Eyeliner -Inglot - Eyeliner Gel
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 8/7/2011 2:24:00 PM

I am a long time MAC Fluidline user, and Blacktrack has been my HG liner for a while now. Since my Blacktrack was almost gone, and I was placing an Inglot order for my birthday, I thought I would try out a few of their gel liners. I got #77 (matte black), #85 (matte lime green) and #87 (matte turquoise). I LOVE them! The black is my favorite (I use black liner most days anyway). They stay on my waterline ALL day. They are not too wet or dry, and you get an opaque line in one swipe. I have not used them as a base yet, but have heard they are awesome that way too. I plan to add them all to my makeup collection!

Eye Shadow -Inglot - Freedom System Palette
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 8/7/2011 2:20:00 PM

Since getting into makeup, I have always been a 100% MAC girl. After hearing so many rave reviews about Inglot and their Freedom System, I asked my husband if I could get an Inglot haul for my birthday. I am blown away by these eyeshadows! I ordered a 20 pan palette and 20 eyeshadows, and immediately after receiveing my order, placed another order for 10 more. I have even started selling off some of my MAC e/s to make room for more Inglot. The pigmentation is second to none. They blend like a dream (even the mattes!) and you can't beat the price. Inglot is my new brand of choice for eyeshadows (and their #77 black gel liner is BEYOND amazing too!)

Blush -MAC - Pink Cult
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 3/6/2011 12:43:00 PM

I am NW15, and LOVE this blush... It is soft and natural on, yet it brightens up my entire face. While it appears chalky when swatched, it does not go on or wear chalky at all. It is more pigmented and pink than The Perfect Cheek, andless brown than Blushbaby. Definately going to be one of my favorites for sure.

Eye Shadow -Sugarpill - Tako Pressed Eyeshadow
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 4/2/2010 10:31:00 AM

Even though I have a fairly extensive eyeshadow collection, when I heard about the rave reviews for Sugarpill Cosmetics, I was definately itching to place an order. One of the things that I ordered was Tako Pressed Eyeshadow. I have been looking for a pigmented matte pure white shadow for along time now, and I have found it in Tako. It is soft and blendable. It's buildable, which is great if you want a more subtle color. It is beautiful as a highlight or on the inner corner of the eye. I am so pleased with the quality of Sugarpill, and with their customer service. I am so impressed that I have already placed an order for more shadows, and I hope to own them all eventually :)

Eye Shadow -Sugarpill - Poison Plum Pressed Eyeshadow
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 4/2/2010 10:25:00 AM

After hearing rave reviews all over the internet for Sugarpill Cosmetics, I decided to place an order. One of the things that I got was Poison Plum Pressed Eyeshadow. I am normally a MAC girl all the way, but their matte shadows and I don't get along so I was excited to try Sugarpill mattes. I opened the box, and in one swipe, I was in love. Poison Plum is a SUPER pigmented, bright purple with a slight red undertone. This gorgeous color was a breeze to blend, and IMO it is as good as the high end brands, and you get more for less. Sugarpill customer service is top-notch, and I am so pleased, that I have already placed another order. After trying them, I want all of their pressed shadows :)

Blush -MAC - Cremeblend blush in Florida
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 1/16/2010 11:24:00 AM

Florida is my 2nd Cremeblend blush. I purchased it after trying So Sweet, So Easy. I am NW15, and am addicted to bright pink blushes. I have to admit, when I first put this on, I was scared. It is VERY bright. I applied with my fingers, and blended, and then buffed my cheeks with a kabuki brush. The end result is a "just in from the cold" look. It isn't harsh at all... very fresh looking. I really love these blushes, despite having acne prone skin, and after buying my first 2, plan to go back for the other 2 shades.

Blush -MAC - So Sweet, So Easy
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 1/13/2010 9:26:00 PM

This is my first cremeblush. I was very hesitant because I have alot of acne scarring on my face, and I was worried about this settling into my scars. I am really liking the product. It is so natural looking, and not at all sticky or cakey. I use my fingers to apply, and add more color a bit at a time. It is very buildable. I LOVE this color on my lips too. I apply it over a layer of lip balm, and top with lipglass and it is the perfect pale pink for my NW15 coloring. I am enjoying this product so much that I plan to pick up at least 1 more in another color. I hope they make these permanent, or at the very least, add more LE colors in the future.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Resort Life Lipgelee
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 1/8/2010 9:47:00 PM

After looking at this lipgelee in the tube, I was going to pass. The MA encouraged me to try it on, and then told me that they only had a few left as it had been selling quickly. It looks totally different on my lips than it did in the tube, and even on my hand. I don't have very pigmented lips, so it's a pretty nude on me, with lots of beautiful pink sparkles in the right light. While I love the look of dazzleglass, I hate the thickness, stickyness, and value for your money. You get TONS of product in these lipgelees for only $14. It has as much sparkle as a dazzleglass, with a smooth, non-sticky texture and no taste/flavor. I normally do not buy backups, but I will be buying at least one backup of this one, if not more! LOVE it. :)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Universal Mix Pigment
rated 3 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 1/7/2010 5:51:00 PM

