This is my review on the Aqua Mineral Foundation. CRAP. I paid 13.69 at Kmart, waste of money it is. First off I bought the shade light to medium which matched well, the thing is the powder is glittery, chalky, and when you first apply it, it feels like you have been smacked with a wet sponge. EWW. Coverage is light, doesn't cover skin imperfections well. Looks cakey, and just BLEH. Oh and the brush that comes with it, SERIOUSLY?? this is a little tiny stiff brush that is too small and too stiff, I kept it to use as a blending eyeshadow brush or whatever, but it is NOT good for trying to put the foundation on with, the thing doesn't budge on the skin as will a normal makeup brush. I am 47 years old with fair combo skin for the record. This stuff as I said earlier is CRAP PERIOD.

Deodorants -Unlisted Brand - Mitchum Advanced Control

This is a review on Mitchum Advanced Control Stick Deodrant in Solid form. I bought it in the scent Powder after reading good reviews on YOUTUBE and other makeup boards. Let me first say, I have tried several deodrants such as Secret, Ban, Dove, Lady Speed Stick, Suave. to name a few and by midday, I smelled musty and needed to reapply these deodrants. But since using Mitchum, I am fresh smelling ALL day and do not have to reapply! It is a nice scent that isn't overpowering, but leaves me feeling and smelling fresh all day. This is my holy grail deodrant that I will definitely repurchase! Thankyou Mitchum!

Shampoo -Aussie - Miracously Smooth

WOW! I am suprised that for whatever reason this shampoo, did NOT work for me. I really haven't had a problem with Aussie shampoo's previously, such as the Moist and Cleanse and Mend, but I bought this hoping it would smooth my dry frizzy hair. It didn't! instead, my hair, which is VERY thick, actually felt thicker and was extremely hard to comb through. I even used Aussie 3 minute Miracle which was also a let down, neither did anything to smooth and detangle my hair. I went out oday and purchased Dove Intense Repair, and I am going to give that a try and see how it does. As I mentioned, I have VERY thick straight hair, and it currently is so dry and just blah. Hope the Dove will work!

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - Sweet as Candy

LOVE this trio! I have been looking into WnW Eye Shadows more lately. I bought "Don't Steal my Thunder" sometime earlier this year after reading good reviews on it, then I did a bit more reviewing, and bought the "Comfort Zone" Palette, and just yesterday purchased the "Sweet as Candy" Trio. I must say that I am loving these eye shadows and the different looks I can create from them! I do notice that mainly the crease colors have a good bit of glitter in them, but they don't really show up as that ( looks glittery in the palette but not so much on the eye) I think these have a decent pigmentation on me and for the price, you can't beat them! For the 3 shadow trio ( Sweet as Candy ) I paid 2.99 at Walgreens, and for the 8 color palette ( Comfort Zone ) I paid 4.99, so, that is pretty good! I would repurchase these.

Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Total Moisture Cocoa Radiant

This is my review for Vaseline Total Moisture Cocoa Radiant Rich feeling Lotion: This one I purchased is a two tone brown pump type container. I got this at Kroger for 5.64 for a 20.3 oz. I love how this smells AND feels on my skin. It isn't that greasy feeling as with most Vaseline lotions. This says it is for healthy glowing skin. I use it all over, legs after shaving, arms, face, hands. It just makes my skin so soft. I like to have Cocoa Butter lotion around in the fall and winter months, and while grocery shopping yesterday I spotted this and thought it was a good price for the size, and it came with this wee little jar of Vaseline Lip therapy which I also like alot, perfect to keep in your purse or car. So, this is a lotion I will definitely repurchase, not just for the fall and winter months but all year round. My 19 year old daughter commented how she loved the smell as well.

Crème -Revlon - ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup

I do NOT like this. I was anxious to try it after reading some many great reviews, and, so I spent the 13.99 only to be disappointed. To me, it's an "ok" foundation if that. For the record, I am 46 years old, fair complected with normal/oily skin. I bought this in Ivory, which was a perfect match, BUT the problem I had/have with it is that on me it tends to seperate on my skin even after powder. Reviews raved how it is long wearing? not on me! it makes my skin feel greasy and it just does not give me a full coverage like I want. I won't waste it, but I won't repurchase it either. Sorry, but I am not a fan!

Lotions/ Creams -Gold Bond - Lotion

This is a review for the Gold Bond Therapuetic Foot Cream in the BLUE tube. I just used this for the first time last night, and I really like what it did for my feet!. My feet are calloused, dry, and around my toes looked so bad, just thick, dry, skin. I put this on, then put cotton socks on and this morning they looked GREAT! even after my shower, they still looked and felt so moisturized. Weird thing: I found this at Kmart for 8.49 which I thought was pricey, I then went to Drug Emporium, and the exact size was only 5.99. I'm thinking, "Why such a price difference"? anyway, I had a 1.00 coupon, so... I got it for 4.99 for a 4oz. tube, so how could I pass that up? I've read viewers have also used this on thier hands as well. I'm giving this a thumbs up, will definitely repurchase, it worked for me!

