Lipstick -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Last 906D Wine Room
rated 4 of 5

I'm generally not a lipstick-wearer, but I've been wanting to try to amp up my collection. I picked up this shade at a CVS during a BOGO sale, so it was a good deal. I love this shade, very nice berry color, but not overpowering. I'm also very impressed with the staying power. It lasts about four or five hours on me, depending on how much I drink (which is a lot, so others who don't hydrate as much, it may last longer.) The only complaint I have is that the lipstick sticks out a bit, so if I'm not careful, I'll end up scraping it with the cap when I'm replacing it. Not a huge gripe, considering these babies are only 1.50. I look forward to trying other colors from this particular line of lipsticks.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Shotgun eyeshadow
rated 4 of 5

This is my favorite UD eyeshadow color, hands down. I pair it with Half Baked. It really brightens my eyes. There is a little bit of fall out, but nothing that can't be fixed. Sadly, I've not seen this color carried, so I'm assuming it's discontinued.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowboy Rides Again
rated 3 of 5

I probably won't ever need to purchase this product again, since I have it in two palettes. This is one of my favorite UD eyeshadow colors, and I love the glitter, even if it does get messy at times.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Half Baked Eyeshadow

I have this color in my Vegan palette and another palette as well. It's definitely my favorite gold that I've ever used. It's well pigmented, very soft and smooth to apply. It also makes my brown eyes pop. Love this color! And Urban Decay as well.

Liquid -Rimmel - Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation
rated 1 of 5
3Mookie3 2/18/2012 5:10:00 PM

I typically don't wear foundation, as my skin is very prone to break outs. This was no exception. I picked this up at my local Rite Aid, having never tried Rimmel, thinking that it would be a light weight foundation that I could use daily. I got home, applied it, and it was great. It blended well and evenly, and gave me just the coverage that I was looking for. Sadly, about five hours later, the left side of my jawline erupted into cystic pimples. :-( I took it back the next day. I've never had quite a reaction to foundation like that, usually I'll get small pimples in a few days, or clogged pores, so I'm thinking that maybe I was allergic to one of its ingredients. Oh well, the search for a perfect foundation/tinted moisturizer continues.

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - 8-pan Palette "Comfort Zone"
rated 5 of 5
3Mookie3 2/18/2012 5:03:00 PM

I bought this after reading all the great reviews on MUA and because I love Wet'n'Wild eyeshadows in general. The colors are very pigmented, blendable, and, in my opinion, comparable to Urban Decay quality. The only problem I have with it is the cheap useless applicators that come with it, but I just throw those away as soon as I open it anyway. This is a great product. I probably won't repurchase, since I won't run out any time soon, and I already have a lifetime supply of eyeshadows. ;-)

Bronzers -Physicians Formula - Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Bronzer
rated 4 of 5
3Mookie3 2/10/2012 8:31:00 PM

This is the perfect bronzer for me. I have the medium one. It gives me a healthy glow and doesn't make me look orange. It's a bit sheer, but I'm somewhat heavy handed, so it works for me. It has the perfect amount of shimmer as well, just enough. It's also talc free and free of other harsh chemicals. Everything tends to make me break out, so I have to be really careful of what I put on my face. The only things I hated about this are the packaging and the brush. The brush is useless. It's scratchy and the bristles fall out very easily. While I appreciate the packaging being more earth friendly, it is very flimsy, and I accidentally ripped it in half. :-( I ended up purchasing and empty compact to put it in so it would have a more sturdy home. Overall, I love this product and will repurchase when I run out.

Blush -Maybelline - Dream Bouncy Blush
rated 4 of 5
3Mookie3 1/21/2012 7:19:00 PM

I have the color Plum Wine. I love how it's actually bouncy. The color is very pretty and flattering on my medium/tannish skin tone. It doesn't break me out, either. It is a bit sheer, but it's easy to build up the color, and is very blendable. I don't know if I'll buy it again, since I love switching things up, but I may.

Eyeliner -Urban Decay - 24-7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero
rated 5 of 5
3Mookie3 12/20/2011 8:31:00 PM

This eyeliner is pretty well pigmented, more black than any of the other black eyeliners I've ever tried. I use it on my tightline and waterline. At first my eyes feel a bit sticky after applying it, but that fades after about five minutes (thankfully). Out of all the eyeliners I've ever tried, including my beloved Victoria's Secret eyeliner, this one has the most staying power. It runs a little bit, but I have oily skin and my eyes tend to water, so I think that's why. Even with the oily skin and watering eyes, however, it stays on much longer than the others. I got the sample sized one in my UD Vegan Palette. I'm not sure that I'd pay twenty dollars for one though, that's a bit steep.

Polishes -Essie - power clutch
rated 4 of 5
3Mookie3 12/20/2011 8:14:00 PM

This was my first Essie nail polish, and I can't say that I'm disappointed. I love grayish colors for the fall, and this color is beautiful. It was a tiny bit runnier that I expected it to be, but I didn't have a lot of the issues that other reviewers have had with running. It's also glossy and comes in a really cute bottle. The only reason I wouldn't repurchase is that I want to try other colors in the Essie line as well, and I don't think I'm going to finish this bottle any time soon. ( I own a lot of nail polish lol.)

Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Deep Cleansing Cream with Soap Bark and Chamomile
rated 5 of 5
3Mookie3 12/20/2011 8:10:00 PM

I really dig this product. It smells nice and removes most of my makeup. It also doesn't strip my skin of all of its natural oils. Since using this and a combination of tea tree oil mixed with vitamin e oil, my skin has greatly improved. Love it, and will likely repurchase unless I get the itch to try something new. ;-)

Conditioner -Organix - Nourishing Coconut Milk Conditioner
rated 1 of 5
3Mookie3 12/20/2011 7:58:00 PM

I usually love the Organix line. They're sulfate free, paraben free, and smell really good. I've never had any problems with any of their products until I used the Coconut Conditioner. The only good thing about this conditioner is that it smells heavenly. I love coconut scented stuff, and this was no exception. However, the conditioner dried out my hair. I could almost feel it sucking out my hair's moisture when I was using it. (Sounds crazy, I know.) I tried it about three or four times, thinking that maybe my hair needed to get used to it,but all it did was made my ends feel like straw. I had to trim them. Definitely will never ever repurchase this particular Organix product, especially for eight dollars a bottle!

Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - S by Shakira

I feel that this is a bit of a heavier scent. It smells kind of woodsy at first, which I liked. After a few minutes, however, I started smelling hints of baby powder...weird. Definitely won't repurchase.

Fragrances -Coty - Harajuku Lovers - Lil' Angel
rated 2 of 5
3Mookie3 10/14/2011 3:24:00 PM

Cute packaging. The scent at first is a bit citrusy, but then starts to smell a bit weird. Like alcohol and a facial cleanser mixed together, if that makes any sense at all. Won't repurchase.

Fragrances -Coty - Harajuku Lovers Fragrance - Music

Bought this on clearance at CVS, mainly because the packaging is so adorable. To me, the scent is both floral and fruity with some warmer undertones of musk. I love the way it smells on me. My only grievance is that the staying power is short, only about an hour.
