Mascara -Almay - One Coat Mascara (lengthening)

This stuff is amazing. It lasts all day, which is precisely what I've been looking for in a mascara. A lot of mascaras I've tried lately end up smudging and giving me raccoon eyes towards the end of my work day. Not this! Not only does it last, I adore how it applies. Not sure why it's called One Coat, because I don't really agree that it is a one coat mascara, but regardless, I love it. I'm really happy with this mascara... better than Clinique's High Impact, which I used to love. Try it ladies!

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara Waterproof

waterproof? yeah right... don't believe it. this smudges on me towards the end of the day... usually waterproof mascaras don't smudge like this does. I like how it applies, and i like the texture better than the non-waterproof version, but i was wanting a waterproof, very smudge resistant mascara. i will maybe buy again, but only until i find something better.

this is okay. it never dried my skin out, which was really nice, but for some reason, my skin would turn bright red for about 10-20 min. after washing with this. have no clue why... maybe I'm allergic? maybe it's too strong for my skin? not sure... but I got tired of it, and moved onto something a lot gentler, or at the very least, doesn't turn my skin lobster red. I also don't think that this cleanser helped my acne much. I will say, if this doesn't turn your skin red, then it might be for you. it removes makeup very well, even mascara (not sure about waterproof mascara though), and it also didn't seem to dry out my oily skin.

Concealers -Alima - Concealer

The first 4 shades were way, way too white for me. While testing them, I went through many embarrassing days that I walked around with strange white spots all over my face. I should have known, and removed after I applied, but I wanted to give all the shades a chance, thinking they made change with my body temperature or something. WRONG. I am very pale, so I do not know who is pale enough for these first 4 shades. Wowza. I tried the 5th shade, Amber I believe, and while it was darker, it was TOO dark. After sampling these, I deciding I would try the actual foundation as a concealer (I hate using makeup all over my face- I like to use makeup only where I need it). I found much, much better color matches with the foundation. I absolutely love how Alima gives out such cheap samples. I think Alima is a wonderful company.

Polishes -Color Club - in Screamin' Fucshia

This is my most favorite nail polish ever. I have never loved a polish more than this one. I especially love it on my fingernails, but love it as a pedi as well. I love how in some lights, this polish looks like just a bright, darker pink, then in other lights, it literally glows neon hot pink/magenta. Maybe that is why I love this color so much, because it changes so much in different lights, so I am never bored or tired of it. if you are into neons, you CANNOT not try this. It's simply amazing.

Polishes -Essie - Tart Deco

I love Tart Deco! It did not turn orange on me at all. I wonder if the problem people are having is that they don't expect Tart Deco to be neon. I don't find the color in the bottle to be much different from the polish on my nails, except it comes out as a more neon pastel, rather than a pastel. It's a fun summer color because it looks so awesome in the sun. I really like it!

I love this patted on either really lightly or just a bit heavier. I hated it the first time I put it on because I smoothed it on really thick, like I was putting chapstick on. I found that patting it on, like sorta dabbing, is the best way to apply it. I find this is the best way to put on most lipstick, except for maybe red when you want full on thick color. Airy Fairy on me is a beautiful mauve- a perfect mix of pink and purple with a touch of shimmer. I don't find it too frosty.

Omg- while i love a lot of things about this chapstick, the color, the smell, the texture, my acne prone skin did not like some of the ingredients in it. After about 1-2 weeks of using it daily, the corners of my lips had these huge whiteheads in them! horrific! Then, in the areas surrounding my mouth, i had more whiteheads that weren't a typical zit type for my skin. it was so awful. i feel like when i washed my face and tried to get the chapstick off my lips, the product kinda spread out to different areas of my face, which gave me more gross whiteheads. it's a shame, because i love the tint but it gave me whiteheads from hell!

Blush -NARS - Deep Throat

when i first put this on, i put on WAY too much. i didn't think it would be so pigmented. with orgasm blush, i can put on lots or little, it's really hard to over do. anyway i walked around for a couple hours before i went to the bathroom and saw that i applied to much deep throat! after that, i didn't like this blush... but i tried it again a couple days later, applied it much lighter, and loved the results. the color is hard to describe... it's the exact color as a peach, not light peach, more like a darker peach. it's my new favorite Nars blush.

i have a hard time wearing dark black mascara, and i love the black/brown full and soft! it's awesome. it's the only mascara that i go back to after trying out new ones. it's just easy to use and doesn't take much work. i hate having to go back and fix up my lashes after applying mascara, and i rarely have to do that with this stuff! it does the work for me! Edit: smudges towards the end of the day. but i find that most mascaras do, on me at least.

it is ok. but SO much product comes out on the brush. most of the time, i'd end up with huge, wet clumps of mascara on my lashes. i much prefer full n soft mascara over this stuff.

Treatments -Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Pads

These pads stopped working for me after about a year. I have gone back to Stridex, in the red box, for now. We will see if those work for me. I can say that these pads made my skin a lot more oily, while the Stridex pads definitely do not. Maybe it is because of all the alcohol in these.
