I am in LOVE with this shade. I had been looking for a good orange but most of them were to bright and looked almost neon once I got them on. Not this shade! This is a striking warm orange that looks great on the lips. It's very creamy and glides on smoothly. It's doesn't bleed and last a long time. I simply can't say enough about this shade. If you are a little hesitant about bright shades this would be a perfect one to try. And, for the price it simply can't be beat!

Without doubt this is one of the most stunning and unique colors out there. The rich pigmentation and intense color is like no other I have ever seen. The water-proof formula last all day and doesn't budge. It glides on even for clean lines that look amazing. However, what I can't stress enough is the color of this eyeliner. It is simply amazing and pictures just don't do it justice. If you are looking for a unique Rusty Red shade then look no further. And even if you aren't try this color out, for the price you won't be disappointed.

For those of us who know and LOVE Makeup Geek's Corrupt, this is the gel version of the same deep pigmented black shade. The high pigmentiation is striking. and the formula glides on smoothly and evenly for a perfect line everytime regardless of whether it's a winged out line, cat eye or simple clean line. This dries to an amazing finish that is completely waterproof and does NOT budge. It's perfect for lining the waterlines and stays put for a very long time. This product is remarkable no matter the price but even that is astonishing! You simply can't go wrong with these.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Telescopic Explosion Waterproof

This strange looking mascara wand may leave you shaking your head. But never fear, this mascara is really quit good. I will say it takes some time to get use to especially when you are use to using traditional wands. however, this small ball on the end of the wand is perfect for getting all your lashes especially on the inner and outer corner. One tip, run the mascara wand across the tip of the lashes to get the full effect of this mascara.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

This is by far one of the best mascaras on the market. It both lengthens and gives volume to your lashes and for the price it just can't be beat. The wand is the perfect size and seperates lashes without leaving clumps of mascara. I recommed this to all my friends, especially those who don't want to spend a fortune on their mascara.

Lipstick -Revlon - Matte Lipstick Really Red

As a natural red-head it can be sometimes hard to find a shae that looks good witthout confilicting with my hair color. However I had heard so many good things about this shade I decided to give it a try. WOW! I was so impressed! I love this shade and it works great with my red hair. The color is ideal and i can't believe I have finally found a red that i can love. It's a perfect matte shade without feeling or looking to dry. I simply can't recommend this enough.

Liquid -Revlon - ColorStay Makeup

I love this foundaiton. It works great for those of us who prefer full coverage foundation and comes in a variety of shades for every skintone and color imaginable. The only downside is that is does dry quickly so you have to work a little fast. However, for the price and how well it covers and last this is a no brainer. I would love to see them put a pump on it and that would take the packaging rating up to 5 for me. I have tried an tried "highend" products only to come back to this one. That says enough in and of itself. If you haven't tried this then please do, for the price I promise, you won't regret it!

Fragrances -Lancome - Ô D'Azur

I am very picky when it comes to any scent I add to my body. I never want to be overpowering and on the other hand I never want to be underwhelming. Trying to find a great middle ground can be somewhat daunting at best. I read a review of this on the Makeup Geek website when Marlena had went to Paris, so the next time I was in Ulta I tried it. When I returned home my hubby, (who actually pays attention) commented and ask what I was wearing. I told him and ask if he liked it. I guess he really liked it because the next day he went out and purchased it for me. Since then I have been wearing it everytime I go out and I get so many compliments on it! This has very quickly become not only one of my favorites, buy my hubby's as well. :-)

Polishes -Essie - Smokin' Hot - Winter 2010

This is by far one of my new favorite colors especially for fall and winter months! This shade looks amaizng on every skintone. For those who want to wear darker shades but don't want to wear black this is the ideal shade for you. I have worn it plain and with a glitter topcoat and it looks striking no matter how you use it. I would buy this again and again.

Eyeliner -Tarte - EmphasEYES waterproof clay eye shadow & liner

I was so very disappointed in this! I love the Tarte blushes and assumed this would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. It did come with a brush that is ok and I still use but I have completely given up on the eyeliner. This is in no way waterproof and comes off very easily. It fades after only a short wear time and smears and moves around very easily. It's horrible for lining the waterlines as it comes off within about 10 after using it. for the price you would expect better quality makeup that would last. I will not repurchase this whatsoever. I will be sticking with Makeup Geek over the Tarte any and everyday!

I was really hesitant to buy this at first. A fellow makeup artist recommended it me but when I saw it in the package I thought it looked to bright, expecially for a red-head. However, since the product was only $3.00 I decided there wasnt' much to lose and purchased the blush. OH boy, am I glad I did. This is a stunning color! The blush gives a soft pink flush to the cheeks without being to overpowering and looks amazing! I am so glad I decided to take a chance. The price is astonishing and worth every penny and more. I now recommend this to all my friends and clients as well and have purchased it to keep in my makeup case as well as my persoanl collection.

Foundations -NYX - Hd foundation

So I REALLY wanted to love this foundation. I was so excited to finally get my shade in as Ulta was always sold out. I generally have a 3 strike policy. I want to give something enough chances to see how it really works. First let's start with the packaging. I love it, finally someone paid attention and gave us a pump on the bottle. Most companies can't recognize this as something all women agree on. The conveniece and ease of the packaging was, unfortantly, the best part. The foundation went on streaky no matter what techniuqe I used to apply it. It settled into fine lines and wrinkeles even with primers. The worst part was after I wore it for a while it began to oxidize and change colors turning it into a orange tinted color which looked HORRIBLE. I usually love NYX and they have the best lipglosses on the market, but seriously, their foundation need as much much attention and work to live up to the level of good products we all have come to appreciate with NYX.

Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay Long-Wear Blush in Tipsy

This is by far my favorite Tarte blush. I find myself reaching for this almost every day. And now that it's fall, this color looks even more amazing. I could never say enough about this blush. The pigmentation is stunning and the color last for a very long time without needing to touch up. I will most definitely be buying this again and again!

I really LOVE this color. It's perfect in the cooler months when I don't have much sun on my face as a "bronzer". I use this to contour under my cheekbones and then apply this a bit lighter to the cheekbones, or whatever blush I want to. It works remarkably well and wears all day. These are a tad on the expensive side for me but I would definitely purchase them again. They are well worth the money!

Top/Base Coats -Orly - Matte Top

I was so hoping for a good matte finish. Wow, I am so disappointed! This topcoat did NOT give a true matte finish. It leaves a shine on the nail that never turns truly matte. For the price I would have expected a true matte finish. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I would never buy this again or recommend it to anyone.