I had such high hopes for this pigment, but I am left disappointed. I purchased it, but don't think I will be keeping it. It is one of the sheerest pigments that I have ever seen from MAC. It has virtually no base color, only very faint multicolor shimmers. It is pretty, but there are others similar, only more obvious when applied. I think it could be used patted over other eyeshadow to add a slight shimmer/sparkle, similar to the reflects glitters but much more subtle. This pigment was one of the first packaged in the smaller jars, and for the amount that you get for your money, IMO, it's really not worth it. There are other MAC pigments that will give you a similar effect... Your Ladyship and Provence for example.

Lipstick -MAC - Lavender Whip [Limited Edition]
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 2/21/2009 10:07:00 AM

I was lucky enough to get Lavender Whip though the Back 2 MAC program. It is a very wearable, beautiful pinky lavender color. It appears more purple in the tube than it does on the lips. I think MAC made a big mistake by making this one LE. It is flying off the shelves! It is not something I would normally gravitate towards, as I am more of a nude lip girl, but I had to see what all the rave reviews were about. I am so glad I caved. I am hoping to be able to snag a backup! I LOVE IT! NW15/blonde/blue

Blush -MAC - Beauty Powder Blush in Tippy (Hello Kitty)
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 2/12/2009 1:18:00 PM

Tippy was the only thing I purchased from the Hello Kitty collection. I am a lover of all things pink, especially pink blushes. Tippy has been compared to Sweetness BPB and Fashion Frenzy blush from the Fafi collection, and IMO, Tippy is SO much better. It is not chalky like Sweetness or Fashion Frenzy. It is brighter, and has a beautiful sheen to it. It's not frosty or shimmery, but it is not matte. The texture is so soft and blendable, like butter. I am NW15 and with a light hand, it gives me a "just in from the cold" look. I think it would definately flatter a wide rage of skintones, including the very fair, and women of color. In my collection of pink blushes, this is definately a standout!

Nails -Unlisted Brand - Konad
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 10/13/2008 6:39:00 PM

I absolutely LOVE this product! After hearing rave reviews and seeing beautiful designs using the Konad, I had to order one. To start off, I ordered 1 image plate, 1 special polish and the stamper and scraper from wowsocool.com, for less than $20. After receiving my package, and trying the stamper, I immediately placed another order for more paints and plates. There is a bit of a learning curve with this, but after a few tries, and some suggestions from the girls on the MUA nail board, I got it down, and I am SO glad I purchased this. It is true that the Konad special polish does work best, but there are also other brands that work. I love it so much that I am planning on buying starter kits for a few friends and family members for the holidays. Well worth the investment. It has SO many possibilities! :)

Palettes -MAC - Shadowy Lady Quad - Cult of Cherry
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 8/28/2008 1:00:00 PM

I nearly skipped over this quad since I already own Deep Truth and Shadowy Lady (in the 2007 Cool Eyes palette). But, there was something about Smudge Violet that I couldn't walk away from. This is a beautiful quad for the every season. I am finding that the Shadowy Lady shadow in this quad is much easier to blend compared to my Cool Eyes Holiday palette. I have worn it nearly every day since I got it. I am usually not a quad girl, but I really like this one. Looks great on my NW15 skin and against my blue eyes. :)

Blush -MAC - Blooming [DISCONTINUED]
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 8/28/2008 12:57:00 PM

After falling in love with the Mineralized Blushes, and buying 5 of them, I swore up and down that I would not look at another blush for a LONG time. Well, I caved and bought Blooming from the Cult of Cherry collection, and I LOVE it. It is the pefect natural rosey pink flush on my NW15 skin. It is different from every blush I own, and it is quickly climbing the ranks and earning HG status! I am so temped to buy a back up, it's that good! One of my favorites from the entire collection! :)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Electro Flash - Sea & Sky
rated 5 of 5
AUDREYNICOLE 7/11/2008 11:17:00 PM

When the pictures of this collection first came out, I KNEW I had to have this duo in my collection. I am a sucker for blues AND for mineralized products, so it was a no brainer. Since I have so many blues already in my collection, I was expecting this duo to be similar to other things I own, but to my surprise it is different from everything I have. The solid blue side is an amazing shade of blue. GREAT color payoff, and smooth texture. Very little fallout from these duos which is a nice change from the past MAC mineralized shadows. The lighter veined side is the most perfect shade of pale blue. I have been looking for a color like this for a long time. Everything I have tried has been either too light, too dark, too silvery, too frosty... But I LOVE this color! I am very pleased with this shadow, and would definately rebuy. I am NW15 for reference. I also purchased Fresh Green Mix too! :)
