchase this but once I tried it out I was really dissapointed. I was expecting it to give me a matte, velvety smooth finish but instead it set into my pores and left my face kind of oily looking, and definatelly not matte. The only thing it DID do was feel smooth on my face but it didn't change the appearance whatsover. I don't COMPLETELY hate this product though because it works fine as a base under all my makeup so I will continue to use it until it's run out, but I will definately not be repurchasing.

Highlighters -BeneFit Cosmetics - High Beam

I wanted to get a good highlighter for quite a while, and I eventually narrowed down my options to either High Beam or MACs Cream Colour Base but in the end I opted for High Beam.... and how dissapointed I was! I was super excited due to all the excellent reviews on Youtube and MUA but when I tried out the product it did NOTHING for me. It seemed to be so full of glitter which stood out and looked really obvious even when I applied a very small amount. No only this but the areas where I applied it my face looked greasy, and with the glitter showing through on top it definately was NOT flattering. I will definitely be returning this and purchasing the MAC highlight instead.

Eyeliner -Collection 2000 - Fast Stroke Liquid Eyeliner

A friend reccomended this to me one day when I was complaining about how I wated to find a good liquid eyeliner because all the others I had tried were really difficult to apply. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and so far I love it! The brush tip is really stiff but thin which makes it easy to apply and I can get a really neat and accurate line with it. The Ink itself is pretty good too, it stays on all day and doesn't crack or smudge, however I've only been using it in very small amounts so I'm not sure how it would work out for thicker eyelining. My only concern is the size of the bottle, it's really very small and when I first opened it it only seemed about half full, I know it was cheap but I really don't see it lasting very long if I continue sing it everyday, and rebuying the product often is quite a hassle. Over all I do like the product and I would repurchase.
