Initially I was disappointed when I tried this product dry, I found it boring. However, when applied wet or over pixie epoxy, it seems to come alive and make my blue/green eyes pop. The color is a darker antique bronze with sparkle, gorgeous! It's my favorite of the Fyrinnae samples so far.

Eyes -MAC - Paint Pot in Rubenesque

Rubenesque is a beautiful creamy peach color that also doubles as a great base for eyeshadow. I like Mac's Blonde's Gold pigment over the top to set the peachy golden color. Normally, I'm not a fan of peach on my skin tone (PPP) but this product really makes my eyes pop. I do prefer the paint pots over paint tubes because there is less mess and wasted product.

Lip Gloss -Vincent Longo - Ciao Amore

I love this shade. When swatched on my hand it has a frosty purple look, but on the lips, it's a nice neutral pinky color. I think this would work on both cool and warm ladies. It is a pricey product, and I wouldn't pay full price for it, but I found it at the Bath and Body Works sale for 1/2 price.

Palettes -Shu Uemura - Golden Shimmer Palette

This is a beautiful eye shadow quad. There are four wearable shadows: a matte white, a shimmery pearl which flashes gold, a shimmery pink, and a medium golden brown. All four shades work well together, and I've been wearing this palette daily. The eye shadows blend like a dream. I would suggest pairing this with the MUFE gold eyeliner, it's a great combination. My only complaint is the price, $65. is a lot!

Makeup Brushes -Sonia Kashuk - Eyeliner Brush

I was wowed by this little brush. I picked the eyeliner brush up at Target for $5.99 and I didn't have high expectations (silly me - questioning rave mua reviews!) The angled brush seems to make a big difference in the application, this brush allows for an even uniform line, especially using gel eyeliner. I love to use this eyeliner brush with Mac and BB gel eyeliner, it works wonders.

Fragrances -Demeter - Cherry Blossom

This is my favorite of all the Demeter sprays. It has a wonderful sweet smell that isn't cloying, if only it was longer lasting. Demeter sprays do not tend to last, but they are really fun to play with and they are called "pick me up" sprays. I found this fragrance at Marshals for $7.99 so I can't complain about the cost. I like to use the Demeter sprays as a car freshener too.

Moisturizers -Kinerase - Kinerase Lotion with SPF 30

I love this product, buy why oh why must it be so darn expensive? I use this under makeup and love the sunscreen, this is even recommeded by the skin cancer foundation. The lotion leaves my skin feeling super soft, and it absorbs quickly and well. I am really pale, but I haven't noticed a terrible white cast when I rub the product into my skin. I work outside and this provides great sun protection. I would recommend trying this product.

Palettes -Stila - Warm Brilliant Palette

This is a beautiful palette. I have other Stila palettes that were disappointing, this one is very worthy. There are two beautiful shimmery eyeshadows, one is similar to kitten, the other is a shimmery brown, and a soft pink blush. I snagged this off of the internet recently, so cost was not a huge factor. This is a do not miss out on palette.

Palettes -Pop Beauty - Eye Class - Blue Eyes

This is a great collection of eyeshadows, 12 colors ranging from dark blue to light neutral brown. The colors are segmented into 3 groups of four. I would describe the first 4 as: 2 neutral light browns, one darker brown and a pink with sparkles; the next four are light purple, bright pink, shimmery brown, and a medium burgandy brown, the last four are dark blue, eggplant, grey with sparkles, and silver. It's a wide assortment of colors that are really beautiful. I find the eyeshadows from Pop Beauty are of high quality and superb colors. I don't think you have to stick with your eye color, all of the palettes looked great. I might have to go check out the green eye collection!

Beautiful golden pink color, normally I can't wear pink without looking like I'm ill (ppp) but this color looked great on me. The packaging is great, but the amount you get for $22. is amazing - a very small package for the money. It even looks great as a base for browns, and taupe colors!

Palettes -MAC - Velvet 6 Smoked Eyes Holiday 2006 Palette

This is a great combination of colors. The green in the palette reminds me of a peacock feather, it has a wonderful texture and finish. The colors have already been described well, black tied and gentle fume are glittery but not over the top. A great all around palette, MAC has the best.

This lip product is amazing, it lasts all day even through eating and drinking. It does dry your lips out but that's the price of long wearing lipcolor. Luv4ever is a very pretty peach color that looks natural. The cost of this product is a bit high, but the quality is wonderful. It's so nice to not have to keep reapplying lipstick. As others have said, apply a thin layer, let the lipstick dry, then apply the top coat. Now I'm on the hunt for more great colors of pro longwear....

I really thought this color would be flattering but I was sooo wrong. It is an aqua blue frosty color. When I wear this I look a bit like Mimi from the Drew Carey show, it's very frightening.

I really like this eyeliner. I have it in black and midnight navy. This was my first black liner and it is soft and blendable. I wish it was offered in more colors!

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Exact

Cover girl Lash Exact is a great long wearing mascara. I think it can compete with more expensive brands and it offers great seperating power. This mascara makes my lashes look really long and defined. I was asked by a coworker if I had on false eyelashes last week, I think that says it all. I am really impressed with this product, I even motivated my sister to change brands.