Conditioner -Suave - everlasting sunshine conditioner

I just read about this on Beauty Broadcast, this is a review for both the Everlasting Sunshine Shampoo and Conditoner. It says on the bottle it works like Bath and Body Works. This smells great and the scent is longlasting as well. I like the way it makes my hair clean smelling and soft while the scent is not too overpwering but pretty and longlasting. I got a HUGE bottle of both for 1.99 ea. at my local grocery store. I think this is a good product especailly for use in the Spring and Summer with it's scent.

Lips -Revlon - ColorBurst Lip Butter in Peach Parfait

I had heard and seen so many reviews on these lip butters, I was anxious to try. Walgreens had them this week for buy one get the second for 1/2 off, AND I had a dollar coupon. I got Creme Brulee, and Brown Sugar, I am in love with both of these colors as well as the texture, and shine! I am going back later this week while the sale is still on and get Strawberry Shortcake and maybe Cupcake. These are a hit for me on my fair skin and dark brown hair. Love them!

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - Smoky Eye Palette (2011)

This is a review on the ELF Beauty Book in the Neutral Eyes Edition. I LOVE this! Purchased this for 5.00 at Big Lots. It is in a carboard type booklet which hold 12 pretty big sized shadows in gorgeous neutrals, they are covered with a piece of plastic, then the book itself has a little elastic bnd that keeps it closed. It also comes with an eyeliner which, I was not impressed with due to it just not showing up well, but does also come with a large applicator. The pigmentation of thse eyeshadows are great! some have compared this to Urban Decay's Naked Palette, but I will say I like this better and it is only 5 bucks! I think I will go and buy a few more so I can have them on stock, really like this so much as does my daughter.

Eye Shadow -Revlon - Satin Eye Shadow Single in Nude Slip

I got this for 2 bucks at Big Lots. It is the Platinum Glimmer in the single satin eye shadow. It looked so pretty in the container, I thought it would be a light gray, but when I put it on, it is more of a dark gray almost blue looking on my lid, I didn't like the color of this on me, but I did like the pigmentation and the feel of it, it may be ok in another color, but this one was not working for me.

Primer/ Corrector -Rimmel - Fix and Perfect Foundation Primer

I just purchased this yesterday. I had never used a primer before, but, after reading comments and watching on YouTube about this, I decided to try it. I recently bought Bare Minerals Original foundation and noticed it sliding and separating after several hours on my face. Today, I applied the Fix & Perfect before my Bare Minerals and here it is.................. some 11 hours later and my makeup still looks good! Very pleased with this stuff so far, it controlled the oil in my t zone for me, a great deal. The color of this is a peachy, terra cotta shade, BUT, it did NOT leave a hint of that color on my skin, strange as that is. The only shade was 001, cost 7.49 at Walgreens. My first primer ever here at the age of 46. I have fair skin, that is normally dry this time of year and oily in the warmer months. Hope this helps.

Lipstick -Rimmel - Lasting Finish - Airy Fairy

Have to give a thumbs down on this, sorry, it just did NOT work for me. I am 46, medium brown hair, blue eyes, fair skinned. On me, it was sheer, weird.... Just a blah looking color, did nothing for me, the best I could describe was a light pinkish peachy tone, just washed me out. I hated that it didn't look better on me as I read good reviews and was anxious to try it, but, it just didn't cut it.

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals in 1.2, fairly light

Would I buy this again? HMMM.... on the fence here. This is my first time trying a Mineral makeup, I just found out I could have gotten this in Matte rather than the Original as I purchased. I got it for my daughter which looks great on her ( age 18 ) but for me, ( age 46 ) I am having an itching issue. I have been told it may be the bismuth in the product? or my Kabuki brush. I am also having problems with this slipping off my face after several hours, I do moisturize, have not used the mineral veil however with it. As I said, I am NEW to this line, and the SA was not very knowledgable apparently. I am planning to try the Matte after this is used up, and see if Iike it any better.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Define-A-Line Eyeliner in Ebony Black

My daughter and I both used this for the first time yesterday, and I will say this: Right after church we went out and bought something else! We bought this is Black, and it smudged on both of us like crazy! Raccoon eyes big time! UGH, hated it. Got the Almay Smudge proof 16 hour wear and so far so good. I have not had much if any luck with Maybelline products, eye shadows are not bad, but as far as foundation and eye liners, thumbs down!
