It's quite rare that I feel strongly enough about a product to write a review. But this--this is nothing short of spectacular! Color has been described well already, but I will say that this is absolutely the most unique shade I've ever seen. I'd love to surround myself with this color--lips, eyes, clothing, whatever! (Well, I warned you I feel passionately about it...). I think this may be discontinued; haven't seen in stores in a long time. I do have 3 or 4 bottles tucked away. If anyone has any recs for anything like this shade (nail polish or whatever!), I'd be eternally grateful. : )

Lipstick -Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain - Honey

I actually first bought this in the shade Adore, but I don't see a separate listing for that shade. It's a deep reddish-brown; not too much for daytime IMO, though maybe it could be built up for a more dramatic look. I had to try it out right away when I got home of course, and my lips happened to be a little dry/flaky, so I was expecting a mess in that area...but no! It went on smoothly, and while it didn't really add much moisture, it did not accentuate the flakiness in the least like other stains often do. I went about my day, including eating, drinking, smoking (yeah, yeah--I know), alas, no kissing, lol, and when I looked in the mirror about 5 hours later, it was still there. I'm blown away. Two questions--if I put a balm or aquaphor kind of thing on top, will that decrease how long it stays on? Gonna experiment with that. Also, does anyone know of a similar product in a true, non-frosty/sparkly brown shade? I would be soooo grateful for any recs. Anyway, bought Honey and Crush yesterday. Crush might be too much for me, but Honey is, as previously described, soft and lovely. Still like Adore better, but two big thumbs up for this product in general!

Lip Gloss -E.L.F. - Luscious Liquid Lipstick - ALL

I grabbed this in a hurry, thinking it was one of those dual-ended things (stain on one end, gloss on the other). So I was disappointed in that (my own fault, of course), but the color itself of the one I chose, Brownie Points, I actually love. And as far as glosses go, it's on the less-sticky end of the spectrum (though still too sticky for me; I like the texture of tinted balms best). So I'll keep using this in my search for a true brownish balm or stain. P.S. How do you re-use these? Curious.

I really like these stains in general, and this one in particular. Warm, reddish-brown. And can I just say that I *love* the smell of these? I don't know what I'd compare it to; to me it's just sweet, but not sickeningly so (and I'm pretty sensitive to and picky about fragrances).

Lipstick -Revlon - Superlustrous Lipstick - Demure (LE)

This does feel nice going on, but for me it was a wee bit shimmery (though it's marked as "creme"--I though that meant no shimmers?). On me the shade is a little too Barbie pink; that, combined with the sparkly aspect (which truly is kinda subtle, it's not what I would call "frosty" at all), makes me feel it's a bit, um, not personally age-appropriate enough to look good on me.

I just tried this in the shower today, and my hair is still wet so I can't really give a verdict on its performance, but I can say this: I don't care if it ends up working some kind of miracle, because the smell is making me SiCK. Actually, the smell itself is not too horrible--kind of a spicy, perfumey rose, if you're into that--but it is so strong, so overpowering, and it doesn't seem to be fading in the least as my hair dries. I'm thinking of washing my hair again just so I don't have to feel nauseated all day by the odor surrounding me. If you are at all sensitive to fragrances, I'd advise not going anywhere near this product.
